Cody with ALS towing went above and beyond to get me out of a jam. I backed my truck over a culvert that was just installed in the ground and was totally stuck. I called ALS and they were there in 20 minutes. Cody grabbed his shovel and went right to work digging out under the truck to find a hookup point on the frame, got it hooked up and pulled me out. An incredible job by Cody and ALS towing.

My electric vehicle lost its charge and would no longer drive because of the unseasonably cold weather. It was late at night and I called ALS towing and Cody arrived within 20 min! Cody was so kind, personable and one of the best towing professionals I have ever dealt with. He didn’t even charge me an extra fee (as other towing companies typically do) for coming so late at night. Cody was able to get my car perfectly back in my garage to connect to my charger. He was a Godsent angel and helped me out in a dire situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

So i broke dwn last night needed a tow. I called this guy first he picked up on the first ring. I would definitely recommend him. He got there at the time he said he would. and his price was also really affordable. He's a very nice guy! If ya need a tow definitely give him a call!
My Ford Escape is a hybrid. The hybrid battery went dead. He knew exactly what was needed and he got the charger hooked up to the battery in less than an hour. Plugged the cord in to charge and it started right up. He explained everything to me in case it ever happens again. Awesome experience and great work. A+ for sure!
