I used to love shopping there, but the last time I went, I was so discouraged. Prices are very high for used items. Customer service was nil. Cashier spent all her time on phone and made it pretty clear she didn’t want to be bothered. There were areas that could have been straightened, but weren’t attended to. I don’t see that they put much on sale, but I don’t visit often.
They do get a nice variety of goods. Only wish the prices were more reasonable.
My recommendation….. start donating to Habitat or Marc house.
Most expensive salvation army thrift store I have ever been in. Embarrassing. Maybe taking notes from goodwill. Some areas organized and others look like a tornado hit. Poor care has been taken with the paintings. What a mess.
Don’t go here!!! Worst Salvation Army ever! They overcharge for everything, most items cost more there than they do new. Off brand legos from dollar tree cost 10 times the amount they’re worth. They even overcharge for used Children’s books, discounting based off the new price instead of honoring the book prices they advertise. Used board games go up to $12-16. They charge $4 for Harry Potter books with the cover ripped off and covered in writing because it’s Harry Potter! SHEIN clothes for more than SHEIN! Took away half off Wednesday which was the only way that some of the clothes were somewhat worth the price! The people are rude and this place needs to close down or get taken over by someone else! Go to the Marc house in tavernier, where the money actually goes to a good cause, don’t support these people who take advantage of the lack of options!
Prices are very high. Used roll of Christmas wrapping paper $10??? Used puzzles $5??? Customer assistance/courtesy is nonexistent Need to get a new manager! The Big Pine one and Florida City one are much better and friendlier.
I like shopping there but I had ALOT of items left from an estate sale that the employees wouldn't take. Reason given was they don't accept those items. ? but, they sell those items ?. Items being kitchen wares, tools, clothing, etc. Maybe they were overwhelmed, didn't want to sort through it?? In any case, I was a little appalled that they turned away a donation.
This place has helped us get extra kitchen and household things when we move into a vacation rental that isn’t fully equipped. Although the prices are somewhat high, it’s better than ordering on Amazon. We moved into a house without a dishwasher, and found a practically new dish drainer for $2.00! Much better than the one we were going to order on Amazon for $18.
We LOVE looking around at clothes on Wednesdays, when all clothes are 50% off.
The woman checking out is so very nice and always compliments what you’ve chosen, and says”Have a blessed day!”
Clean, doesn't smell!! Things are fairly located. The furniture (sofas and chairs) were stacked on top of each other, and you did not have access to look at it.
However there was a good selection of household items.
A good mix of clothing from wee lil ones on up to the 4xls. A fair mix of shoes.
The prices on pictures I thought were quite ridiculous! You could almost go to Home Goods and Bealls and buy them cheaper at new prices. I now understand why they have an abundance of them.
All around it's a nice place to buy certain items. As for a lot of items, do your homework.
This is your typical Salvation Army thrift store. Just like any thrift store, you never know what you will find there. They have a good selection as it's a nice sized store. The employee who was working was extremely friendly. She spoke to everyone in the store and was helpful. They have clothes of all descriptions as well as household items, decorative pictures for your walls, etc. I was hoping they'd have some souvenirs type items, but they didn't have any today. It's a nice store, so give them a try.
Always find something good each trip. Clean. Wish they had size markers on the racks of clothing. But it's a small enough place. So just take your time.
I loooove this store. Any, the store clerk is super cool and helpful. She speaks Spanish, Deutsche and English. You can find anything you want at this place. This is a store you must visit while you're in Key Largo. Addicted to this place. Very clean and well organized.
One of my favorite places to shop! You never know what you're going to find and at great prices! Becky, the manager, and her staff are very friendly, and they do a great job displaying the donations in an attractive, organized way. Visit often! Items change daily.

Stop in regularly. You will love this place. Great for the community and great deals for everyone who shops here. This store gets some very valuable merchandise that you can buy at a fraction of its value. The employees are caring people.
This place isn't dirty nor clean its in between. the employees all look bored. they don't have much of a selection on anything. and if you do manage to find something its overpriced.
