I would hands down recommend this towing for any of your towing or recovery needs!! I wanna Thank Mr. Jon G in particular for his amazing help in this mornings very early morning! We needed help and within 20 mins he was to our location. We managed to get our vehicle stuck in a super awful situation and not only was he there getting our vehicle carefully, an with the most professional care, but he was so generous to help us with our ride back to a safe place. They made helping us sooo easy with taking care of all of the insurance BS, making our absolutely crappy situation, a little less of a headache! And for that we are really, really greatful! I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone at GS auto is!! On Thanksgiving day, my motorcycle was stolen. When the police found it in crystal river, my insurance couldn't get anyone to tow it to the body shop. The police called GS auto and without hesitation, they went straight to my bike and picked it up for me. Not only that, but they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and took pride in their work. They left me reassured during my difficult time, to which made the situation and my stress better.
Mitchell and his helper were amazing! Came to us within 15 minutes...when others had a 3 or more hour wait. We were stranded 35 minutes away and Mitchell took us right to our door step. Great guy and great company!
