How this store manages to stay operational, I have no idea. Everyone I have dealt with is aloof and not at all invested in any form of critical thinking. I had to call twice because I thought I had the wrong number when the counter girl answered with just “hello” and nothing else. There is no standard of customer service here and trying to get information from anyone about your order is futile. Maintain your peace and go elsewhere.
Had a great experience with mr. Montell and he signed me up for a rewards program that i had no idea about wow keep up the great work thank you for your service you rock
I came in and asked the lady in the red shirt if she could do a check because my check engine light came on. The lady told me that I can do it myself. I let her know I have never used that machine before and I have been coming to auto-zone for 20 years and the person working there would check it for me. She said, “Yes you can go hook it up yourself”. Thankfully Angel the lady in the gray shirt overheard the conversation and offered to help. She was super sweet and super kind, she even asked how my day was going. She is an example of an great auto-zone worker

My car was dead in the parking lot because of a bad battery and I went in to buy a battery and I was helped by Holly. She was very attentive and helpful. She went outside and made sure the new battery measured the same cranking amps as the old one. She even swapped out the old battery out and installed the new one like a bad ass!
Eli Alvarez Store 2456. at Auto Zone gave great service. I went with car problem and was able to get the problem resolved. He showed great interest in helping me and went out of his way to check car outside and do a testing,that showed what part was damaged. I am very happy to recommend.
The manager here is very racist and does not respect her employees. Yesterday while I was shopping I overheard someone by the name of Sandy talking about one of the other employees making racist remarks in Spanish unknowingly that I am black and also speak Spanish. When confronted about the issue she did not apologize to me or the poor worker and instead just put me out of the store. I've been coming to this autozone for years so it's very disappointing and disheartening to hear such remarks towards black people and I no longer feel comfortable shopping or spending my money here if this is the type of people that get hired as managers.

Would 100% recommend this location, also Franklin Joseph is a phenomenal employee here. I had an issue where I ordered a strut assembly for my rear driver side and was shipped one for the rear passenger side. I called three different locations before this one, all three acted like they couldn't care less to help me. Finally when I got ahold of this location at 8:30pm, Franklin advised me they had the strut assembly I needed so I hauled it to get over there. I got there at 8:59pm and they close at 9, but Franklin was kind enough to still allow me to come in and seamlessly refunded me for the incorrect one and sold me the correct one. He was not upset with me coming at closing time. He even had the part waiting at the counter for me when I came in. Just overall fantastic customer service on his part.
Hands down the best place for your car care needs. Franklin is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help each customer. His customer service skills are impeccable. I would recommend this location to all.
Best customer service from Autozone that I've had/seen in a while thank to Jennique , spirit was the upmost , I came in she tackled my order and was out in less than 5 minutes. She is an individual & most definitely makes me want to come back, hope to see you guys soon.

Out of all the local AutoZone stores this one is the worst. Rude and ignorant staff. Literally watched one of the employees argue with customer that his car that he showed up in did not exist because she couldn't find it on a drop down menu, it was a kia sorrento in the parking lot. It's the only AutoZone that flat out refuses to look up commercial accounts after like 6:00 p.m. Hope they close this branch.
The young lady named Nikki definitely is an amazing worker she definitely went above and beyond and resolved my issue with the quickness and because of her great energy and amazing customer service this will forever be my autozone
I truly appreciate Jessica's assistance. Not only did she verify that my car was the right car. She also made sure to assist me in installing my battery. This is my first time coming to that store and have exceptional customer service. I would definitely go back because of her customer service.
Ms Debbie G at store# 2456 is a great asset for Autozone!! She noticed my purchase of 3 quarts of oil and asked if I needed an oil change. She then explained the importance of an oil change and recommended a few places that were economical. I appreciated the time she took and the care shown

Mikey went above and beyond to track down the Battery replacement I needed. Otherwise I would have been driving store to store. Mikey works at the Old Winter Garden store. From there I went to the Silver Star and pine hills. Sadly I can't remember their names. But I was helped by ALL 3 employees. Fabulous Experience at Both stores. Thank you ALL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
