I was in an accident in Islamorada and All American towed me to Key Largo. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and they arrived much faster than expected which was great. When the driver arrived, he took care of everything quickly and professionally, and he was so kind to me. Thank you Jacob and All American for making a bad situation a little better, I will be recommending you to anyone in need of a tow!
Terrible experience overcharged not upfront with prices ended up paying 500 and threatened to charge me 800 just because they were closing even tho there 24 hours
Jerry and team were incredible! Got stranded while driving the Keys with a flat and they came and towed us, changed the tire quickly, and recommended where to stay while we got all the work done. Highly recommend!!
I was very impressed with service I was 3 1/2 hours away from the dealer in Miami I needed to get my car towed to. Road side assistance couldn’t help. We got ahold of this towing company and they helped us out so much. Not only did they tow it there they towed it back. Both drivers were so nice and professional I would recommend them highly
I got stranded in Key Largo with car issues and the first tow company I called said it would be an hour and didn't seem to have time for helpful info, like pet friendly hotels and where I could have the vehicle towed to. (Ofcourse I was having phone issues at the time) They did atleast, and fortunately, suggest All American towing who offered a suggestion for a hotel and calling ahead to verify they were pet friendly. He showed up 20 minutes (or less) later, hooked the vehicle up and dropped my doggo and I at the hotel (I couldn't find perfriendly taxi or Uber) on his way to drop the vehicle at Wheatons (the only place that has an after hours drop box).
I wish I could remember his name because he made what could have been an extremely challenging and frustrating situation a fair bit more tolerable. Thank you sooo much!
Contacted all American towing & tire to see if I can get a tire patched or buy four new tires on the weekend. I was told they don’t have time for me. When I asked if they could recommend somebody, they explicitly told me look for myself and find somebody like I found them, very rude . When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told I was speaking with the owner. As a full-time resident of The keys I would definitely look for a better option.
Over the years, when I have needed their service, I am always greeted by very professional and personable drivers. I am so grateful for the work they do, and feel that they really deserve more recognition than they typically get. They are always therere for you whenever you need them, day or night, rain or shine. Today, I was helped my Stephen. Please know how much you all are appreciated! Thank you.
All American Towing and Tire Inc was responsive and quick. We had an unexpected flat tire on the way back home from Key West. A quick google search led me to them and calling them was the best thing we could’ve done in that moment. Thank you for your efficient response.

Today I got stranded in Key largo and was told the tow truck could take up to 1.5 hrs to arrive. Truck showed up in 20 min. The driver (who's name escapes me) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had the car hooked up in a matter of minutes and was even kind enough to give me a ride to Miami so I would not spend a fortune with Uber. I could not be more appreciative of the quality of work and the friendliness of the driver. Hope to never have to use a tow company in the keys again but if I do I would definitely call these guys again.
If there was a negative star I would give them five! We stopped to get some help with a tire issue, the guy that answers the phone was a smart a!! We called the number he said do we not look closed! We said yes but we wasn’t sure he said it was and tough luck.
Had a great experience! After waiting all day for other things to line out, they got me fixed up and where I needed to be professionally and timely. Stephen was good company and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure if I needed anything. Highly recommend!
I called for roadside asst. To help an elderly couple who's car would not start. Scott from All American Towing and Tire showed up prompted and very kind to the nice couple. Scott helped the retired Veteran and his wife get back on the road. Thanks All American Towing and Tire
Blew out my boat trailer tire and these guys had me back on the road in less than 30 mins from when it happened. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like this, do not hesitate to call these guys. Daniel was the gentleman who helped me out and he was awesome!
I had the misfortune of having two flats on the same side of my triple axle fifth wheel on Christmas weekend.
One of the tires could be repaired. The other was destroyed after driving on it.
Their pricing was more than fair.
Their service was excellent.
They could have really stuck it to me, but they didn't.
I ran a tire store in NC decades. They didn't even have "Island Pricing". Their price was exactly what I would have expected to pay back home.
They are a no frills, get it done business.
I'd strongly recommend giving them a call if you need their service.
But if you've had some bad luck that requires you to seek their service. Don't let your predicament color the way you act.
You've had some bad luck. They are there to help and they are happy to do so.
They will treat you with respect. But, not if you've got a bad attitude. I've got a feeling they tend to mirror whomever they are dealing with.
It's not their fault you're on the side of the road in what was supposed to be the first day of your vacation. So don't act like it.
I believe the bad reviews posted here, are just that. People that know how to act. And these guys simply showed the customer how they were acting.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We are currently on vacation at a rental home in Key Largo. We locked the keys in our vehicle. Navigated through USAAs superb customer service and road side assistance to submit a request. Over an hour after the estimated arrival time I contacted USAA to get an ETA. Whoever answered the phone for my USAA representative was rude, claimed they never received the service request, demanded a credit card over the phone before they would dispatch assistance, then proceeded to hang up on my USAA customer service rep. If this is how you conduct business with an internationally recognized insurance company, there seems to be a much needed overhaul of your employees, or go ahead and cross your fingers for staying in business.
Geico roadside assistance contracted them when I had a flat tire in Key Largo. When I receive an ETA of an hour via the app, I called the company to confirm. The individual had a horrible attitude and seemed bothered they were having to respond. He asked me to hold and I was disconnected. When I called back, he accused me of not holding and being impatient! I ended up declining their service and just changed the tire myself.
We pulled into Key Largo after 5pm with a flat tire from a nail. When I called a little after 5:30pm, they answered and told me to come on over first thing in the morning. We did just that just finding the shop to be very courteous, helpful, and very quick to fix the tire. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking care of our emergency.
Thank you so much for fixing my tire on a Sunday when we were stranded driving down from Miami with no spare tire and no other company was available! These people are awesome and so very kind. If you ever need services, I def recommend them!!!!
Unexpected breakdowns are never fun, but this company truly took care of us. They responded quickly, were knowledgeable of service providers in the area, and efficient in organizing the plan to get us on our way quickly. I could not be more satisfied with their service. Thanks again!
