Amazing experience! Went in to get my battery tested & then changed out. I definitely recommend this location for your auto part needs. Employees were all welcoming as soon as I opened the door. Charlie was the gentleman that helped me with my battery. He was very knowledgeable, & professional! Had the job done with ease in no time. Was also kind enough to entertain me with sparkling conversation while he worked.

Excellent service. Excellent staff members. I went there with my Dad to get a battery for his truck. They had the battery we needed on-site. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs automotive products. They have what you need!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the other night we went by O'Reilly in Callahan fl. We had just got new headlights on my car and they were not right so we pull in O'Reilly and my husband went in and this young man by the man Dellen ask my husband could he help him my husband told Dellen what was going on. Dellen didn't not think twice he was right on it. Dellen fix it in no time. Dellen was very very helpful and very nice. Thank you again Dellen for your help. If you go to O'REILLY please ask for Dellen he is the man.
Greeted me as I entered. Jumped right out front pulled up what I needed. And got it for me quickly. Only reason not a five star....was out of stock on some materials I needed
This a Riley's is absolutely amazing I live in Jacksonville Florida and I traveled to Callahan just to go to this O'Reilly's Paul is amazing at customer service Eric is amazing at having such a great staff I will do no business no else where else thank you for doing what you do for giving me great customer service
