My truck broke down and needed to go to the dealer to get fixed guy came right over and promptly towed it for me and did a great job and was extremely affordable.
Tire blew out traveling down to key west. Couldn’t count on my insurance to send a tow in time, turned to Guy’s Towing and they took care of me on the spot, thank you Brooks for your reliability!
I almost never give reviews unless I have something positive to say, but this company has given me the worst time I’ve experienced in a very long time. I called AAA and told them that with the tow I have two passengers (myself and another person) which AAA allows. When they get here for one, he brings the wrong truck. He couldn’t unlock my vehicle (the two things i called them for). He then proceeded to tell us that he can’t even take the two of us, even though he clearly has enough space. He LIES to us and tells us the location 30 mile away from where we need to go even though we needed to go to the exact spot (how do you know where WE need to be?). He had given us an ETA of 45 minutes and it takes him an hour 10 minutes. Then he tells me that he’s gonna go back and bring the other truck and he’ll be back in 20 minutes. I called him after 45 minutes and he proceeds to tell me that he got another call the he took. Then he finally brings the other truck gets the tow ready put it under the car and gets another request and proceed to take his tow out and leave the car again and tells us that he will be back. Now it has been 3 1/2 hours and I call him. He doesn’t have an ETA so I had to call AAA and schedule for a pick up where ai don’t have to be on location. I then had to take a Uber for $115 to get back which could’ve all been done if he had brought the right truck or at least when you switched the truck brought it back at the time that he said, and taken us like AAA has said. For those who don’t know, AAA allows the tow to take two passengers. My car got delivered after almost 6 hours of putting a request with them. Not professional do not care about you or what you have going on and this is all after he had known that we had to take a flight back and had been outside in the middle of nowhere. Avoid this company even if you have to wait a bit longer.
**Update**: As you can see from their reply, they continue to lie. The drop-off for the car was at 3670 NW South River Dr, a mile and a half away from Miami Airport, and not for nothing the ride was supposed to be where the car was being dropped off and not anywhere else. First, they lied to me by telling me it’s 30 miles away, then they lied to AAA, and now they are lying here. Also, they proceeded to nitpick my review and ignore all. Thank you for further proving my point.
they were called by AAA to tow our car from key largo to miami, he showed up 3 times and left everytime for a “sheriffs call” which wasn’t actually a sheriffs call he would rather tow in the area to make more money than to tow our car to miami. they wasted 4 hours our weekend trip was ruined.
Awesome People. Used them twice. Owner and mechanics overall are just good people. Looked out for me twice within a year of needing these guys. Will go out of their way to do the right thing by people. Complete Gentlemen. Would recommend these guys in a hot minute.
Not to sure what driver you have today on 9/22/2025 around 10:40pm headed into Key West but he is tailgating and driving dangerously. After about 15+ minutes we decided to pull over and let him pass (mind you we are already doing 7mph over the 45mph speed limit) and he decided to roll his window down to flip us off. Super rude and unprofessional! Would NEVER use this service after this incident.
My tire had blown out Friday afternoon and i called every tire place near me. but no one had the tire and had to order it and it would be here in a few days. i didn’t have a lot of options but when i came in contact with guys towing. i was relived to come in contact with Raquel, who helped me and reassured me that i would be back on the road as soon as Monday morning. Raquel was very nice and considerate of my situation and helped me through this process. she ordered the tire that Saturday and called me to update me that the tire was at the shop. the tire was very affordable and she made sure i was going to be okay from start to finish. i really appreciate her patience and time. Guys towing is the place you would need to go for great service and reliable people working at the shop. Guy fixed my tire in 15 minutes and i was back on the road. thank you guys.

Over the years, I’ve trusted Guy’s Towing with several of my vehicles, including one long haul from Islamorada up past Sunrise, and they’ve always been professional and courteous. Recently, I broke down in the Middle Keys during the week and needed a flatbed tow back to Key Largo. Both of their flatbeds were down at the time, but without hesitation, Brian arranged for their sister company to pick me up, drop me safely at home, and deliver my vehicle to the repair facility. I am truly grateful for their outstanding service!
Guy's Towing of Key Largo has a very outstanding young man, Bryan, as one of their truck drivers. He helped us recently on two tows when my old vintage car broke down. He is so professional and personable, he represents your company very well.

Didn’t realize a tow truck driver can break the law to get a sub sandwich. I had my special needs friend with me and we were in need of the handicap space for Subway and the tow truck driver just decided to take over however he chooses. What an overblown sense of self worth!

Very professional and they are a AAA service contractor in the Florida keys. We were in key largo mm103 (dinner hours) 9pm and grateful for the short wait time to unlock my car. Guy's Towing was so much Better than expected! TY!
Got in a fender bender today in already bad traffic and they were there after a quick call before I could even get through to AAA! Very greatful for the quick work of mouth in a small town that helped me get such quick service! 🙏🏼
As a longtime keys resident I've used guys a few times over the years. They've always done exactly what they said they would in a prompt and professional manner. I had to use them again this past Monday and wasn't disappointed. Their driver Bryan was extremely professional and courteous. Not only that, he respected my vehicle.

Would recommend Danny to anyone in need of a tow! He was there extremely quick and went above and beyond to help us out. He made sure we were safe and was overall was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Would recommend over and over again!
Our tow guy Danny was the best! He drove from Key Largo to Bahia Honda State Park to get us and 2 small dogs on his flat bed. Let’s just say we were all pretty close for a 2 hour drive back up to Homestead which could have been very awkward but Danny made us feel comfortable the second we met him and I’m pretty sure we were invited to next Thanksgiving dinner haha.
Anyway, if I ever need a tow or help down here again, I will for sure call them again and ask for Danny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So grateful they helped my husband and I out during our trip to Key Largo. They patched our tire in 5 minutes free of charge. Didn’t accept Venmo or Zelle, so a thankful review is the alternative! These guys are great!
This place is great! I had a nail in my tire and other tire shops wanted me to wait over 3 hours to get it patched. Sean had me in and out within 30 mins! He was fast, friendly and it was very affordable!
This is a 5 star company. They showed up quick and were patient while I found a tire shop. If you need to replace a tire on a weekend in the keys You have to go to Homestead or wait until Monday. Not!! The “Guys” are taking my car on a high quality and safe tow truck. I didn’t have to go with them. I trust these Guys!!
10:30 at night on a Tuesday and I lock my keys in my car at Hawk’s Cay Resort in Duck Key. I login to AAA to put in a claim and it tells me they’ll let me know when they find a tech in the area. 2-3 minutes later I get a call from Guy’s Towing. He says he’ll be to me within 8 minutes. Sweet! 4 minutes later he gets here and gets me in the car within 2 minutes. Turns out it was the owner, Guy. He was nice, respectful, and professional. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone having roadside issues. Top notch service!
I called Guys for a tow and instead he used a jump box, got my car running and diagnosed what the issue was. Our driver was definitely my hero! Happy to have hometown guys that are reliable, show up and know what they are doing! Thank you for getting me out of the heat. You have my loyalty and I will happily recommend you.
They were very nice and helpful but the price was unreasonable. They gave me a used, wrong-sized tire for $125 and told me to drive 90 minutes home and buy the right size from another shop. That's one expensive band-aid. I'm grateful they were open on Sunday and so helpful but I just wish they were priced more reasonably. A used tire in my hometown is $40 and that's for the right size one, and I understand paying for the labor but this should not have been over $60. You guys were so kind and I love what you're doing but I hope you can consider being more fair to those of us who also work hard for our money.
