Purchase a used engine on Wednesday May 5, 2021, found the engine not to be functionable paid for remove and replace just to find out the engine was never any good. Return the engine with receipt and the owners threw me out because they did not have the money to give back to me. Have a receipt will file charges Stay tuned. Duncan! Don’t buy from JNB unless you just wanna Give away your money. Because their word is nothing it’s just as trashy as their parts.
No public warranty policy anywhere on their website, facebook or on the receipt. Motor had issues, they were willing to buy cheap chinese junk parts to fix it but not quality oem parts for a motor that's well known for failing with aftermarket parts. Billy got aggressive on the phone for no reason at all constantly cutting me off when speaking. Poor customer service and attitude.
Mind you, I'm trying to get rid of a clunker...
The employee that I talked to on the phone asked me to send photos. He texted me that he was interested. Give him a few minutes. Ok. He came back with a offer of $250. I asked if he could do $280. He said sure, he would send the truck. It took the driver 4 hours to get there.
He turned my car on, immediately said, oh oh. I heard a noise from the engine. He kept going around the car, mentioning the noise.
I mean, what do you want? You are picking up junk. He finally got on the phone, talking about the noise. Then he told me he'd give me $200. I told him no. He gave me my key and took off.
It's not the first time I had to sell a car for junk. You have to stick to what you were quoted, no matter what the driver tries to pull. I got a much better and honest deal the next day.
Billy and the rest of the crew at J and B Used Auto Parts provide exceptional service! By the time I got off the phone, the staff was already working to get the part I had requested. When I showed up, the part was ready for pick up. All I had to do was pay and be on my way. Very responsive, quick, and smooth service.
Very definitely recommended! Knowledgeable, friendly staff are very willing to help. Reasonable prices (no "entrance fee") and a great value for used parts. Billy was terrific and went out of his way to accommodate me. As I have a vehicle with a lot of obsolete/no longer available parts, I now know where to go. Even though I'm almost an hour away, it's worth it.
Jnb is now under new management ....they make good on their warranties and have a great new sales team with fast friendly service. This is a good place to do business with!!
Never been treated like dirt when trying to buy something. Also avoid the large guy on the far right. Very rude and inconsiderate and ignores you when you try to ask him a question when your standing right in front of him
Thet customer service here is terrible these guys are just slacking too much. came in to look for a part spent nearly 45 minutes waiting for it and then they told they did not have it, after they told me they had it
Bob tried to sell me a bent fuel pump with broken retainer tab. They won't or can't inspect the part. Then they try to sell it to you anyway even with a blatant lie to your face. I even told them specificity to check the plastic tabs. I wasted my breath, time. I went to another junkyard for half the price. If you complain they rip the part out of your hands. Incompetence,arrogance blatant dishonesty no rules be ready to rip
There is no worse place to go than this place. Employees seem not to care about nothing and the only thing you hear is cursing and bad words out of the mouth of some shorty Hispanic, no offense I'm Hispanic too, but ladies deserve some respect. If the owner doesn't care while standing in the front the I will not recommend this place for nobody. Besides the ridiculous Towing service, besides being so expensive you a careless driver that invents charges to peel your pocket off. They should be ashamed of thems selves. No regrets.
Horrible! Junk & Broke more like it. Your better off going next door to Eco Green for better parts or LKQ. The owner is a monster with no concern but his own pocket!
Jose is a stubborn rude Spanish guy that thinks everyone is stupid and he's the sh!!. He should shut up on occasion and listen to people's needs and not make them feel stupid for not knowing every terminology in the Auto Dictionary! Return calls when you say your going to also. "Bob is great though!"
Ordered a engine from them through Luis a worker there paid a deposit to hold engine Luis sent me a picture of the engine to confirm . Called them a hour before family came to pick it up Luis said engine was there and ready rented a trailer to pick up the engine family got there to get it told them it wasn't there and they had to wait 2 for them to go get it and bring back.key statement- (when I called before they got there Luis said was there) I paid for this engine to be shipped to me all the way to GA get here wrong Damn engine not the one in the picture at all.so had to rent a trailer take engine back more money (double) and to get there and i tell Luis I paid for it to be shipped and brought back out of money for nothing.for Luis to tell me he sold my engine I paid for. Worst company ever!!!!!!
The experience was excellent Bob done a great job. The part that he got for me, he pulled the part. put it in my pickup truck and it fit perfectly thank you Bob appreciate your help. Great service.
Called 3 separate times(1st time to see if they had the parts 2nd time to confirm they did have the parts and what condition it was in along with a couple other questions and 3rd time to let them know we are on the way so they could have it pulled) today looking for parts for an 03 Grand Marquis. Said they had the parts I was looking for. Drove over an hour to this place just to wait another hour and then say they not even have it!!! Won't be doing business with them in the future and will be passing it along to other people I know. AWFUL business!!

Went there looking for a transmission, was looking to spend $1G. The guy upfront sent me to a guy name Louie, I asked him what I am looking for, his response was I am too busy. I told him I'll wait, he said someone else or a another yard can help me. He just lost my business and my friends business. Do not go there they don't value customer or customer service.
I Called man said had part ..said would call me back to tell me if part work never called so i called back..got there after 30 min drive there he says never had part ...i could tell he was clearly lying and we had hust spoke on phone.... but what can u do
