Terrible and intimidating experience. Aggressive staff, refused to show tow paperwork, forced payment before release. Do not go alone — bring someone and consider contacting the sheriff. Filed complaint and police report.

This company should be investigated immediately. My car was towed from the Mall at Millenia and taken here without proper authorization. When I went to pick it up, the employee screamed at me, refused to show any documents, and forced me to pay before I could even see my car. They charged me over $500, including a $250 “Lien Release Fee” — which is completely illegal under Florida law since my car was stored for less than three days. The behavior was disgusting, intimidating, and abusive. The man’s attitude was pure bullying — shouting at customers, refusing transparency, and treating people like trash. A Sheriff’s deputy told me this company is already known for similar complaints. That says it all. I have the entire incident on video and have already filed a formal complaint with Orange County Consumer Protection. DO NOT trust this company. DO NOT go alone. Record everything. This place is a perfect example of how towing abuse happens.

This is a towing service that also helps building management clean up their parking removing cars in lot that doesn’t adhere to regulations. Unfortunately it happened to me. Office was very polite on the phone and explained what I need to do. In person extremely pleasant experience helpful and patient. This is a business that is inconvient and costly experience but very fair abides the law. Hopefully I will not have this happen again and bless everyone that works there. Good people

This towing company is absolutely awful. My family members car was towed even though they paid and parked in the correct, designated spot. The towing people clearly pulled up to the wrong apartment complex, yet they still took their car without verifying anything. Because of their mistake, they ended up missing work and being late to school. It’s frustrating and unprofessional that a company can’t double-check their information before towing someone’s vehicle. There was no reason for ther car to be taken, and the entire situation caused unnecessary stress, time, and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs — they clearly don’t take responsibility for their actions or the inconvenience they cause to people who did nothing wrong.

they took my boyfriends car from our complex where we pay monthly for parking. the people on the phone phone were extremely rude and even though the website says it is 24 hours, we could not pick up the car until 8 am and he had to show up late for work because all of his gear was in his car. They are such a scam

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter is an absolute terror. They towed my husbands car and broke the drivetrain on his car. Completely unacceptable. When I called back not even an hour later they said well you drove it off the lot so it’s your problem. He was stuck at a different car shop right down the road. Car not drivable. When I asked what they could do they said sue them. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. Need to be put out of business. 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting people

When I called the company asking for details about how to go about picking up the license plate and other items left in the vehicle after it was towed (due to vehicle being inoperable), the girl who took my phone call seemed nice and answered my questions at the moment. However, when I arrived at the tow yard it was a completely different story! They charged us $380 (and that was supposedly after a $385 discount) for the service, and the same girl who took my phone call (I know her name, by the way) didn't mention their card system was down during our call. When I was shocked and reacted on how ridiculous it was for them not to have that available, she basically said "you tell me what to do then" in a disrespectful manner. After we went out of our way to get some cash to pay for the fee, another person was at the window but I mentioned that the girl could've told us the card system was down before we headed out there. From inside the office, she muttered something about what she has said during our phone call but didn't address me directly. She then dealt with me daughter and didn't speak to me again. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Had to provide proof that my parking spot was my own to get someone else out of my parking spot so I took my permit down. Went to put it up for work the next day to find my car gone. When I asked why they said I didn’t have my permit up and when I asked if the person that called provided proof that it was there’s parking spot cause they require it to tow someone from the community they got and flustered and told me they couldn’t provide info and that I had to go to pick up location to pay $135.

Absolutely ruddest people I've had to deal with! I know by the nature of thier job, they handle angry customers all the time, but the way they handled me, when I was asking questions was completely unprofessional. Dude even slammed the window shut in front of my face when trying to pay. Avoid at all costs!

I visited Ashton at Waterford Lakes and arrived around midnight. Since there were no available guest parking spots, I followed the complex’s posted instructions and purchased a permit through ParkM for $30. The permit was valid for 8 hours, until 8:07 AM. To my shock, when I went to leave for work the next morning at 8:03 AM, my car was already gone. It had been towed despite my valid permit. This caused me to miss work, and I had to pay $135 to retrieve my car, in addition to the $30 permit I had already purchased and a $20 Uber just to get to the towing company. That’s nearly $200 wasted—money I needed for bills—and all because of an error that should never have happened. When I checked the receipt, I discovered my car had been towed at 12:12 AM, only three minutes after my payment went through at 12:09 AM. It is extremely difficult to believe the tow truck driver verified my permit in that short window of time. This makes me question whether proper procedures were followed at all. The only positive part of this experience was the professionalism of the staff member who helped me when checking out. Unfortunately, that does not outweigh the frustration, financial strain, and complete inconvenience this situation caused. As a paying guest who followed the rules, I should never have been subjected to this.

1 star is too high. These guys are absolute vultures. My car was improperly towed from where I live and when I called to ask where they were and explain to them what happened, they just hung up on me. They don't care about you or your car. As long as they make a quick buck.

Staff was rude and had myself and family waiting outside in the grass while it was raining because they did not want to open the gate. They even yelled at us. I will be contacting my apartment complex (which towed my car in error) and better business bureau!

I was towed for parking in an area not completely clearly marked as a tow-away zone, so I WAS at fault but they were willing to work with me and meet me at the tow yard after hours which I am sooo grateful for since it took me a few hours to get the money to pay them as well as the Lyft out to them

I was guest parking at my bf’s apartment. I didn’t put my guest pass in my vehicle so the complex had my vehicle towed here. I realized my vehicle was gone at around 2 in the morning, spoke to a really nice guy that gave me all the info I needed to get my baby released. Went there a couples hours later and ALISON, help me get my baby back whole process took about 15 mins n that’s only because I didn’t have cash n had to go next door to the atm. Even though the experience was easy and drama free I hope to never have to see these good looking ppl again lol!!! Thank you Alison!

