Always have everything I need and when I order online it typically doesn't take more then 10 minutes to get the message it's ready for pickup. My goto store for auto parts.
My Daughter text me on her way to school 10/16/2025 trying to explain light that popped up on her dash. I told her what it meant, and I'll show her how to fix it when she got home. Told her to stop by after school (approximately 3:15pm) turn on lights, go inside and tell them your car year, make and model, then "ask" Employee if they could tell her what headlight bulb she needed for her car.
She did as instructed. His reply..."You need lowbeam or highbeam?". And when she asked if he could please look at her lights and tell her, he replied "How am I supposed to know what your car needs? There's no way I can tell because it's daylight. Come back when you know, somebody will get your bulbs for you.".
Just maybe Advance should hire people that have the aptitude to perform the job in which they're employed. You don't have to be a mechanic by any means as the computer tells them what bulb ID number is needed. Everyone isn't as passive and permit you to talk to them as you're accustomed to.
I had every intention to take her back up there and patiently wait for THAT guy to help ME so I can see how much he likes being talked down to, and see if its still funny when someone out matches their energy....but she had to go to work. She decided to go to Autozone as its en route to her job.
If your Child (my case, Daughter) has headlight/taillight issues....Just go to Autozone by Coney Island instead. Not only did they get her the bulbs she needed, the Employee LOOKED to confirm which she needed, asked her to watch so she knew how to fix herself, and then installed the bulb for her....and she made it to work on time.

Driving up to go camping stopped here when I needed a new battery for my RV. Will, the manager was really helpful. Hooked me up with a new battery and got me back on the road.
Stephen is super rude. Started by calling me, a woman, sir, then tried to argue with me about the semantics of what I was picking up. Go anywhere else.

Came here to get a thermometer for my bfs truck and was sold the wrong part. We came back the following day and the man that sold us the wrong part couldn’t process a return without the receipt even though the credit card and man that bought the produce were in front of him, forced to buy another part (the right one) just to get home and it be broken. So we’re 100$ or so into a 50 dollar part MAX. Brought both sets of parts to the Beverly hill location and was in and out within minutes with the right parts and a credit for our unpleasant service.
We were shopping in Crystal River with my husband's parents their battery decided to quit on us got it jumped and headed to Advance, the young man that took care of us was great he had our old battery out and new one installed in just a few minutes. I would recommend Advance for all your car part needs.
I came here to get a battery the first guy at the counter was great he looked up my battery and made a phone call to make sure I didn't still have a warranty on it that way I didn't have to spend a bunch of money and the other guy that put in my battery made sure it worked before sending me on way.
I love advance Auto parts in the deals that they make what is time to change my oil. I can order through the app and package my oil and filter at a discount. On this visit I brought in a used battery as well as used motor oil and was delighted to find that they'll handle recycling. The folks here are always tremendously helpful, know a lot about what they sell and help me find the right parts to do the job.
Finally on my 3rd stop to the auto parts store , once to Advanced Auto Parts and this was now my second Auto Zone I was able to locate the correct pair of lights I needed and return the wrong pair of lights that I had received from my gf at Christmas. To make sure everything was handled accordingly, swiftly and correctly, i was helped by the manager of the store Mr.Ira. Now my truck is finally lighting up the hwy! Back on the road again...special thanks to Ira and Auto Zone.
Advance Auto parts took care of me and beat everyone else's prices. We had a slip up on a certain item, but it was quickly corrected and I prefer them to other places to buy my auto parts. Staff is knowledgeable and polite.
I was just minding my own business when John Kimball(general manager)went out of his way to leave the store walk over to Publix plaza and harass me because I was sitting in the shade waiting on instacart orders and he threatened to call the police for trespassing. I confronted him because he assumes everyone with a backpack and bike is homeless. If you don't have to give this location your business don't. Personally I prefer the store on periwinkle in homosassa. There they have always been kind and understanding unlike crystal river location.
I have a few antique cars and I keep the batteries charged with trickle charges and cut off switches. One battery which is fully charged wouldn't start the car. Had them test it, and it only put out 16 AMPS. No guessing I purchased a new battery after the free test.
Refused to warranty my a/c compressor even with my receipt and a email from corporate. It hasn't even been 3 yrs. I also informed them that it was for my wife's vehicle. We also have 3 kids she transports in this Florida heat. My transportation is not large enough for everyone to fit so we can't trade. Not sure how I'm going to get another one. Not everyone can just spend $417. I see your request for more information. How would I go about that? There has been an email sent to the district manager with my contact information. I decided to give advanced a second shot actually probably more but the stupidity at these stores drives me absolutely crazy when did they stop matching prices k&n fuel filter $40 AutoZone carquest fuel filter$70 then i'm told you can't match prices that's ridiculous so i guess i will just keep my business to AutoZone and O'Reilly
Chale (sorry spelling) installed a new battery in about 10 minutes when other places wouldn't touch it because of the computer and the risk of losing all the settings. All my settings were correct afterwards and she even opened my hood with no issues. Thank you!!!
Took the oil from my car to advance to be recycled and it was a very pleasant experience. Had to fill in my name and address on a little form and that was it. Everyone was lovely to me and I am an old lady and they took my oil recycle container out to the car for me and were delightful!
Will sell you parts but that’s as far as it goes. Will not help you to even install a battery in a car fob. I went to their competitor and they were vary willing to sell and install battery.
Called to see if they had a specific part in stock. On hold for over 6 minutes. Ran through the auto attendant 3 times. Finally hung up without ever speaking to a human being. Guess they only want your businesses if you actually walk in the store. Poor form Advanced Auto Parts!!!!
Very good store. Picked up my battery. Guy went out got the old battery out of trunk and put new one in there. Fast paperwork in and out quick. Thank guys!!
Quick friendly service. Very helpful. I needed a brake light for my left side. I was unsure of how to get the light out to change it, the associate explained it, which made it very simple for me. I changed it in their parking lot, and he even came out to check on me to make sure I got it in okay.
Sales associate John was extremely accommodating and helpful. Advance is an honest place because I had my battery & alternator tested and they both were fine. They could have easily told me they were bad and scored a $125 battery & $150 alternator sell!
The customer service is impeccable I've used this service for many years working on cars the rewards program is so simple they send me coupons and I order online and pick up in 30 min.
