Super unhelpful. Came to get a rear door for a Ford Transit 2015 high roof. The website says that they have 2 doors. They didn't show me any of the doors, just said it's in bad condition.

This is not a honorable business. spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I purchased a transmission from lkq in Crystal river 3 months ago and two days ago the transmission took a ?. so fast-forward I called lkq thinking they will honor the 6 month 6000 mile warranty because I had just purchased the transmission 3 months prior.I talked with Ken at lkq and because I went over the mileage in just 3 months its my fault they sold me a bad transmission he will not honor the warranty and he said he have two more transmission he can sale me with warranty ??lol merry Christmas guys

I love buying part from LKQ and specially when they can deliver the part to your house way better and even pick up parts is an easy process. But always have in hand the vin number of the vehicle easy process for me as a customer and easy for them.

Unless the auto parts you need are already pulled off vehicle they want you to pre-pay and then wait days and days for the parts with no guarantee on exactly what day you will get your parts. I have never heard of such a thing, ever. Must be a Florida thing. In every state I have ever lived in, you go in, tell them what you need and a guy goes out and pulls it. THEN pay and done. Dought I will return there.

No one here can do their job right. You can bring in the exact part you need and they'll still send you home with the wrong parts. Said online there were a lot of turbos for my 1.5L malibu, then i get there.. now all the sudden the online pricing is “only if you order it online and pay the shipping” - even if your picking it up. Then the price went from $100 to $232.. and what did they actually give me? A buick 1.4L (that is marked just that on the paper, and literally looks nothing like the turbo they were given). NOTHING LIKE IT!! Unfortunately the wife got sent in for part pick up after being assured on the phone that they had the right one ready. The lady taking the old part took it first, then gave the new one. Wife specifically asked, since she didnt get to hold them side by side, if it was in-fact the exact same one as the one she was given, she assured me it was.. obviously with out even looking, or reading the paperwork. Anyone with eyes should have been able to see that. Now they make you wait for a check for a refund too- as it was posted everywhere- as I'm sure that must be a common problem there since they cant use they're eyes.. even though they give the wrong thing, even after having the part i need in hand, and on a Friday, so im screwed all weekend before i can even talk to anyone.. costing me a lot of money Dont bother posting the ‘we care’ ‘give us a call so we can figure it out’ standard reply that you put in all bad reviews. Ill be calling first thing monday!

Been in the auto industry for over 10 years. Every time I call this location 20-30min on hold that's if calls don't get disconnected, and on top of it representatives having attitude instead of being helpful. Also have been trying to activate a new commercial account for over 3 months now without success. For a company this size, i expected much better communication and support. Very disappointed. For 10 years, we had excellent service level and communication with LKQ located in Kansas City. However, this location needs new management or to be shut down. To your reply: being pathetic?! Providing me with the same locations phone number to complain to them.

Broken parts, no ethics to speak of, rude as can be. To sum it up, negligence, thievery, and total lack of professionalism. TLDR; LKQ transmission warrenty will deliver a broken transmission, and will not pay for their mistake. Customer service is horrible, product is defective, this business has no pride or moral fiber in their operations. I'm currently dealing with a transmission warranty claim. The replacement unit they sent was defective, and the warranty department says I'll need to pay the labor for installation of their defective transmission, as well as the labor again for taking that out and replacing with a second (hopefully working) unit. [They're so far refusing to pay labor for install of faulty transmission they sent] Warranty department says talk to sales about it, sales says talk to warrenty department about it. Daron Beers is only person with customer service and compassion I've talked to so far. He sent an email to get some higher ups involved, and everyone on the same page, to hopefully get this resolved quickly. I believe they are a good company, and I've done good business with them in the past. This issue is perhaps out of the ordinary, and I have faith they'll make it right. Either way, I'll update my review accordingly to let everyone know how they resolve this faulty replacement unit matter 06/7/25 update: I paid Brooksville Transmission just shy of $3,000 in labor for the two transmissions installed, and paid an extra $1,800 for an upgraded "road ripper" transmission. Billie Jean of LKQ said they're prepared to pay only the $50/hr towards labor for both installs, and not cover labor for the first faulty unit they shipped out. I was patched over to Billies manager Ray, and left a voicemail describing the situation. Hopefully Ray will make things right, and cover the labor on the faulty unit install in full. I'm told I'll have a response by Tuesday, either way I'll update accordingly. 06/30/25 uptdate: Manager Ray at Crystal River LKQ says he has no power to act outside of the warrenty terms.. acknowledges that the first unit they sent was a defective transmission, and meets standards for a new warrenty claim, but $50/hr towards the labor is all they will pay.

