Found myself in a pinch and went to O’reillys just hoping they had the part. Missy not only had it but was able to price match it from a competitor. I’ll be coming back if I ever need anything else
Just wanted to say that the help i received at this store was amazing. I had been to another place to get brakes for my camaro only to be given the wrong brake pads twice. I went to this O'reilys and they got me the correct brakes for my car. Missy was a great help. All employees had a very professional attitude and were very helpful. I will definitely be going here for now on.
The people there are so knowledgeable and friendly! I have been going to the store since their grand opening and I have not had a single issue that they couldn’t help me figure out. From management all the way down, they are absolutely the best people on this planet!
Mr John was so incredibly knowledgeable. We had been traveling from Jacksonville from Dodge parts service dealerships to all auto parts from JAX to Green Cove for a Y heater hose connector. The dealership wanted $200 because they have to sell you the whole hose and wait time was 1 week. Went in to Oreillys with little hope and praying someone knowledgeable would understand our frustration. NOT ONLY DID HE LISTEN, BUT IMMEDIATELY LOOKED FOR A SOLUTION. In the end it was his expertise that found us a similar part from GM that actually worked!!! And even told us which hose clamps to use. He did not have the part in his store but did not hesitate in calling a nearby store and finding us the part. Mr John you are a God Send. Thank you for taking your precious time to help us. I am forever grateful. God Bless You!!! IT WORKED!!!!!
The assistant manager Hunter is one of the most professional young men I've had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond what is required of his job duties when he answers my calls no matter the time of day, regardless of if he's at work or not. He's an absolute pleasure to know.
Missy, Bob and Randy are so helpful! They really make you feel like family and are so nice! They went out of their way to help me when I had problems figuring out what was wrong with my Mustang. Definitely my new part store! Plus they have food trucks!! ?
Spoke with multiple staff, all nice and helpful. Particularly John stood out to me because he was extremely knowledgeable, to the point youd think he was the CEO haha.
I blew a heater hose yesterday and everyone in there was so helpful. They kept checking on me in the parking lot to make sure I didn't need anything else still coming out there and giving me a hand after I've already paid for my stuff. I highly recommend them. They are super helpful.Five stars all the way
