Brought my car in because the A/C stopped working right when the heat hit. These guys were awesome—figured out the problem fast and had it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Super friendly, honest, and didn’t try to push any extra stuff I didn’t need. A/C is blowing cold again and I’m seriously grateful. Definitely my go-to shop from now on.
They help me figure out everything that was wrong with my car in a very short amount of time after i got a shit report from jiffy lube who had no idea what they were talking about. they as well as gave me some really good advice on what to do next and were very honest. We were referred by a friend 2 years ago to this business. Our experience has been that Ronnie Robertson’s workers treat its customers like family. They are honest and fair.
They patiently as well as throughly explain both simple and complex systems that need repair.
and they are generous with their time and efforts. During a recent time intensive inspection they did not charge us the standard diagnostic fee because they thought we would be better served by our dealer. They said they couldn’t help us further and felt it unfair to charge for their time. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to trust them with your vehicle.
Ronnie Robertson shop is top notch for great service and repairs. They're very fair on the shop hrs, supplies, and parts. There are no markups that I can see. Very friendly inside and out. I'll check to see if they can fix anything I have before I call any dealership.
These guys are the best! Smelled a burning smell when the car ran awhile. They found a plastic bag had gotten caught under the car & melted to the manifold & muffler. Scraped off everything they could. Had another routine maintenance job done. Very pleased! They got it done quickly and price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back!
Stupid me. Think I would learn by now.They, who ever their mechanic is (secret don't sign name to paid bill) did a replacement of thermastat, relatively easy job for exprienced mechanic. Job was suppose to eliminate engine service light. Never did, was told transmission needed work. Lights st6ill on to date.Then me likie a dummy took my Toyota Sienna in for brake job. Was told vehicle needed Tierods.Trusted them and they supposedly did the job. Front end now wobbles and never did.Was told entire front end needed replaceing at an expense of $2400 dollars. Toyota dealership never said this was needed. They tried to take advantage of a women.They charged $800 for a brake job and supposed Tierod job and brakes. Now tyhe front end wobbles wearing tires and scaring my wife into not using van. Never offered refund or rejob.
Don't properly know ac work. Took my car begining of June for new seals and recharge. Worked great for 2 weeks then started having problems. Took back was told mechanical switches were bad another $300 to fix. We said don't think so and walked away. Here it is end of August and ac quit again. Went to different place and found your recharge wasn't done properly. So frustrating!
This bussiness is so great!! I took my daughters 2011 car here after calling several dealerships and shops. They saw her car and fixed the radiator in 1 day. The price was so great that we were also able to get some other deferred maintence items done while we were there. We will definitely be going back. It's so hard to find a good trusty mechanic, but this one is 100% . They didn't try to take advantage of me without my husband. Just straight facts and cost.
Ronnie Robinson’s was recommended to us by friends. They were very busy, but for us in and checked over our car, cleaned items rather than replace them and told us that if we had any other problem to come back and we could replace the items they cleaned. They only charged for the amount of time needed to complete the job. They made sure the car was running great before they called us to come pick it up. Very impressed and happy that they are like our old mechanic in St Johns County.
They are very nice people and do a great job at a great price. We just moved here from out of state. My sister recommended them. We are so happy we found a great family owned business and can keep it local.

**edit** back again (8/5/2020) for some work on my old F150 with 200K+ miles. Thanks to Matt and the mechanic team for getting me back on the road and steering me in the right direction with only repairs that are necessary. LOVE THESE GUYS!!
I don't hate this place I actually like it a lot but I can't get Mike to call me back about working on my vintage truck. I know it's difficult to start a vehicle after it's been sitting for awhile that's why I wanted to have them do it because they are professional mechanics. I would never trust my Ester to just any old mechanic when it really counts, that's why I called Ronnie Roberts to begin with.
This is an exceptional group of people. Ronnie, Mike, Rhonda and staff. They treat you right and do not push. Have a problem with your vehicle...stop in and see Mike.
Inside the store is a lovely second hand shop that takes up half the store's unused warehouse space. Items here include crystal lamps, Ethan Allen lamp shade for the home dining or living room - ceiling. Antique furniture, cobalt blue glass collectibles and casual or office ladies clothing.
Mr Robinson's daughter owns the consignment shop [it's not a thrift store or goodwill. closest description is consignment] side and clearly chooses items she puts up for sale with care. There was so much there to choose from the only complaints that gave it 4 stars instead of 5; one, no one on hand to assist with questions or other help. Might have been the day.
Two, prices a bit high for even consignment shops and quality. With the exception of certain antique items, the cost on some of the clothing and glassware was a bit high and the lamps while cheaper than new glass or ceramic - are still significantly higher than any other second hand shop. Not suggesting one give it away but it does mean more discretion when purchasing items and pricing them. As I was able to obtain 2 more lamps elsewhere with a shade [mine did not come with one] that were not just beautiful they were far better priced for second hand items. One lamp here was 30$ with no shade, not real cut crystal but some available for same price - at R/R store. Two lamps at similar store, name not mentioned were each 5$ with shades!! Now that is a very low price, stock would move faster if more knew about the store inside the store and if priced a bit more competitive.
After shopping around the average price of a second hand, mint condition, antique glass and ceramic w/matching shade and all lamp parts were approx 15$ compared to 30$
I love great finds and will shout from the rooftops when a store has competitive pricing. So, while the stock varies and some are on point with pricing - other times the just are too overpriced; even if still less than new.
[new glass or ceramic lamps w/high quality shades are going to cost about 80$ and go up from there. Plastic lamps in home depot or similar are 12-20$ these are table top lamps not ceiling lighting.]
I have gained back my faith in small businesses because of Ronnie Robinson. These people only fix what needs to be fixed and charges you appropriately. They give you honest recommendations about what needs to be fixed and what is nice to be fixed...the kinda place you send your grandma to.
