All in know is there a auto parts house. I don't do very much business with them. As far as I know there not a bad place.

I purchased brake pads and rotors from Napa online. And when in to ask questions to the local Crystal River Napa store the associate was very rude, sarcastic and unable to assist in Anyway, I would not recommend buying products from Napa. The pads and rotors wore out within six months of purchase with a lifetime warranty I Believe his name was J B

I would say they accommodated what I needed and were available as needed. Little short staffed and pricey on what I wanted, but provided.

As compared to the other auto parts store. I feel Napa has a better quality parts and will fit like oem .

Called the store, and they had my part in stock.Told him I would be there in 30 minutes. I got there in 36 minutes only to find the store closed early &%#@<×

I'm a truck driver, the big kind and was stranded around the corner after suffering an oil leak. The tech that fixed me up only brought two gallons of oil, which didn't even get the bottom of the dipstick wet. My truck takes 12 gallons of 15w40. So instead of waiting for authorization from corporate breakdown to buy more oil, i hopped on my bike and rode over to buy a gallon, knowing that doing so would be faster, and I'd be reimbursed. Then another, and another... Dipstick was still dry after five gallons. Finally, one of the people working, asked where my truck was parked. They knew exactly where it was a gave me some history of the spot. They suggested that I buy 3 gallons, of a cheaper brand, and they would drive it over for me. The weather wasn't hot and it was a short ride, but it made all the difference. Amazing service.

How can you not love a informational NAPA boy? Always got your part and always a better part!!! Get what ya pay for!

The owner at Napa in Crystal River is very helpful very knowledgeable and will order the right part for you ,you may have to wait a day or two for part to come in but very much worth it...

Bill was great. Could help directly but sent me on to Melissa at Crystal River Caps who worked her a$$ off from 100s of miles away.

Great store the counter people have been there for years and know what u need very patient they also give well a good explanation and will place order if need be they also look out for the coustemer and there budget!

I made multiple stops in town and nobody could help me out locating a part. Napa found the part and were incredibly kind doing it. I've done business with them before but now I'll only be doing business with them alone, great people!

Great staff and very knowledgeable only place I go to for my truck and equipment parts

had the parts in stock to rebuild my pool pump motor ,less than 100.bucks (new pump motor varible speed 700 plus dollars)

Husband needed parts for an older truck and no one had them. He called Napa...they said bring in the old part. We went there and they didn't have it, but said they could have it at 8 am the next morning.....and they did. The guy was friendly and seemed glad to help.

Always good mood they have got me parts that no one else could get me.

Outstanding Customer Service. We went in to buy a battery for my aunt's car and asked if they had loaner tools. He said no because he was going to trade the battery for us. He followed us up 19 and repaired the car. #LifetimeCustomerEarned
