I stopped in here to get a new headlight for my Mini Cooper. John was super helpful and helped me pick out the lights that would be the best for my car and my old eyes. While I’m pretty sure I’ve changed the headlights in my car before, I couldn’t remember exactly how to do it, and John volunteered to assist me. And by assist me I mean he did it. It might’ve been nothing to him and something he does every day but for me it saved me a lot of hassle once I got home from a long day at work. I really appreciated his help and kindness.

Brandy was so helpful and quick to test my battery and recommend the best option to replace the old one. Dillon installed my battery immediately and got my car running smooth again! Thanks to the team at Callahan AutoZone!

went in looking for goo gone. i wandered the store for 10 mins looking for it then asked the gentleman behind the counter and he said "should be on isle 2 or 6" so i looked again and didn't find it. very unhelpful

Came in for a brake light and Cassie was amazing she not only got the light for me and the tool but said she was going to put it in for me. Amazing customer service. Thanks again for the help

Husband went to get oil filter. Sales people were rude. Gave us the wrong filter and tool. Went back next day another sales representative again rude and again wrong one. At this point half day gone. Went to different auto parts store and had a very good experience. Will not go back to auto zone

I went into the store and greeted by the associate. Once I tell her what I was looking for, which was a short length of flexible brake line, she goes to the back and brings me out a piece she said would work. She proceeded to tell me that it is fuel line but it will work for brake applications aswell. After it was installed on my motorcycle I found out that the rubber fuel line she gave me indeed does not work with brake fluid. When rubberized fuel line comes in constant contact with brake fluid it eats it away and ruptures. Needless to say it was a scary experience when you go to step on the brake pedal and there are no brakes. Thankfully I was in a rural place and not in town at the time.

I'm so glad I chose to stop here for my car repair needs. Jay and Stefan helped me find several things I needed and even installed of a few items for me! That saved me and my husband a lot of time and frustration trying to do it ourselves. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Their excellent service was over the top. I'll be back for future needs. Thank you!!

Absolute worst parts store I have ever been to! If I could give zero stars I would! Started when I pulled up and all three employees are outside smoking. Nobody greeted me or said a word to me. I went inside to try and rent a puller and there were no employees inside to help me. I spent 15 minutes standing at the front counter before I finally just left. Don’t go here unless you can get what you need yourself and use the self checkout… because there sure isn’t anyone there that’s will to even speak to you let alone help you!

Normally, I don't care about it, but I didn't purchase the oil +filter (STP) on sale. I purchased the Mobil 1 filter, which wasn't on the flyer. therefore, my purchase should have been eligible for the military discount. The manager yelled across the regiters that it says on the website can't use discount with promotional sales. If she had walked over to see, she would have seen a different filter. But that's ok because Walmart carries the same things even cheaper!

I came into the store a few days ago and needed help getting a few things for my car .. a guy named Jacob helped me and he was amazing he pointing me in the right direction!! His customer service was nothing shy of amazing ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! Thanks so much Jacob for helping me !! I will be back for everything I need for my car !

Best auto parts store experience I’ve ever had. Ed and Jenn went above and beyond to help me diagnose an electrical issue with my car, which barely made it into the parking lot before breaking down completely. They were able to get me back up and running good enough to make it to the auto shop, where my mechanic told me that they were dead on the money with their diagnosis! Give Ed and Jenn a raise!! I’m very grateful for and impressed with the quality of customer service and expertise at this location. They saved me from having to call a tow truck! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!

I'm the least car savvy person. Went in for a wiper blade for my truck, not knowing what to get or look for. Vic and Cassie, the store manager were awesome. Got me the right wiper blade and put it on for me. Both were very helpful and friendly about it and didn't make me feel dumb about not knowing what I needed. Really appreciate those two!

I had a great experience at AutoZone! It's wonderful when I'm greeted at the door by Skylar and Jenn. They provided me with excellent customer service and were able to help diagnose and provide the necessary parts for my truck. I have spent thousands on my car in the last year. The engine light came on and we stopped here to see if they could do anything. This has to have been the best customer service I've ever encountered. Thanks to a young man by the name of Stefan. I was able to drive home safely. He noticed and helped me fix the problem immediately. People are not that caring anymore. I travel to the area very often. I will definitely stop there for any auto issues in the future. He is one of the few honest people left.

Jenn was absolutely amazing! She helped me find a battery at a good cost and showed excellent customer service! I will definitely be back just for the reason that the employees are so wonderful and they treat the customers very well when you come in! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

Very good customer service!! Went in 2x today trying to find parts for our chipper. He took the time to make sure I had parts, and gave me a dollar out his pocket to keep me from having to walk out to my truck. I really wish I had got his name for here because his customer service is excellent!

I stopped by Auto Zone today to get my battery checked only to find out it was my alternator. The store manager Matthew was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to make sure he checked to see what the problem was before just selling a battery and it was him that told me about the alternator. Matthew made sure he offered me a great price for it and made a high stress problem a no stress problem. An employee by the name of Micheal was getting off of work and heard the issue I was having and offered to stick around for an extra hour to put the alternator in for me! I wanna thank you so much to the guys here at Auto Zone for going above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. Keep up the great work and this location is now my go to for all of my car parts!!!!

Michael Johns and Matt Reynolds at store 4952 in Callahan, Florida are two of the most dedicated customer service agents in the business. If you buy a battery, they will follow you outside to install it whether you ask or not. Even things are small as replacing wiper blades, they are on it. I highly recommend this store because of the great customer service.

I’ve been coming here for around two years. Scooter is the reason I keep coming back. From his instant greeting when I walk into the door to always helping me find exactly what a need and recommending products I may not have thought of. He even assisted me carry my merchandise to the door and installed my windshield wipers for me when I asked him. He’s the best and I look forward to my next visit here.

Had a unique experience today. Needed windshield wipers for my 2002 PT cruiser. Scooter greeted me with a great smile and welcome. Checking out i could not get my debit card to work funds were available but the chip would not read .I started to leave to go get funds when Scooter and Matt personally paid for my wipers so I would not have to make another trip. Their knowledge. politeness and just wanting to please you attitude is awesome. Matt and I also served in the Air Force. Auto Zone and Callahan are very lucky to have these two and this store to serve them with their automotive needs. Do your self a big favor and if you need vehicle parts go see these guys you will be glad you did. Rick R

Parts people are a lot more knowledgeable than they are at advanced Auto. Prefer this store much more.

Worst customer service in Callahan. I got my wife's car scanned by some young kid and he said i needed 02 sensors. All 4 of them at 50 dollars each totaling over 200 dollars. I was sceptical cause of the price and that's when this guy assured me that i could return them if it doesn't fix the problem. Sounded good to me. Nothing to lose. That didn't fix my problem with the car. After a couple days go by, i figure out that it's the mass airflow sensor. Well when i took the 02 sensors back for a return, "that i was told i can do", the "manager" of the store didn't help me. Didn't even express any concern for me, "the customer", and told me cause he can't put it back on his shelf for resale. After i told him what i was told i can return these if they don't work he didn't believe and proceeded to make me feel like this is all my fault. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make it to my next paycheck with no money as auto zone is more worried about keeping their 200 dollar sale. I'm not impressed to say the least
