They accept used motor oil, which is one more reason to stop in. People are very friendly here.

They took the time and helped, there is a bit of problem getting the parts in but they recommended where I might find an O-ring and they took the time to actually help, the promised parts are delayed - but logistics happen. I had a battery replacement installed as this location has experienced workers which I feel comfortable with them under my hood.

This is by far my favorite place in all the shopping experiences. Not only they are customer friendly, yet they are advisory and beyond helpful. I have not seen this much consideration or assistance. Thank you to these amazing people. Especially management!!!??

Y'all hired a great GM at this location. I came by the other day for parts on 3 different vehicles. Nothing major, just some oil filers and brake pads. The brake pads weren't in stock, but could be ordered on a same day delivery. Shaun ordered it within 5 minutes and it arrived in under 35. We got to talking about my vehicle and how I've been having electrical problems recently. He came outside and could diagnose the issue just on sight. He fixed both battery terminals and secured my battery. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Thanks man! I'll definitely be coming back to this location solely because of Shaun. Give this man a raise!!

Shaun went out of his way to help me, I needed an alternator for my telluride and it was looking like no auto parts store carried my make and model. Shaun went well out of his way to find me one that fits. I will definitely be coming back here for all my parts from now. I give Shaun 5 stars.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time has been a great experience. They have excellent customer service and they keep the store very clean. Sean helped me get my metal tag on my car. I had a temp tag with a new screw and then rusty old screw That was warped. He got my metal tag on and also got my steering wheel. Cover on that I bought from the store which was not easy. He's he's a real one ❤️

I love Advance Auto Parts in Green Cove Springs. They always go above and beyond to help you. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for help and they never try to sell me something I don't need. They are my "go to" place for car batteries and windshield wipers. Highly recommend!

Amazing store. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The manager, Shaun, was so kind to assist me with putting a new light bulb in my car. For sure, I'll come back to this location moving forward and I'll also mention it to my friends and family to come to this location!!

Popped in this morning to get a new car battery. Was assisted by Tim.. After purchasing battery online last night Tim was so kind canceled out that order and save me a whole lot of money just by going into the store. I received prompt friendly professional service. I am so pleased that this is my Advanced Auto Store. I really feel that they are a business that strives for excellence and this store and Tim are no exception. Will an employee really went aboard beyond my expectations. I was just pulled over for my headlight being out so I stopped by this business to see if someone could help me. A gentleman standing outside speak with someone stated he would be glad to help me. He took out my light and found it t was burnt out and told me which one I needed so I went into the store and bought it. When I came back out he replaced it for me. I asked if he was an employee and he stated he was. Come to find out he had been off the clock for quite sometime and was just outside speaking to a friend. He spent over 30 minutes of his own time to assist me with no questions or complaints. Definitely will be making this location my go to for all my automotive needs. Thanks again Will for helping me even when you didn't have to.

Battery died and I was assisted by Jon. He was very friendly and helpful. Even checked for any coupons before completing the sale. He was very friendly when changing my battery. He made me feel like a family member. Will definitely come back.

Expert knowledge with a sense of urgency amongst the employees. The customer comes first at this store and they make that obvious I appreciate their willingness to help identify problems and even come out and help you correct certain issues. They are always in stock with the parts that I want or need and they do not try to press me with add-on sales which always turns me off.

Went in tonight because both of my headlights were out. (I know what are the chances of that happening) I didn't know if it was a bulb issue or wire issue. Both employees Will and I think Kevin were very kind and offered to take a look. Tested my bulbs and helped me get the right ones. Super sweet! :) I was there 15 mins tops. Thank you so much guys!
