Very responsive and friendly. Needed a tow to the dealership the day after Xmas for an emergency repair. Dave was able to get my car picked up, info gathered, and dropped off for me much faster than expected. Overall A+++ 10/10 experience.
Advanced Towing has come to save the day for me at least 4 times. Each and every time they have been prompt, careful, and have gone above and beyond just dropping my car off.
This most recent incident resulted in AAA refusing to jump my car, but would schedule a tow. Once BRETT dropped my car off, he asked what was going on, then used his personal jumper thing (?? Lol) and got my car started right up.
I appreciate the reliable and excellent customer service I have received every. time.

Previously, I had a bad experience with Advance Towing, but Steven made this stressful situation much easier to deal with—he was considerate, kind, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have showed up at 1 am when my tire blew in the middle of nowhere. Thank you! This guy needs a raise, ASAP (!!!), considering he towed my car all the way to Dunnellon from Homosassa.
Ryan the gentleman I dealt with was very courteous, made the process super easy very fast response time. Most the time when waiting for a tow, you wait hours he was there within the hour. AAA was who contacted them for me and I'm so grateful that it was advanced towing they were awesome.
I have towing insurance thru State Farm. I have called for towing several times. Most of the time I have gotten Advanced Towing. They r quick to respond, their drivers r so kind, caring, respectful & professional. I have used a few other Tow companies in the past & was not happy. Advanced Towing is the best- i am a huge fan !!!
Called AAA for lockout service and these guys responded super quickly! 20 mins and I was in my vehicle. That is total time from calling to opening door.
Called them and I got a very reasonable price (esp for 2024) and waited 10-20 mins. I called AAA before them and had nothing but issues. Would have been about 2-5 hours before AAA showed up. Advanced had me going right away they were on the way from Inverness and still got to me in Crystal River extremely fast. Called me to let me know they were on the way after placing the service call, and hitched a ride to Dirks Auto. Extremely nice people and I'm glad I didn't waste my whole day with AAA. We were in a precarious situation... parked at elementary school..... my friends clutch died - we were stuck at the elementary school, after a ton of trial and errors and NO SHOW OF AAA... (We waited hours). We were parked at the elementary school waiting to pick up a child. The clutch failed. We're stuck. Hours... we sat... AAA NEVER CAME!! However I did get a phone call at 12:30 AM ! at night ...offering to pick up the car. It had already been done... so stressed & hard to get help then.... I had to PAY FOR THE PICKUP...... AAA is LOSING CREDIBILITY pretty quickly.... we're probably going to see this on my many many companies that have options to go out in the field to help folks.

The other night we got into an accident while heading out of town. and all off our stuff was still inside the car and when i called the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and understanding and we were able to meet someone there and get all of our things if i could rate them more then 5 stars i would
These guys are jokes I had them go out and do a job for me and they got to the property and couldn’t do it because their truck was “too big” , they still ended up charging me half the price even though it’s 10 minutes away from them…. Horrible customer service and thiefs , they also made me pay for their ”service” upfront , so I couldn’t get my money back. Stay away
This towing company will go above and beyond to help you out. Make sure that you request AAA to route to them, to ensure you get fast and reliable towing. Very conscientious and helpful company!
Advanced Towing is a great company! Thankfully we are blessed to have had their services once again through AAA! (Trust me not all vendors through AAA are A+ as I have had an awful experience with another company some time ago). They are prompt, professional and friendly. My reaction is mostly positive. However I don't particularly agree that they charge you I believe it was $4.50 because I used a credit card. I wish they'd get with it that seems unfair to me.

I was in a car accident on my way to work, my insurance called a different tow company (Carter ‘s towing) after attempting to hook up my vehicle and causing damage the tow driver asked me to then sign a waiver, I refused and asked them to drop my vehicle. I then called advanced towing, the person on the phone told me the driver was currently hauling a vehicle and would be to me as soon as possible. He arrived fairly quickly, assessed my situation, and handled it professionally. I highly recommend not only advance but this driver, he was courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate him treating my vehicle with the respect he did. Thank you Advanced Towing and our driver Jacob!