Should be removed from the state police accident towing rotation. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Cash only, overcharged $1400 to tow 3 miles and $50 a day to store. Total scam!!

I saw all the reviews and got nervous when my car was towed because I pushed off renewing my tag. Got there and they were EXTREMELY nice the sweetest people I have ever met they were so patient and understanding with everything cause at the end of the day it was my fault for forgetting and pushing off getting my tag renewed and they truly were so nice and made me feel better about that whole situation. On the way out they waved me off and told me to make sure I got it fixed. By far the most friendly service I have had in a long time from anywhere.

The guy, very kind, came and fixed the problem. This person was in my parking lot all night. I hope he's learned not to park his car in reserved spots.

not great customer service aside from one lady I spoke to and they didn’t give me my change after I brought them the cash they asked for because they “Don’t have change change”. I understand it’s not a lot of money to get back as change but after all I went through to get my car out I’d at least like what I’m owed back.

Airport Towing Services use spotters who are security guards at gate communities. In my case the security guard knowing handed me back the expired parking tag. Airport Towing Services were supposed to look for three warning tags on the car before towing. Basically three days. They towed my car in 12 hours itself. To make the matter worst two warning stuck to my car were issued to another vehicle at different address weeks back. They took the car a day before Thanks Giving. I figured only on Thanks Giving day that the car is gone. Called them, they did not care to respond on Thanks giving day thought they are required to release vehicle immediately when asked. Airport Towing Service did not take card even thought City of Orlando ordinance clearly requires them to do so. Airport Towing Services is clearly a SCAM being run by the City of Orlando and The Orlando City Police on people. There is no other reason this scam can continue to exist.

Not only did this incompetent tow truck driver took my steering wheel off alignment when towing the car he also damaged my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. After speaking with George who was the manager for the business about it and informing him I had video proof on how the tow truck driver damaged my car he refused to fix the issue and said the damage was there before. I could never recommend this business to anyone for the simple fact that the manager himself couldn’t hold himself accountable for damages that were made that I ended up paying for.

I was here sunday afternoon 4/27 and everyone here were super nice and friendly and helped me fast and efficiently. Getting towed sucks but these people are just doing their job and i had great experience with them and my car was in great shape!

Towed my roommates car which was barely on the line from getting home late because of work. Nobody parked to the left or right of him 2 parking spots over. He parked in our gated apartment complex community. Literally can’t describe how frustrating and pathetic someone would have to be to tow a car in this given situation. Took advantage of the situation to scam him $160. Also, service was poor when he had to then get a lift to go pick up his car. Absolutely pathetic

I don’t think anyone likes towing companies, but this one may be among the worst. When it’s time to make a payment, no one informs you that they only accept cash, not cards. I received someone else's receipts with their name, address, and car type, so I’m left wondering who received my own. I guess I’ll never know. I sincerely hope your car never ends up here. The only person who showed any human decency and compassion was Chino.

The worst customer serice I have ever experienced. They broke my trailer light kit and did not want to replace it , and told me to deal with it. He told me the same things happen when you get locked up, they just kick you out and thats it. There isnt a worst place to seal with . The owner claims to be in business for 50? Years .

If I can leave, no stars, I would! But 1 star is not even close to what my experience was like. These people need more customer service telephone etiquette because there is none! I asked whom I was speaking to on the phone and who was the one that hung up on me. I’ve been advised they don’t give out their names. Yeah, sure. unprofessional. They are RUTHLESS people!! i understand this is their business and livelihood But to treat people that’s coming to them that are helpless and frustrated is beyond unimaginable. No compassion but use their scare tactic to try to upcharge a fee, when the fees are posted. I hope one day you feel that one of your love ones experience how me and my child was treated. TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING business and their people.

Once my complex sorted things out, I was finally able to utilize the service. People are always parked in my spot. Johnny came quickly and effectively moved a car for me today. It looked like he was having a difficult time but was able to move the car with respect to the vehicle as well. Very professional.

My car was towed by that company, right in my apartment complex, for a low tire, not a flat, when I went to release it the rear bumper was hit on the passenger side, the vapor management valve under the trunk was also damaged. I don't understand why the orlando city let those companies operate in such crazy situations. My car has tag ang registration, park on the the property where I reside for almost five years, people please do something for the customers.

After getting towed, these predators left my car dirty on both sides. I asked if they could do anything about it since I had gotten my car detailed recently and they said nothing could be done. Someone I know got towed in the same apartment complex, but her parking permit was inside the car! Somehow, it was on the floor, just like it happened to another reviewer. These scammers are most likely opening people's cars and putting the permit on the floor, to make it seem that they had a reason to tow you. Check everything inside your car, in case they steal from you. Someone sued them and won, which shows their practices are illegal.

I was towed by this company from a condo complex for backing in to a visitors parking spot while helping a friend move his elderly mom in. When I called Airport towing they said the complex has signs posted attached to the tow away signs which my friend and I walked the whole complex no finding one sign. When I told them about the signs not being up he completely ignored me and keep repeating the price to get me vehicle out. To make it worst I was parked near the back of the complex where my vehicle can not be seen from the road which means they drive into areas looking to score a quick $125 a pop which is what i had to pay to get my vehicle back the day after a holiday knowing people may be in town visiting. These are the only signs posted. Such a same what people do for money in times like these.
