Enrolling for a weekly pick up, went very smoothly. If I could point out a hiccup, it is that they do not address when the initial bin will be delivered to the household.

We have been customers of waste management for at least 35 years or more. I believe they are way overpriced and my husband and I are wanting to change over Meridian waste management. We thought when they were gonna drop down think it was $35 I couldn’t beat it. I know things goes up, but this is outrageous.

I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years with waste management have always paid my bill when they send me an email or a text message. Say it’s due the one time they did not send me a reminder. They canceled my service and took my trashcan no longer with them will not go back been unhappy with Them for quite a while keep charging more and less Customer Service changed over to Meridian waste management

Everything has been working out great so far. The automated billing is very convenient and provides helpful heads-up notifications. Pickups are consistently on time, and any changes are communicated promptly. Overall, the communication has been great.

Recently switched service from another waste haul company that we had utilized for a number of years. The service from WM is just as consistent, but at a better quarterly fee.

I canceled my service in December! It's the 12th Jan and can't get this trashcan picked up. They can't even tell me where to drop it off. The pickup day keeps changing and now they put in a callback from a supervisor. Now, if I don't hear from a supervisor in 24hrs(business hrs) ill have to call again. Now, you can drop off the trashcan quickly for new service but can't pick it up in a timely manner. Just awful!

Customer Service is incompetent. Can’t get your bill right charge you for things you didn’t Receive and the Customer Service numbers are a joke no one answers it just keeps going to automated information. We have called 20 times with no answer. Billing department is just as bad. Can’t seem to get my bill correct

Trying to get in touch with waste management to inquire about yard waste services for small branches that fell in my yard was futile. Chat couldn't help after calling and waiting on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes, I just gave up. Very poor and non existent customer service service. Plus, just had a 28% increase in my trash service. This was on top of the earlier increases in the cost of service over the last 12 months. I guess when you have a monopoly like WM, you can charge whatever you want and get away with it.

there was a period of over two month where the trash wasn't getting picked up for 2 wks., then we'd get notice that it'd be a few days behind, but that didn't happen. The past two weeks they've been on time. I suppose it was staff related

Everything is great with the exception of the garbage can lids. Please close them after emptying. With all the rain we’ve had they feel up fast with water and hard to empty. I’m a senior citizen and it’s very difficult to empty a can half full of water. Again raining seasons please make sure lids are closed once cans are emptied! Once again please make sure lids are closed in rainy weather

I just started with them in mid October and they have taken 170.00 out of my account. I have to wait for a day off so I can go get a print out from my bank to prove to them that they are taking more money than they are supposed to out of my account. I paid 66.00 for the first month and delivery fee for garbage cans and at 35.00 a month something is not right. I called and they told me they have only taken the 66.00 and 35.00 out of my account. My bank account is showing 170.00.

They always put our cans back right in the center of the driveway. I have called several times and it stops for a few weeks then right back to doing it. I know it sounds a little petty but it's simple to sit them back where they was. They literally back up 5 to 6 feet to put one dead center of the driveway. Not to mention the safety hazard when my wife gets home from taking my son to school she has to stop in the road and get out, leaving our daughter in the car in the road, and move the can. They have no respect for their customers at all.

Dear Waste Management Team, After moving back to my family home a year ago, I chose to continue with the company I’ve trusted since childhood. I have ensured that my bill has been paid on time every month. Despite this, my trash has been skipped on three separate collection days. • The first time, I understood there were service workers in the area. • The last two times, however, were uncalled for. On each occasion, I notified your company. The responses I received were the same: “We are sorry, we can have a driver come by later today or first thing tomorrow.” Most recently, I was told a supervisor would be notified and to leave my trash outside for pickup that afternoon. Yet when I returned home, my trash was still full. What’s most frustrating is that I was told my trash had been picked up when it clearly had not — something I confirmed through CCTV recordings. To put this into perspective: in my line of work as a firefighter, imagine me in uniform and in my vehicle, seeing your loved one injured, trapped in a car fire, or choking — and simply driving past, despite being paid to serve. I don’t have that luxury, and even if I did, I would never choose it. I expect the same level of accountability and commitment from Waste Management. Communities rely on your service, and when it is neglected, it undermines trust. I ask that these issues be addressed promptly and that steps be taken to ensure reliability moving forward.

