Alex helped me find the right windshield wipers for my truck. Super helpful. Don't bother with Advanced Auto next door. They wouldn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the store. GO TO NAPA!
Jay was amazing! He had the part ready and waiting for me at the counter it is a little difficult to understand him due to their phone connection but if you just slow down and listen, things are easier. Thank you, Jay.
Beware of their prices on the shelf. They mark them lower and jack them up when they ring you out. Seems like a scam. Just check your prices when you are check out.
I would recommend these people anytime. Alex, who I dealt with twice couldn't be more accommodating not to mention helpful with pricing I appreciated that.
This place is terrible. People are miserable in this store. I ordered a part online for a ship to store the following day. I called around lunchtime to check the status. Well, after waiting on the phone for 15 mins or more, getting hung up on, calling back and catching a massive attitude from someone, i was told that it was cancelled. Of course napa took my friggin money, and who knows how long that'll take to get back. But the absolute best part is that the store never called, never emailed, never said a damn thing. So like a moron, im sitting around waiting for a part that wont come when i could have been trying to find it elsewhere. This is ridiculous and now i have to miss another day at work fixing other peoples cars because i cant get what i need for my own. I will never, never again step foot in this dump.
Great experience there a few days ago. A good man named John helped me find and install the correct wipers--they are not symmetrical--for my 20-year-old SUV. I very much appreciated the kind and attentive service.
I was oozing for a windshield sun screen. I was welcomed by two employees as soon as I walked in the door. It took two minutes to decide the one I wanted. I was out of there in 5 minutes.
I was extremely pleased with the service of Glen and Ruby when I came with questions about a problem with my car.
They were both incredibly helpful in both diagnosing and solving the problem. I trust them fully with any future concerns or issues that I might have with my vehicle.

Always on top of things!!! Surprisingly A battery I needed was cheaper there than at Advanced Auto.... My advice to everyone... Don't Assume... Always check both locations before buying!!!
The staff here is helpful, but I keep getting defective parts and paying a premium for the privilege. I'm going to order on Amazon instead since the failure rate is the same but the price is cheaper
I have perviously being in advance auto parts for a code in my vehicle and get decline (but Napa is another level great customer service and came out with an answer ) keep the good job guys love Napa
If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Not only is it filthy, disorganized, and poorly stocked, but there is usually an angry guy in the back swearing loudly into the phone. Add today's unacceptable experience with an utterly useless counter guy who, when I brought the screen shot and Napa part number of the item I was looking for, literally pulled out a dog-eared greasy paper catalog... perhaps hoping to unearth, from this ancient tome, the incantation which would conjure computerized inventory skills? It wasn't to be, but emboldened him to be condescending and possibly mysoginistic. Nope! I will never use this store again. Would rather drive back to the mainland, and that's saying something :(. Truly awful place. Napa should rescind their franchise.

This store has gone down hill. Purchased a battery who cannot not install for my vehicle. Had I known I would of never purchased from here. I recommend asking prior to buying what their store is capable of doing and the knowledge of these people who don’t even know how to install wipers. I suggest going 100 feet and using advanced. I called the marathon office spoke to manager Lee regarding the managers name and he was kind enough to let me know his name. None of his staff members could express his name either. This is poor customer service in my opinion.
I WILL NOT be purchasing from there again. I spoke with other locals around and stated that this is normal behavior coming from Gary the manager from this location. I refunded my purchase. Super sad.
Great Local Guys... Excellent friendly service always! Best prices. Great array of Auto, Boat, Paint, and Mechanical Products. Also have a used oil reservoir for use during business hours. Best Auto Parts in the entire Florida Keys....
Worst experience with a NAPA I've had in 20 years. The owner doesn't care about the customer and the employees aren't trained well enough to accurately relay company policies to customers. I would definitely advise going to the Advance Autoparts 30 feet to the south, and this is coming from someone who typically will exclusively shop at NAPA for my auto parts needs. Its a shock to me corporate NAPA allows this business to use their name....
The clerck that helped me at the counter went the extra mile when my part number couldn't be found. He took the part I brought in and searched the back shelf comparing my part physically until he found it. Only took a few minutes. Just finished putting the fuel filter in my old tractor. Fits right and run fine. Thank you to the folks at NAPA. A true auto parts store!
Everything automotive, large inventory. If they don't have it, they'll get it the next day. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they will replace your battery, wiper blades ext. for Free! Competitive prices makes this the place to go for cars and trucks in key largo!
Come here! Don’t go down the street. These are real people who have been doing this all their lives. They not only have what you need, but can recommend ways of doing things better, FROM EXPERIENCE. It not the fanciest looking store, but it has the basic things you need and the people that have experience.
The place down the street are kids behind a computer. If the computer can’t tell them what to say, they don’t know. Would you go to a dentist who has to watch instructions on YOUTUBE to fix your teeth? And if there was not instruction video, then you get told they can’t help or worse, they guess! And the place down the street doesn’t honor warranty cause you have to have the credit card from the purchase, or the receipt or both, and if you have both, they will come up with another reason why they can’t honor the warranty.
Anyhow I fell for the trap at the pretty place and found out, NAPA, is the way to go. They bend over backwards to help you and have the ability to explain things that not only save you money, but time as well.
Family owned and operated for many years! The knowledgable staff is efficient in knowing what parts you need and quick to offer the part if avaliable. Great pricing too and won't rip you off like other stores. Great place!
They know the kind of parts that the local area needs and keep some Oddball things in stock such as old Yanmar generator parts. My friend broke down at sea and called Napa to check to see if they had it. They did on hand !
I was able to pick it up and deliver it to my friend quickly. They seem to spot me when I walked into the store and they were putting it on the counter as I walked up.

I was just at Napa in Key Largo for a burnt out taillight and was helped by Richard. Richard was not only extremely helpful in finding the part I needed but went through the extra effort of helping to replace the problem on my vehicle. Wonderful people and wonderful service.
It's amazing how much stuff this store has in stock. I've been there six or seven times and they always have what I need. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you get what you need....even boat stuff. Thanks guys.
