This is my 1st and usual stop for parts. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help

The worst customer service experience I've ever had with this store. Young kid in camo jacket answered the phone right in the middle of helping me at the counter for a headlight and said what part it was and proceeded to talk on the phone and never said that he expected me to go find it in the aisles (which I never had to do before and didn't when I left here and went to auto zone instead in case that's management's excuse), only had me standing in front of him in awe as he continues to talk on the phone and only when I said ubruptly finish taking care of me then he told me to go get it... I run a business and this is a sure way to lose it. I will not be back, that's why competition is always a good thing. Don't settle for less with these companies as long as you have a choice and a voice.

I had an out of state return and had no issues.

Stopped in at advance auto in Callahan Florida to get some power steering fluid and brake fluid and the man Brandon That works there was very nice and very helpful and I really appreciate him going out of his way to help me to even put The fluids that I needed in my truck!! Thank you so much, Brandon for your generosity and being such a good worker!!!!!

Had to pick up some auto a/c stuff, and Joseph M. clued me in on the myriad of deals you can get through their phone app. Great service, knowledgeable staff. Will return!

They don't open on time. Stood outside for 10 minute's, left and went to Autozone

Everytime I order online, it's supposed to picked in 30 minutes. When I go to pick it up, it isn't yet. They do it when I'm asking for my order. Doesn't take long, but don't claim to say it will when it isn't. Still my fave place to get parts though

Had a great experience today at advance auto parts in Callahan. TJ went above and beyond in helping us get a new battery in my husbands truck even though it kept giving us issues and it felt like a 1000 degrees outside.

I had an amazing experience here. They helped me as I was about to break down. Best people, and service I've ever had at one of these stores. A guy named Jeff and Stefan helped me. If it wasn't for Stefan I would have been on the side of the road stranded and if it wasn't for Jeff, I would have never got anything fixed over in my town. These guys deserve the best and highly recommend.

Always extremely helpful. The only bad side was getting stuck in the parking lot until midnight changing a drive belt and tensioner, so we could make it back home to Georgia, so we didn't make it home until 2am!! The store manager stopped by to check on us as he was leaving, and was kind enough to point us in the direction of the water hose so we would be able to clean up when finished, and put water in the truck if needed. Thank you advance for your kindness!!

Just made a visit to this store and was greeted immediately. Jeff the store manager was super nice and helped me with everything I needed. Even put my air filter in which wasn’t an easy task. Thank you Jeff for being so kind and all the help!

We were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania on May 13, 2021, when the brake warning light appeared on the dashboard. We were about 6 hours into our 21 hour trip and didn't know what to do. My husband suggested stopping at Advance Auto Parts to check the warning light. They were very busy, but the gentleman (unfortunately, we didn't get his name), offered to scan the message. He couldn't get a reading due to the age of the vehicle, so he suggested going up the road to Connor's Garage. We were skeptical because we were from out of state and thought possibly we would be taken advantage of. We were pleasantly surprised by Connor's. Within fifteen minutes, we had the problem solved and were on our way. The Advance Auto Parts staff member wouldn't accept any payment or tip. Outstanding customer service and we would highly recommend them. Great representatives of Advance Auto Parts!

I went there for a battery. They didn't have one in stock to fit my car. I'd turned my car off,so I needed a jump. They came out and jumped me off so I could go find a battery elsewhere. They were very friendly and helpful.

my last few experiences with the staff was like pre K students was helpn me.. they had no clue as to what i needed. and always sold me the wrong part.. so i took my buisness elsewhere.. thanks for humorous times

My Tahoe was overheating bc i have a antifreeze leak somewhere. I pulled up and asked for help and the man got the right fluid for my truck. Big Phil no longer works there. He was AMAZING and would go over & beyond what aas3 requested of him but there is still really good people there.

I am a regular online purchaser at this store. The only time they don't have my part waiting for me at the counter is if I get to the store before the order reaches their system. Otherwise.......GREAT service every time.

Ryan did an excellent job lending his services to help with the diagnostics of my vehicle, and offering assistance in installing much needed new windshield wipers.

Very nice.. my battery kept going dead so I took my car up to them and they checked my battery out tested it on there machine and found out what was wrong.. just needs a charge.. very nice guy.. talked with me the whole time made it very comfortable.. I'll take my vehicle back to them..

I’m driving down US1 there’s a little drizzle (sounds like a dope rapper name) just enough for my windshield wipers job security when all of the sudden JFHROSBF DKD!!! one flys off the friggin car! #WhatTheWhat! MISSION CONTROL MISSION CONTROL! WE ARE DOWN A WIPER! At this point only 50% of my available wipers are operational 50%!!!. Then out of the thick grey rain I see the neon beacon of hope.... Advanced Auto Parts! Huston, I have a plan! Yo! I whipped that baby in the parking lot so fast people thought I was a drifter from RBDWC in my ‘13 Ford Fusion. That’s when the very helpful people of AutoZone jumped in the action. What car do you have? What year? Want us to install it?? Hell yea! Bro I was in and out back on the road in less than 5 minutes.
