Had work done here after an accident. Within a few months the paint started peeling off and I took it back to them and they said I must have bumped into a shopping cart or something at the grocery store and refused to fix it. 🤡. Poor work and poor service.
Had to have front bumper replaced on my 2022 Silverado. They did an outstanding job on the replacement and it also required painting it to match my truck and it looked outsanding. Was all completed with in a weeks time, including time necessary for them to order all of the parts. Dealing with the staff was pleasant and they kept me informed. Highly Recommend them
I brought my car here for collision repair and they do very good work. They also did all the communication with the insurance company and the repair was done quickly. Thanks
I had to have my dealership fix issues with the car that the body shop was supposed to fix under my insurance claim. I still have moisture in my headlight and other cosmetic damage. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with this body shop.

Cochrane is the most powerful and wonderful facility for auto body paint and repair! It is not possible to find another capable business! The owners are phenomenal in every way! If you have any need do yourself a benefit and use them as you will be pleased!
I had my Van repaired after front end damage. I picked it up when they finished and the end of my work day. As we were cleaning it up to restock it we found a part missing. Also discovered the shelving by in the back was damaged. The shelving bag ripped the floor interior frame. No one new this we thought it was just front end damage. My bad insurance said I needed to take it back to repair center. The female office worker was helping me figuier out what to do when the owner came out and started hammering me about the problems. He was clearly in an offended state that I had brought the van back. He made rude irrational statements and came up with an irrational solution. He cussed me out and blamed me for the problems. I went back in to find the lady that was helping me which she abandoned me with this nut. I found her inside and asked if she was going to reopen my claim. The man came in cussing me out telling me he would never do my work and to get off his property or he would call the police. This was an unbelievable experience. I will never use them or recommend them. I later find out it is a family business and clearly that is the only reason he has employees.
It is hard to believe just how kind and genuine these people really are and on top of that they did a really GREAT job of repairing and painting my SUV. It looks brand new. They know how to treat their customer and complete the work in a timely and professional manner. They also, kept the cost down and the vehicle was repaired, picked up and driven home several days even before the check had been received from the insurance company. It was a real pleasure to deal with them and they will get all my family and friends business. Sandra Anderson

There are no "technicians" at this body shop, only highly skilled artists. I have taken two of my vehicles here for repairs and it's arguably the best body shop that I have ever been to. They were able to blend my truck's twenty-two year old paint from some one who rear ended me and make it look like nothing ever happened.
My wife's car was hit all along the passenger's side requiring two door replacements. When the vehicle was complete, it looked like we had just purchased it from the new car lot. The craftmanship is purely and simply, perfection. One could not ask for anything more.
The front desk was extremely polite and helpful with all of the insurance haggling. The charming lady at the front desk is also the reason why I did not pay more out of my pocket, because my multi-billion dollar insurance company did not want to fork out the extra cash to cover the labor costs that was required to complete my vehicle. She haggled it out of them. (High Five) to her.
Cochrane's collision center is second to none when it comes to body work and attention to detail. I will not settle for anything less than their beautiful craftmanship. Thank you all for your time and hard work, as you have all exceeded my expectations for a small-town collision center.

I was referred to Cochranes from a friend. I can say that I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the work. They took care of the rental car and kept me informed through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Cochrane's to anyone who wants great work and to be treated with respect.
Tried to use the business was asking questions about my truck but they showed no real concern for what my questions were for my truck for that matter so I left
I can't say enough great things about Cochran's. They did a fantastic job on my car and it was finished quicker than expected. Will recommend to anyone and everyone.
I was caught in a hail storm that left my SUV with circular dents all over. My Insurance said Cochrane's was a preferred body shop. It was raining when I picked up my car and thought it was covered with water spots. I don't drive with my reading glasses & the headliner looked a wet-yellow but I figured it needed to dry. The next day, I realized there was no headliner & paperwork said they'd replaced it. I saw my agent and he had a 3 way phone with Cochrane's owner who said he couldn't replace the headliner. He also lied & said he told me to total my car as the repairs were the cost of the car, @ $3,500. but I insisted it be fixed. He never suggested totalling my car. Why wouldn't I total a 13 yr old car that ran fine with little dents from hail and take $3,500 for it and buy it back from the insurance co and drive it with little dents I couldn't see? Really? The agent got Insurance to approve an auto upholstery shop to install a new headliner & told me to have Cochrane's buff out the spots & roughness in the paint.
I took the car back to Cochrane's and the male owner told me to get off his property; they were doing nothing more to fix their bad work. I met with a claims adjuster at another body shop. She just said it was a bad case of fisheyes plus they didn't even fix hail dents on the side. She figured out Cochrane's owed me about a third of what they'd been paid, so I was cut a check and she said the insurance company would get it back from Cochrane's. Wish I'd seen Jerry's review before I took my car there. They did the same sort of thing to him. His review was over a year ago & is still on here.
I had my fender flares painted to match my truck only to have them a brighter white than my oxford white on the truck. I stopped in to show the owner the difference only for him to say it looked good to him and thats all they could do and for me to have a nice day and that I could take my business elsewhere. I walked back in to say I was not being rude or wanted anything from him, just to let him see the difference. As he said I was being offensive by even stopping in, again he tells me to go somewhere else next time as he showed me out the door. I’m a long time resident of callahan and I have never had a business owner treat me as he did. Information for future customers, beware of the customer service and work you may receive from this owner and business if you so choose. I’m very disappointed that for any future services I may need in this automotive field I would have to take my business away from my hometown.
Absolutely the best automotive body shop I've dealt with. After my wreck another body shop (Callahan body & paint) had worked on my truck for 3 months but still didn't repair all of the issues ( continuous squeaking and popping in my front end, my rear camera was not working, my rear and front window actuators were not working). Then with 3 more trips to have the issues resolved, I advised my claims adjuster I was not dealing with their incompetence. ( I had to buy a new $300 tire due to the alignment not being corect) We decided to contact Cochran's collision and made an appointment to drop my truck off. And within five days my vehicle was repaired and returned in the same working order as before my wreck . The workmanship was impeccable and the service was outstanding you cannot ask for a more family-oriented business I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.
