Mr. Bryan Greetings. I want to take this time out to thank you and your staff for your outstanding mechanic work done to my white 2004 BMW 760Li. The hood latch was stuck and I was unable to open the hood to add oil you and your staff got the hood open and even informed me of the issue the vehicle is have via the diagnostic done with your device. Thanks and I will return to install the serpentine belt for the vehicle. Have a blessed day and stay humble.

Horrible experience. Sold a car showing incorrect mileage. He will not reveal any issues with his vehicles, and when confronted he gives you the silent treatment acting like he's busy. His workers are no better, they have a cold disposition. He sold another person I know a bill of goods. Stay away from this place.
Do not buy anything from this shop! I have to return at least 5 big ticket items , so unorganized and just looking to give you whatever regardless of what was asked. Bryan sold me a complete wrong engine and now is ignoring my calls and refusing to give me y money back but he has another thing coming! I will go to city , will be contact BBB , and will take it even further if I have too! Do not waste your money or time ! Worst experience I ever had with one person dealing with BMW parts! It’s just a mess over there!
Worst experience and customer service, expensive, and liars. They will lie to sell you anything, and then they are not responsible if the parts are different.
These guys are very reasonable on work and parts and will do the best they can to get you taken care of with your bmw needs. I was in a pinch needed a very specific cooling line I drove 30mins with my garbage spilling coolent git there sold me the part very cheap put it on in the parking lot went on my way 5 stars all day long and I'll be a customer as long as I own a bmw
Worst shop ever technicians has no Bmw experience, they are all parts changers I took my car there to get my engine replaced & the technicians dirty up my interior also left off components off the motor , before I took my car there I didn’t have a power steer leak now the power steer leaks , my a/c was working before I took my car there now the ac isn’t working the worst experience ever I don’t know how there still on business I plan to take them to court. Learning experience never again
What can I say just a bad place to come to they give you the wrong parts I was there a few times for module it's just crazy guy wanted to shot one of the guys who works at the place and owner didn't know how to control it he has my money and i have no module
This location is on a busy busy street in Miami. The BMW repair shop services different makes and models ..There prices for services can range for a low amount to a Larger amount.. The employees are helpful and friendly.. Repairs can take from a day to a week depending on what's being fixed.
Best BMW mechanic and parts sales especially if you cannot afford to go to the dealership. Bryan cares about their clients and tries in every way to help resolve any issues or needs regarding your BMW. They have a plethora of parts, different years and models. If they don't have it then they will try to get it. They are a family run business. Very friendly and good customer service. Treats clients like family. Jamaican hospitality and service. Number # 1 BMW mechanics in town. Highly recommend.
Its always difficult finding a shop thats experienced with european cars and affordable at the same time. One of the few places in miami where you can find bmw parts and service under one roof at a deal. I was sent there by a friend a few years back and i've been a regular customer there since.
Nasty gentleman in charge, treat every customer like criminals, if you're shopping around looking for a good deal go somewhere else, they're going to raise their price from one visit to another
Asked some guy on street fixing for a place to pick parts and he said go North Miami 132rd st and 27th ave. Well this place is a BMW heaven, they can even replace the parts for you!
