I was very leary about having a towing company transport my vehicle to the shop where it was going to be diagnosed and worked on. I had heard numerous horror stories about towing companies and how people fell victims to unethical practices and damages to their vehicles. I carefully read reviews of four local towing companies before calling them. The prices were competitive ranging from $80 to $150. Of course I immediately dismissed $150 quote. Any way to keep this review short, Rizzo's price was mid-range and he was easy to understand so I chose him for the job. Owner Robert Rizzo did most of the leg work for me by calling the auto shop himself to set up the delivery after hours. He followed up with me from the day of pick up to the end of the delivery. Even with the reluctance I still had, he reassured me that he was not going to jeopardize his reputation and his business. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and I would highly recommend Rizzo's. With my skepticism of towing companies, you can be reassured this is an honest and positive review.
I had a great experience with Rizzo. My car was on the side of the highway ramp over night due to my wheel popping off the cv axle. Rob was very attentive to my situation and decided to travel to make sure it was still on the side of the ramp and also to prevent the local authorities from towing it themselves which would have costed a lot more than what i was going to pay. I managed to get a ride to meet up with him while he was in his personal vehicle. He took me to where his tow truck was to come back and get the my car, mind you my car was on the floor! His expertise gave him the ability to get my car on the tow truck bed and take me to my destination. Very reasonable, very considerate of my own situation and willingness to take initiative to get me right! Will definitely be doing business again and will be my first point of contact when it comes to any towing needs!

Visited Orlando in my Pathfinder. Had a flat tire. Had lug nut locks on my wheels but did not have the key to remove the lock. Two nearby companies had full voice mails or wouldn’t answer. I had a flat and the tire was of the rim. I looked up towing and came across Rizzo towing and he came in 10 minutes and changed my tire within 5 minutes and he also replace my flat tire at his tire shop Charley’s tires on Orange blossom trail. had an AC/belt and condenser blowout, I called so many repair shop around to no avail because every body was so busy and kept saying next week. I called Rizzo Auto Group and he was ready to help me with towing and anything else I needed. He also found us a one-day car rental and made my whole family happy. Putting us on fun again.

Rizzo did an amazing job with our 27 foot bus! It was stuck in a hole near the lake as we tried to maneuver it in the backyard. Lucky for us Rizzo never gave up pulling the tires out!
I called around to a bunch of tow companies this morning. To be honest, I was worried at first because Rizzo and a few other had me concerned about the distance of how far they were. While Rizzo had reasonable pricing that matched others. I trusted my gut feeling and went with Rizzo. He, not only came earlier than what he said, he didn’t try to up charge/ change pricing last minute, he also mentioned that he owns his own body shop (if you need repairs) and offered great conversations that were very relatable. If anyone is in a bind and need a tow, you know where to go.

I had a problem with my coolant leaking and another mechanic messed me up/did. Rob and Belner helped me out and was very understanding of my situation of wasting money/time and even gave me a discount as a first time customer. They even used their own gas helping me find the right part. They will now be my new mechanics. I highly recommend them and appreciate them—they even rotated my tires for me, 10/10!

Rizzo roadside assistance was a lifesaver. My car stalled in the middle of the road and Robert from Rizzo’s roadside helped us change the battery and towed the car to the closest auto dealer for repair. I will definitely recommend their services!

I called Rizzo’s towing after being stranded when my vehicle wouldn’t start. I wasn’t sure if it was a dead battery, my alternator or something else. What’s worse is I was stuck in a tight, cramped parking garage at work and called numerous other towing companies that said they probably couldn’t help me due to the height restrictions of the garage. But Rizzo’s came out and was able to charge my battery and my car started right up! Rizzo’s also gave me great advice on what to do next if it’s not only my battery and told me that they are just a call away if I have any other issues. Thank you again Rizzo’s for saving the day!

My husband's car broke down unexpectedly and we called Tuffy Tire and Auto Repair since they had fixed the car recently and they offer Roadside Assistance as part of the repair. They referred us to the Roadside Assistance Program and they scheduled the service with Rizzo. Robert came to our rescue and he was absolutely awesome. He kept in touch with us the whole time he was on his way and when he got to pick up the car he explained everything very clearly. Every one was 3 to 4 hours waiting time
And I called Rizzo's and Chris asked the problem
I told him my suv would not start and won't go into N and I was in a parking garage on the 3 floor with low clearance
And the location did not allow any tow trucks in the garage.
He told me that can get it out he sent Robert
And he got it out using he told me GO JACKS
In about 30 min pushing it then loaded on to the flat bed .

I needed help with my car at 8 pm stuck in a shopping plaza parking lot on a Friday night. I wasn't near home and I didn't know of any auto repair place that I could drop my car off. I called Rizzo Auto for help. Robert said he could help me and arrived 10 minutes later. He tried to fix the problem on the spot. He got the car started but a transmission problem prevented it from being driven. He walked me through the problem and gave me a solution. We arranged for him to pick up my car the next day and have the transmission worked on. The positive experience made my night.
Update--I had my car worked on by Rizzo Auto and I left smiling. The transmission needed to be repaired The job was done right and when they said it would be. I would let them work on my car again.
I was going to try to jump some one else's car and it turned out I needed one too! Called around and Rizzo was prepared to help. He came by in thirty minutes and got my car running again, as well as letting me know what caused the battery to fail. If you're wondering if you should call, call. He will help you out.
My Truck cut off in the middle of the street on a busy road, vehicles almost ran into my car and could have killed me. I jumped out to pull the hood as I turned back my door closed and locked behind me. Frightening I ran across a busy intersection then he came out of nowhere!! I was scared he assured me that I would be fine. He helped me back across the road. He held my hand and walk me back across the intersection. He offered me to sit in his truck wow he assist me it was raining, I was hysterical he was a blessing he asked me about triple A or On Star !! I totally forgot about everything he reminded me that I had all types of services. I called On. star they unlocked my car. He He followed me to a gas station just to make sure that I was fine. Amazing!!! I am so grateful!!! I will never forget him. Please if you ever need an honest guy he’s the man
I was stranded at universal studios. I had left my lights on. My battery was completely dead. I called 2 places before I reached Rizzo’s. The others just went into voice mail. Robert said he would be there in 30 minutes but arrived in 20. The car would not start with the battery jumper so he used his truck to get additional power directly to the battery. This also did not work right away but after letting the battery charge for 15 minutes it finally started. I was so grateful to have a knowledgeable mechanic who knew what to do after the obvious solution did not work. Thanks Robert!

i was in need of a jump and I've called multiple locations.