I do not like to see one man doing everything like driving the truck and getting out the truck to dump the can. Sometimes the garbage can is not pick up. Last Friday, the truck did not come down my street at all.

Those workers come every week, they do a great job. The new trucks that picks up the trash containers are amazing. It takes less the 30 seconds to grab the containers , dump them and their off to the next one. The only drawback is it eliminated alot of workers who used to ride on the back and manually dump the containers. The lost jobs are the bad part.

I've literally only been using them a month and they've picked up my trash once. ONCE. the drivers keep marking my trash as picked up on the app with a time and everything but upon checking, my can wasn't touched and is still full of trash... of course they're quick to take your money though. Apparently 💰 = no service anyways...

Left your service. Take me off of your listing. Last year you failed to pick up in Monument on forecasted bad weather two weeks in a row without next day reschedule. One month of trash finally picked up after persistent phone calls to you out of state call center. I left your trash pick up lottery and your poor Colorado management team. Dont contact me again.

I live alone so I don’t produce a lot of trash. I could probably get by with one or two collections per month. I wish you had a different price level for people like me

I have been a customer of there’s for over 12 years and never had an issue or missed pickup till recently. They damaged both the trash cans and replaced there’s but refuse to pay me back for the cost of my can that I bought from Lowe’s. From that point forward it has been Horrible service. The trash guy still drags the cans around instead of using the wheels on them and scratching holes in the bottom of these cans. The only good thing is they are at a decent price quarterly.

Customer Service is absolute trash (pun intended). You literally cannot get ahold of a human to ask a question. Their phone system literally is made to have you figure everything out on the automated system or go online. Here’s the thing, sometimes there are one off questions that you can’t find online.

I just wish the empty garbage cart would be placed back by the curb in the grass. Each week I find a garbage can in the entrance of my driveway. So when I come home I have to park the car in the street. Get out and move the trash can before I can park in my driveway.

I have been a customer of theirs for 16 years. Paid my bill for their services every quarter. My personal cans fell in their truck, I reported it, they never reimbursed me purchasing more nor did they replace them. Broke my new can recently. They broke their own can, after asking for a replacement, they brought one with broken wheels. Customer service is very poor. There is more to the way they treated me as a client and I am sure others have stories also. Just paid my bill to them, decided to Cancel my service, yet they will not refund my money. Very unethical company behavior. They will definitely accept your money, but they will not make sure you are satisfied. Beware of this company.

I wish my town would go with a different option. They are so restrictive, TERRIBLE customer service over the phone who have no clue what is going on and they basically ignore all service requests like for an extra can or bulk trash pickup. Ill be contacting my city decision makers encouraging them to look at different options.

Customer service is AWFUL. Cancellation process was the WORST. Called after I was told an email was not sufficient enough. My husband called for a week. He went in person and was told the location DOES NOT DO CANCELLATIONS. So he drove to Callahan. Waste of time.

Your service is adequate, but not exceptional. My neighbors use another service and pricing is comparable, but they can stack larger items beside the cans and the company picks it up. This includes furniture and yard debris.

The services provided have declined significantly in the 20 years we've used them. They no longer pick up large items that are next to the trash bin and they no longer accept requests for bulk pickup in our area. Additionally, they only pick up recycling bi-weekly, down from the weekly pickup they used to do. Almost everyone on our street has changed to another company for their waste management needs. I don't know why we haven't.

Twice now the driver had damaged my can by setting it down too hard and broke the plastic wheels. The driver didn't take notice there were no wheels on the can. I called for a replacement and i was informed it would take up to 14 days for replacement. My new can arrived 2 days after reporting it damaged. Thank You WM...I would rate your company a 10. The driver needs to be a little more careful placing the can on the ground. Thanks again for responding so quickly.
