Thomas was the tow driver. He offered a less expensive option right off the bat. My vehicle started up again & did not require a tow, however, driver actually followed me to my final destination. Very considerate & respectful. Prompt service.
Today Zach took care of me and let me tell you it was definitely a V.I.P experience. He was such a gentleman, very sweet and hospitable, and very efficient. He was always making sure that I was okay and comfortable. I will definitely use Stepps Towing again and I definitely will refer anyone and all. Thanks again Zach, you're a champ!!!

Was given inconsistent information on what was needed to recover my vehicle and was given constant attitude by multiple employees. Overall dealing with Stepp’s was an aggravating mess I hope to never have to deal with again.
Amazing service from Jose after we lost our keys to the Atlantic at Cocoa Beach. He arrived with our replacement car and camly managed to open our rental so we could retrieve our belongings. What a gentleman! Thank you so much.
Man where do I start my driver rolled over a fully loaded dump truck into a bottom less muck ditch off a dirty road Edwin came out and worked his tail off to get the truck upright and he did a fine job with his manager Beau White on the phone assuring it was a safe and efficient recovery, after the truck was upright Edwin determined it would need another rotator to pick the 85k POUND unit up in the air completely airborne and swing up and out the ditch that’s when Yoheddy showed up on scene and I kid you not before I even had a chance to take out my phone these guys had the unit in the air & on solid ground again with out spilling a lick of oil or diesel on the ground!! After it was said and done my driver was able to start the unit and drive it back to base! First class experience dealing with the Stepps towing team from Beau white knowledge being shared via FaceTime to Yoheddy & Edwin execution I was very impressed to the point I was left speechless.Stepps was EXTREMELY fair with pricing and super transparent! I will never call anyone else.Thank you Edwin,Yoheddy,Beau & the Stepps organization you guys are greatly appreciated!
The tow was fine, and communication once they were about to drop the vehicle off was on point. That's because they want paid of course. Communication before the pickup, however, was lacking. I had an appointment to meet the driver at 10 am. At 10:15, I called to ask if the truck was en route. I was told they were running behind, and a driver would be there in 45 minutes. I called again after an hour. I was told at that point that the driver that was on the way had a flat tire, and it would be another hour or so. Maybe they had a flat, it happens, but nobody called to let me know. My time is as valuable as theirs, but they didn't seem to care about that.
Worked in the towing industry for some years down in South Florida. Hotel in Orlando waiting on an airline flight, watching these guys with their rotator moving what looks to be a generator... Outskirts eyeballing... They look to be extremely professional, safe and doing everything the way it should be from what I see!
Please stay away from this company! They are incompetent and unprofessional. They broke my car window due to their negligence and wanted to take absolutely no fault. They keep blaming it on a manufacturer defect that they “googled” and cannot accept the fact that it was their negligence. When their employee broke my window they immediately where concerned that they were going to lose their job and how much it would cost. No apology. No remorse for the damage they caused. Instead they wanted to say “this is why I hate doing Teslas”.
Thankfully Tesla took care of their customer and replaced the window as you can see below. This company wouldn’t admit to any fault whatsoever and couldn’t even cover a window tint in the least to make up for their negligence. In addition they have been avoiding my calls, because they know what they did is wrong. Their claim staff is also incompetent because they couldn’t come up with legit reasons As to why they aren’t in the least responsible when it was their mistake to pull a door from the inside when the power in the vehicle was out. They claim this is a known thing yet clearly aren’t capable of handling these cars. Please avoid yourself a headache and speaking with incompetent people.
They avoided paying $2k in damages. One would think that the right thing would have been to admit they were wrong, apologize and cover the single window tint that would be nothing in comparison to what they could have paid. But they choose not to and that shows what kind of values this company has. As you can see from all other reviews they are scammers.