Remember when LKQ wasn't a joke? Get ready to sit on hold for 20-30 minutes and deal with surly employees who are unhappy at life and clearly do not appreciate their job. Get ready to be overcharged and held hostage by the driver when your parts are delivered to pay the balance or they won't drop it, even after speaking with someone in accounting who would rather argue with you for ten minutes than simply call the salesman who sold you and quoted you the parts and confirm THEIR mistake. Its okay - you'll be refunded the difference 7-14 days later maybe. Get ready to be sold a bad part that is visually damaged - damage so obvious someone who isn't even mechanically-inclined can tell its bad. Get ready to have a replacement part sent the next day, no, I mean the day after, no, wait, three days later because they can't take down addresses correctly. Can anyone solve these issues as they came up? No! "Corporate tells us..." "Corporate won't let us..." "Corporate policy is..." What a great shield to hide behind. 16 years in the automobile business and LKQ has unequivocally become the worst parts wholesaler/supplier to deal with, period. Congratulations on having zero standards.

I went in this morning on Wednesday May 28th. To get a fender. Said it would be between 930and 945. Ok I went in at 928 am to see if it’s early and it’s not. The lady that’s working had an attitude. She said I told you between 930and 945. So I assumed that I was 2 mins. Early she would have said hold on I’ll call back to see where it’s at. NOPE!!!!!!! One of the worst LKQs I ever been through! I give it a .zero star.

Took 2 calls t reach a rep, looking for a altenator for a toyota seqouia, quoted 90.00 35 core charge i can buy a new one on ebay for 85.00 and pasco u pullit quoted 54 for a used one..lkq is a crazy overpriced. Ill never use them..stay away unless you have deep pockets and dont care. .

I just want to share with everybody that this place has gone downhill so bad! I ordered parts and I wait sometimes hours after they say they pulled it! Not to mention that if they give you the wrong part. They may tell you they won't refund you and that the money has been deposited and you just have to hope they bring you the right part when they can. This place is horrible and I recommend ordering from your local auto parts. R off of Amazon. You'll be surprised but don't waste your time here

I don't even want to give them one star, they deserve no stars! I ordered a rim weeks ago I was called two times to tell me it was delayed, last time I got a call they said it was going to be there on Friday I waited all day Friday for my rim nobody called so I called them when I call them they let me know that oh so sorry it'll be there Monday. Monday I wait all day till about 4:00 finally I call them and I say where's my rim and they said oh it's here nobody told you nope nobody told me! When I get there is 4:32 pm, they close at 4:30, the desk girl SHILO, would not open the door to speak to me she just stared at me and pointed to the door and screamed from the desk to call the 800 number, I kindly asked for her to come over here so I can speak to her I had a question she then continued to work and let me stand there for about 5 minutes finally she came to the door stared at me and we had to scream back and forth through the glass door she would not even open the door for me and speak to me like a human being. Tuesday rolled around she called me at 8:00 a.m. to let me know my rim was there, I let her know I will not be coming up to pick up my rim I do not want to support that business because of her, SHILO. SHILo, do your job!

LKQ is a great place to get your used auto parts. I've been buying parts there for 20 years. They usually overnight the part or send it by one of their trucks to your residents or business. They offer warranty on all their Used Parts Plus remanufactured parts. They also carry new aftermarket parts. There are always polite and fast on the phone. The prices are excellent. Don't hesitate to call them.

0 stars if I could. Bought a rear axle assembly for my truck and after approximately 500 miles on new part the differential exploded driving 70mph on freeway. Salesman Chad butler told me that there was fresh oil in differential. I called to open a warranty claim since part WAS under warranty. They declined my claim, tried to feed me insane excuses about how it was my fault (i had proof it was not my fault). Declined my calls, hung up on me mid-convo, and talked to me completely unprofessionally. The manager of this location would hang up on me! After most likely 60+ phone calls and calling LKQ Corp I finally received a refund for my faulty part. All in all, this was a month long process just to get the refund. Never had any issues with LKQ before and sadly they have lost a customer. The part was $1865.0, so quite expensive and I trusted I would receive a normal functioning axle. Horrible customer service.

Excellent service! I only wish that the person on the phone had told. Me that they only pull parts every 2 hours and bring them up to the front because I definitely would have paid for it over the phone before I arrive (on my 2 hour drive).. hmm. Just could has walked in the door and picked up the part if I had known about this.. other than that Minor detail everything was great! Excellent service, huge car lot! The four Stars is mainly because of the wait when I told the person I called I was driving a long distance. I got a starter with low low mileage and a 2 yr warranty (cheap! 12$) and paid less for the entire thing there then the very cheapest I could find online with a 5 day wait for delivery. So the 4 hour trip was Worth the cheaper parts and the warranty too. I highly recommend them- Crystal River u can get parts same day. The Tampa and Orlando location u have to pay for them pick up next day.
