They need to hire more people that more knowledge of cars and car parts I've been up there I had to show them the parts I had to look them up on my phone then show them

I had just came from another Autozone on SOBT to get my car plugged in, so I stopped to have them plug in. First thing I am told is both of their devices are broken, and one young women stating this is why we should never let people borrow the equipment unless we are with them. I was kind of frustrated as this was another stop and not one person offering to help. What I mean by help is calling another store and see if they can. All I got was we can't out of 2 stops. I buy a lot of parts from Autozone and this is ridiculous!!!
Manager Jefferson has terrible customer service. He refuses to price match with Orlieys. So from now on I will take me business to where I get better customer service and better price match.
Ms. Debbie’s service was amazing. She was super energetic and helpful. My stressful situation quickly took a turn for the better! My battery was changed quickly and my process was smooth. I’d recommend this store
The supposed "manager" Kia is very rude and unhelpful. I inquired about a delivery order I placed online that was missing items and she refused to assist me and was extremely mean to me as if I was inconveniencing her. Go to a different location if possible, don't do online orders either.
Throughout my years of coming into this store I’ve always been greeted with respect and excellent customer service. Mrs. Debbie has always been a great help and has a great attitude. However, she was not in the store on yesterday between 4:30-5pm. There was an employee who looked to be Latino, heavy set, with a pony tail who treated my father and I with much disrespect. We simply asked for help with a wiper blade and not only did she not help, she never stopped to acknowledge us in any way. I was told that she works in the back by another store clerk who very nice to us. I know that she represent everyone else but her actions can most definitely deter customers from entering your store. I’ve been apart of this community for 20 plus years and have never been treated this way by any worker other than her. Unfortunately, I went to a different store because of this encounter. Helpful service was provided on 20 August 2025 Pine Hills store) One of the store employees (Kianelly Caban Soto) went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected car incident, her dedication saved a lot of hassle. Every interaction, with the store staff was friendly and professional, which made a stressful situation much better.

How this store manages to stay operational, I have no idea. Everyone I have dealt with is aloof and not at all invested in any form of critical thinking. I had to call twice because I thought I had the wrong number when the counter girl answered with just “hello” and nothing else. There is no standard of customer service here and trying to get information from anyone about your order is futile. Maintain your peace and go elsewhere.

I came in and asked the lady in the red shirt if she could do a check because my check engine light came on. The lady told me that I can do it myself. I let her know I have never used that machine before and I have been coming to auto-zone for 20 years and the person working there would check it for me. She said, “Yes you can go hook it up yourself”. Thankfully Angel the lady in the gray shirt overheard the conversation and offered to help. She was super sweet and super kind, she even asked how my day was going. She is an example of an great auto-zone worker
My car was dead in the parking lot because of a bad battery and I went in to buy a battery and I was helped by Holly. She was very attentive and helpful. She went outside and made sure the new battery measured the same cranking amps as the old one. She even swapped out the old battery out and installed the new one like a bad ass!
Eli Alvarez Store 2456. at Auto Zone gave great service. I went with car problem and was able to get the problem resolved. He showed great interest in helping me and went out of his way to check car outside and do a testing,that showed what part was damaged. I am very happy to recommend.
