I just want to respond to Julia Hunt /// Look at Jessie's Reviews I drive from Mandrain to take my vehicle to Jessie . There is obviously more to the story than she is telling juding by the rest of his reviews . I dont know ANYONE that has ever said anything bad about Jessie's Auto and he is very well known in Greencove. Ive been taking my truck , my daughters car for 7 yrs and I have a friend that drives a Mercedes newer model that I turned onto Jessie and none of us would go anywhere else. He is the best youll find in Greencove.

I cannot say enough good things about Jesse’s Automotive. After a truly awful experience with Meineke—who completely destroyed my vehicle and admitted they had done a “rigged” fix that turned out to be extremely dangerous—I was stressed, frustrated, and unsure who to trust. That unsafe repair caused a high-pressure power steering hose to blow off, putting us at real risk. From the moment Jesse looked at our car, the difference was night and day. He immediately recognized how poorly the previous work had been done and explained everything clearly and honestly. What impressed me the most was his integrity and compassion. Jesse knew we had already paid Meineke over $1,000 for their choppy, careless work, and he went out of his way to cut us a deal. He didn’t charge us anywhere near what he could have, which meant so much to us during an already stressful situation. Jesse’s customer service is outstanding. He genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. He even offered to personally go down to Meineke and confront them about the damage they caused and the refund they owed us—something you almost never see anymore. Thanks to Jesse’s Automotive, our vehicle is finally safe and running properly. If you’re looking for an honest, skilled mechanic who stands behind his work and treats people right, Jesse’s Automotive is the place to go. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an issue with my AC condensation backing up into the SUV. Unfortunately modes of transportation were limited to leave it there, but Jesse took some the time to get it corrected. Very professional. Thank you Jesse for helping on a very bad day!

I'm very pleased with Jesse and his shop. I had my car towed in on a Thursday and had it back by Tuesday. Jesse gave me the quote, and that's what it ended up being, no hidden costs or fees. I can't recommend Jesse's Auto enough!!

Went to Jesses to fix my fuel pump because it kept spitting out the gas after a few seconds, had to take it back TWICE for him to fix it again, now this is happening again for the THIRD time, when I called him to voice my concerns after jesse receiving payment in full and requesting my receipt he laughed over the phone and did not apologize and rudely stated, “when are you going to bring it back.” Ive never paid a mechanic in full and kept having the same problems I took my truck in for, very bad customer service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Now I doubt he truly fixed anything I paid him for.

Based on my experience, Jesse provided me the most competitive price in the local area, got me in quick, and with great communication. Through his work and effort with my situation, it is evident that Jesse is a genuine owner and mechanic that takes pride in his work and making things right. I would trust him or his guys with any of my vehicles and would 100% Recommend.

Best quality work but inexpensive. Only critique is a longer time-line but I think that's to be expected for a "mom and pop shop"like this. Being an affordable shop with excellent quality work means he always seems to have a backlog and may take a while to get to your vehicle. I Highly recommend this place for locals who can have their car in the shop for a few days. Would be nice if he was able to get

Jessie is the best mechanic hands down. Him and his crew are fast, efficient and great at what they do. They are the only ones I trust to work on my truck. Very fairly priced and top of the line customer service. They make you feel right at home.

Saved me big time, I thought I was going to have to spend $7,000 on a new engine because of another shop's mess up. Took it to Jess's and he did some work to the car and inspected it and found my issue. Extremely fair priced and I will not use any other shop. They are currently working on my other car for the A/C and they have been in constant contact with everything that is going on.

Lee was great at setting expectations of how soon they could look at our vehicle. He also was great at explaining the problem and possible resolutions. We were on a cross country trip when the issue happened, even though they were busy they found time to get us in and complete the repair so we could get home. Highly recommend!

Top notch service in a low pressure atmosphere. If they say you need it done you do. Great place. No one likes to have to go to a mechanic, but this place is quick, inexpensive, and top quality care for you vehicle.

Jesse has worked on 5 of my cars over the last few years and I wont have it any other way! He is super friendly, remembers you and his prices are very fair!! 5 stars every time!

We had an issue with our car and had replaced the battery and thought it could be our starter, but we brought it in to Jessie's auto and within a couple minutes they had the car running, and only charged us 10 bucks to clean the leads and tighten up the bolts. They didn't overcharge, they didn't give us the run around, they did only what was needed and had it done in MINUTES! Thank you to Jessie and Lee the mechanic who worked on the car! Great work, and highly recommend! Honest and upfront!

I have had multiple cars from street rods to Hyundai's repaired by Jesse's. He has always been honest with me and will work me into his very busy schedule when I need the car quickly. BTW, Kodiak Surveying is based in Kodiak AK... doubt that they drove from Kodiak, AK to Green Cove Springs, FL to have their vehicle serviced... Just Sayin'..

Jessie's is just great. Repaired my old 83 GMC issue with factory accuracy.. Just called with an emergency blown transmission seal and Jessie answers his own phone, imagine that now a days, and said bring it in. Looking forward to another great honest and fair priced job.