(Talking about the tow truck driver RAIDEL) A very professional and respectful man. Answered all questions, talked to me casually and professionally in the best way possible. In an event that can cause people to panic or be nervous he was able to be calm cool collected. This employee deserves a raise no matter the amount. I would even say he needs to be moved to management due to this professionalism, he deserves to have a stronger workload with the pay that resembles. I cannot stress enough how well this gentleman was during the event, thank you for your time, your patience, your answers, and your professionalism. Will use this company again if this man RAIDEL is operating the tow truck.
My car wouldn’t start inside my home garage and I ended up having to call Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance. Their partnership is with stepps towing and I was connected to Hector (truck #552). The text message I had received from stepps towing told me it would be approximately 120 minutes before someone would be at my house. Seconds after I receive that text message I got a phone call from Hector who wanted to confirm exactly where my car was as he did not have a dolly system to pull my car out of my garage based upon his truck and he didn’t want me to have to wait. He was incredibly professional, and walked me through, all of the possibilities on if we could not get my car started. Before he even attempted to jumpstart my car, he stopped and took pictures of my entire car to ensure that the car look the same as it did when he pulled it out. He was able to jumpstart my car, thankfully and professionally ensured my car was secured on his tow truck. I was so impressed!! he even sent me a picture when he dropped my car off at the dealership and let me know who he turned my keys over to. Hector was absolutely the best service man I could have today and Stepps Towing Service did not disappoint! Hector showed professionalism and experience on his job. Not only was he proficient, but he came quickly and made it a point to assure me that I was in good hands now compared to my earlier negative experience with both AAA and Mercedes roadside assistance. The dispatcher for steps also exemplified professionalism and kindness. Steps is a company that provides exceptional customer service in an efficient and complete manner from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone!
Stepp's is great! Kelvin arrived in under 30 minutes and was prompt, courteous, and professional. He made sure to drop my vehicle in a safe location and sent fantastic text updates and photos! What a refreshing experience on a very stressful evening.
This company is awesome the tow driver new what he was doing, friendly kept me updated on arrival time! The experience was great I got home in time to sleep some before it was time for work. Thank you Stepps will definitely use you again hoping not anytime soon!

The experience I had with Stepp's Towing Service set a high bar for tow service. I was initially impressed with their communication updates and response time. The tow driver Hector was friendly, courteous, and professional. Hector gave me the confidence and reassurance that he was going to take great car of my vehicle. Hector followed up with me after delivering my vehicle to its destination with a picture of the car parked at the dealership and a video of the key being deposited into the drop box. Hector's customer service was exemplary and exceptional!
Alert they are very irresponsable they will damage your property and they will say they won’t pay for it but then just offer you a low ball when they are 100% responsible for the damage! use another services they take more than 90 min to get to you!!. do your business with other company more responsible! Beware of the good reviews all are employees forced to do so!
(Edit in response to Stepp’s) yes this happened in 2017 but google is so nice to send me reminders every years for my most viewed review. Your company did take care of the $700 bill in damage your driver made to my car. So every year when google remind me of this I’ll go leaving a new review.
I'm glad I never had a need for this company because his own employee does not know how to park legally. That pick up truck has been parking in the fire lane for two weeks.
I find it kind of hilarious that this company even wants my review. I've never used their services. The only interaction I've ever had with them was a road rage incident with one of their drivers on Orange blossom trail in Orlando. He thought it was kind of funny to be playing vehicle tag with me putting bright lights in my eyes stopping and going in front of me and laughing all the way while doing it. I called the company to let them know what was going on and Bridget had promised me that the manager would see this information and contact me. Unfortunately his contact never came. I wouldn't want to use a service to handle my car while playing tag with another vehicle on the road. Very bad image.
We called several places stuck on the side of i4 and we’re told 2 hour wait not a great spot to be stuck waiting that long but thankfully triple a set us up with this company they got there in a timely matter the tow truck driver Leonardo was amazing he took care of our lowered BMW like it was his own and got it up on the flat bed without a single scrape very friendly man wish I had cash to give him a big tip hopefully you guys take care of this man! He’s a great asset to your company !
I got a flat on very busy highway (FL 528). Joel is an excellent driver. I felt safe & in good hands. Estimate was an hour & he was there sooner. The company made a special exception for which I’m grateful. I would definitely call Stepp’s anytime with confidence. This was a AAA service call.
I had the worst experience with this company, after getting connected through AAA. I called at 7:45AM, with my car at the side of SR-408, in a dangerous place and I had to contact them multiple times to ask if they were coming. Every time I called, they would tell me they were on their way and give me a different estimated time of arrival. At 10:50 they called and lied, saying they were already there with my vehicle, but couldn’t send me a picture. I waited for four hours, lost time at my work and they never arrived. Until I had to call another company directly to ask for urgent services and they took care of it in less than 20 minutes. This is not an acceptable response for roadside assistance, do not waste your time and patience contacting this company.
Orlando Location. These guys were amazing. Super quick response, basically came to inspect the situation on the same day we called, and then everything was done within 2 hours. They were upfront about payment and estimates and really knew what they were doing. The photo is of our excavator before they pulled it out. We should've called them sooner! Don't hesitate you won't regret it.
