This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent reviews of Jah Auto LLC in Opa-locka, FL skew negative, citing bait-and-switch pricing (phone offers cut on arrival, disputes over catalytic converters), rude or late tow drivers, and even missing belongings/keys; professionalism and customer service are frequent pain points. A few praise fast, friendly, reliable pickup. Little info on inventory, yard organization, or part-finding—uncertain for shoppers. Overall: mixed but trending poor, 42/100. Best for quick cash when it goes smoothly; verify quotes in writing and expect possible wait times.
So much for 400 bucks because the car was old the tow truck arrived and starts saying that the car doesn't have a catalytic and that the car is worthless that if I want i can let them know so they can remove it for free because it's not worth anything to him. These guys are complete trash. Dont bother. Showed up 2+ hours late for a shitty offer and a worse attitude. They claimed there was no catalytic converter when it was clearly there. They don’t have 2 brain cells to rub together.
When I called I spoke to the owners son. He offered me $400.00 over the phone. Yes I did give him all the good and the bad. His tow truck driver tried to get it for half. Called back and being I didn't have a catalytic converter it was worth less. They gave me another offer which I accepted. When the tow truck driver sh

Theystealing from the customers ok!
The tow truck came to my house to buy a car, the Spanish man that came called someone that spoke English, he offered me $400 because I did not have the title, I said no, I will look for the title then I will call you back.
The Spanish man said ok $500 while showing me his five fingers, just at that type, another tow truck came, the second driver told me $600, the Spanish said $700 it was like an auction, the second driver said $800, the Spanish said: vamonos, he was about to leave with my license, I took the license not knowing he has my car key. When the second driver about to pay and picked up the car, the Spanish man left with my car key, I called the English speaking person to let him know his driver the Spanish guy has my key, both denied he has the key.
The second truck driver told me that’s the tactic the Spanish guy company always do, make sure my car is well secured. So now I am a victim, by vengeance that man left with my key so I am unable to sell my car.
Told me a set price when I told them everything that was missing for the car and decreased the price when the tow driver got to me . Tow truck driver rude wouldn’t let me talk . They will not give you what they offer you . Scammers
