There is a great place to load , unload and launch your kayak. There are so many fish in the river I think we even saw a shark. We didn't see any manatees ourselves on this trip but there were lots of people diving to view them.

Excellent kayak dock and small fishing dock. Lacking clean out station for fish and gear. Latrine plugged and smells

I went for a quick visit on a weekday morning. There wasn't too many people there. Seems peaceful with plenty of parking. There were lots of birds and manatees!

This park is so nice! Super nice play area for kids with lots of shade. There is a place to launch kayaks and paddle boards which seemed to be really popular here. We came down from Dunnellon since we saw from previous reviews you could fish from the pier. After moving closer inland (and almost losing hope after about 2 hours) we finally caught/released this little guy.

Love Kings Bay Park. This is our regular spot to launch our paddle boards and go explore Hunter & Seven Sister Springs. The park has picnic facilities and bathrooms. It can get packed quick so not a guaranteed place to get a spot but going early or later afternoon we've always had luck.

I liked the park it's small but nice. They do have good handicapped areas that fit wheelchairs. You can't access the kayak ramp or beach in a wheelchair that bites. Over all really liked the park. Thanks park employees for the cleanliness of restroom.

This is a very nice, clean park. The park has a full compliment of amenities with beautiful views of king's Bay on Crystal River. Amenities include ↪️ fishing ? pier ↪️ kayak launch & kayak rentals ↪️ picnic tables - some with grills ↪️ playground ↪️ restrooms ↪️ Pay to park or utilize free city parking. It's only a couple of blocks walk to King's Bay Park via the Riverwalk.

It is a great spot to go kayaking, swimming, or just to get out and explore! The manatees are peaceful and breathtaking to see. The staff are exceptionally helpful and informative, and RJ gets some great shots of the manatees and key points of interest! The pricing is a bit much for the kayaking but the experience was worth it.

Very nice. Everyone with little kids needs to keep a good eye on them. No barriers on the docks and playground is only fenced on half. Beautiful view and abundance of wildlife.

Nice small park to walk around in. Large put in for non gas powered boats. Sae a couple manatees in the area as well. Very nice walkways and handrails with restrooms if needed. To those with allergy problems, this park is moldy under the walkways. If mold is an issue take meds before you get here. Otherwise nice place.

Wonderful experience with wildlife. Birds, turtles, and manatees!! Not their during peak season and three sisters was closed for restoration but we still saw 8 manatees including babies.

Visited here to swim in the lakes. SUP and hope to see some manatees in their local habitat. Ticked off all three of these. Hired a SUP for 2hrs. Lots of local places to hire. Helpful staff. Parking was 5 dollars you have to pay at a machine. Facilities and access for everyone. The water was fresh but not unpleasant. Bring suntan lotion and be prepared to paddle / kayak for about an hour and a half in total. Easy for everyone and not challenging for people with no experience. I would recommend visiting.

Kayaked here looking for manatees. We saw many of them. We booked the excursion through a company and spent two hours here. You could really do the same on your own if you have your own kayaks. There were also people snorkeling and scuba diving. A lot of activity going on in what I would consider a small location.

Low key beach great for families. It was cold so we didn’t swim but we had a great time making sand castles and enjoying the gorgeous view. The sunset in December is amazing there. We even caught a glimpse of dolphins passing by.

We did the kayaking to see the manatees experience. It was a lot of fun and we saw quite a few manatees, my granddaughter even had one come right up in front of her boat and pop its head out which made us all Giggle and ooh and all

Edit: added stars because I have lived in Florida my entire life and finally got to see Manatees in the wild off this dock. Absolutely awesome. Original: Don't pay to park here, when you can just walk less than a block. And bathroom is sealed. Other than wasting my time piddling around with the Pay Meter and the restroom not being open, it is a nice little spot to see the water and pelicans. Nice kid playground too. ?

This a gorgeous park to launch from to enjoy the water. I love coming here to paddleboard and kayak. There are plenty of rental options available for everyone to enjoy. The park itself is very clean, offers a small playground and a clean bathroom. The bathroom can be used to change clothes to get into the water or vice versa. They have many educational signs around the park, and some of the rental personnel are very helpful. You do need to pay the fee to park, which is just a self check in Kiosk for $5. Please keep the park clean when you visit, leave no trace of trash or debris. Manatees and other wildlife are known to frequently be in the area and close by. Enjoy this little gem of Crystal River!

We stopped here to see if we could see the Manatee, but it was too early in the year yet. Very nice park, very clean, lots to do. Playground, cooking grilles, docks, info center.

Launched our own kayaks! 5 dollars to park and 5 dollars for each vessel you launch. Each access. Never used a kayak launch before and the bars to help you get in the water are awesome. Definitely will come back here!! My friend didn't have a kayak but he was able to rent from hunter springs kayak super easily (he parked his car at their shop and walked to the dock where they had the kayak ready for him. Loved it. When you visit please respect the wildlife, it is such a gift to see manatees roaming freely

Great place to launch a kayak. Clean bathrooms. Not much parking space which is a challenge if you're driving a long way (1.25 hours for us). Would be great if there were an online reservation system, especially for summer months.

Had an AWESOME and AMAZING time swimming with the Manatees!! Such wonderful gentle creatures!! Captain Tom and Kerri did an amazing job taking us out and showing us the manatees. Kerri was patient with my daughter and helped her find her manatee tail.

Great area to throw in a small vessel (kayak or canoe). It got a 4 because there isn't much parking and the meter was a pain to pay for parking. I ended up just putting in too much money. They will ticket you - we saw people with tickets when we returned from our track into the spring. Easy to access 3 Sisters from the ramp. The water was very clear all the way up to the Spring. Stay left when you leave the ramp and go under the bridge. Easy to find!

I LOVE this place. There is so much nature all in one place. If you just take your time, you would be amazed by what you see here, even on a rainy day. Thank you to the crew that take care of the park.

Very nice place with picnic areas and a place for kids to play. The barbecues are clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean as well as the grass area. The parking is not so big but if you find a spot, it’s costs $5 all day or $1 for the first 2 hours.
