I called after 4:00 p.m. and spoke to a very informed receptionist who got all my information promptly. I was given a fair offer within 10 minutes and heard from the tow truck driver within the hour. He had that car out of here in the time it took me to do the paperwork. Highly recommended

The representatives that contacted me were incredibly accommodating with my busy schedule in setting up a time to pick up my car. Their follow-up was borderline harassment with their daily text messages, phone calls, and voicemails, but following up with customers is an important part of their job and the offer for my car would have expired in a certain amount of time. I would do business with them again 👍🏼
So I deposited my check and the check was returned. I texted the rep that I had worked with at 10pm expressing my displeasure. I got my first call from Wheelzy at 10am the next morning. I was in a meeting and couldn’t take the call. They called 3 more time before I was finally able to answer. They apologized for the issue. Turned out that you can’t deposit that check electronically. But that wasn’t a big deal for them. They immediately deposited the money directly into my PayPal account. You can’t beat that type of customer service. I highly recommend this company.
Gene contacted me about selling my 2013 Elantra which was not in good shape. I was offered $1,500 for the car and then they upped the offer to $1,700. After we agreed I told Gene the side view mirrors did not match the color of the car. I sent Gene pictures of the car that he asked for. After seeing the pictures of the car he offered me $1,440 which I thought was fair. We agreed on a deal. I signed the title where he told me to sign. The title was in my name however, it had another person's name in the assigned to. An associate of Gene asked me to sign a form because the other person's name was in the assigned to field. They picked up the car and gave me a check. After the sale I was contacted and was told that I should sign another form which would give Wheezy a clean title which I did.
The bottom line is i received more for the car than I thought I would receive and they worked through the issue of another name in the assigned to space on the title. Gene walked me through the entire process and allieviated my concerns and made the deal happen. I would recommend Wheezy to anyone wanting to sell their car.
