This is my second time purchasing parts with this business and this time I needed an engine for a 2009 Corolla and they had a very fair price compared to the other shops around. I had it put in the car the following day and it is running great! I really recommend this shop.
Soy el que estafaron con el motor del BMW, quiero decirles que la ignorancia es atrevida ustedes no aceptan la garantía porque desarme el tapa cadenas del motor pero su ignorancia y ganas de estafar a la gente ni siquiera saben que los motores BMW no usan tapa cadenas y si desarme el cárter del motor fue porque me lo vendieron con botes de aceite, pero entiendo que es un motor usado y decidí simplemente solucionarlo, notando que los patines del motor estaban rotos y el motor estaba fuera de tiempo, por eso decidí pedir mi garantia pero como son ignorantes prefirieron lavarse las manos y estafarnos. No confíen en este rastro porque son unos ESTAFADORES..

Son unos ESTAFADORES, me vendieron un motor de un bmw, al revisar el motor tenía múltiples botes de aceite, para no cambiar el motor decidimos cambiar los empaques tanto del tapa valvula como de el Carter, al revisar tenia los patines de la cadena roto, hicimos un leak down test y hay una valvula fugando compresion, las levas estaban fuera de tiempo, llamamos para explicarles la situación y si nos podían cambiar el motor, estos ESTAFADORES se lavaron las manos y nos dijeron que por intentar cambiar los empaques consideraron ellos que ya es motivo para no cubrir la garantía, entonces ellos asumen que uno debe tener rayos x para saber que algo esta malo internamente en el motor sin desarmar, y tambien esperan que si tiene algo malo uno debe montar el motor y al no servir llamarlos para cubrir la garantía y volver a desmontarlo... son unos ESTAFADORES...

Scammers do not buy from Cocos used auto parts! they send you the wrong parts and then won’t give your money back or Exchange the part!
I sent an uber to pick up the part now after the fact they tell me you need a receipt! they never sent a receipt with the part. when I made the order by text before they sent they told me if it does not work they will exchange they never said anything about a receipt!!! this is a scam don’t buy here!
Norvin is not an honest person do not buy from him. He will send you the wrong part and they will not exchange or give you your money back. I have it all on text.

Unas persona que le dicen el flaco me mandó a ir desde West Palm Beach hacia Miami,le dije que iba saliendo que me esperara,salí de mi casa a la 2:50 y cierran a las 5:30 como todo sabemos el tráfico en Miami se pone muy complicado y se me fue alargando la hora de llegada,iba a llegar a las 5:08 y Alias “el flaco”me dijo que me regresara que él no me iba atender después que yo estaba a 20 minutos del sitio,qué bárbaro,muy mala atención,pésimos
I walked in after going to several auto parts and The way they attended me was superb. Great customer service, very clean and organized and was treated as a human for once at one of these junk yards I purchased my part and was on my way highly recommended
DONT buy anything from them . Bought a engine from them pulled the valve cover and discovered the engine was destroyed I called to let them know and they said there’s nothing they can do after I just spent $2800 for it
BEWARE.... this guy CARLOS quoted me some parts, head there to then find out parts were already sold but noone bother to updated into their system (that was his lame excuse) wasted hours of my time and my money , not even an apology, shameless all the way. Son lo Peor de lo Peor. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Compré 4 transmisiones y 2 motores . TODAS SALIERON MALAS y por el último motor que me vendieron no me quisieron dar GARANTÍA. Perdí $1,700 poco honesto. Solo venden Basura. Te entregan lo primero que tengan a la mano para no perder la venta. Uno pierde tiempo y dinero montando y desmontando motores y transmisión mientras que estos deshonestos encuentran uno bueno para podérselo entregar. ** NO COMOREN AQUI** comoren en E&J USED AUTO PARTS ahí si son honestos y te resuelven de una vez.
