This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, ASAP AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND TIRES LLC in Opa-locka, FL scores 81/100: generally positive yet inconsistent. Strengths: helpful, professional staff, responsive customer service (even after hours), quick turnarounds, fair-to-low pricing, and solid help finding parts like batteries, tires, and an older Chevy engine. Common complaints include repeat visits for unresolved issues, a claim of payment without work done, and allegations about licensing—serious red flags. Inventory breadth and yard organization aren’t clear; part-finding ease seems good. Limited sample may miss nuances.
Took my car to GMC they screwed up the brakes on my Benz ;was told about ASAP ,took me a while. Finally brought my car down ( I’m in Broward ) Got to say : best decision ever ;did extra work and adv me on things I’m going to need to fix soon . Stayed late night to complete job. It was actually pretty quick as well. Would definitely recommend !! Most mechanics are BS and would break stuff just to make you come back my car still runs great months later
ASAP is a place to get automotive repairs done. Although my part was purchased and installed, there were other related
mechanical issues that arose. I had to keep returning back for repairs and checks. The issue is still unresolved.
Thank you ASAP.
