Customer service by Tom wow. Wouldnt/couldn't tell me what headlight bulb i had for my truck? He said bring the bulb in boy and I can help you. This place used to the go to place in Crystal River Fl. I called the Dunnellon O'Reilly after this confrontation they had all the answers. Maybe Tom needs a vacation. After I get the bulb I need tomorrow I will never go back to an O'Reilly again.
The gentleman i felt with really knew his stuff. Very informative. He was very nice and polite. He understood my financial constraints and did not attempt to sell me a higher price product that I did not need.
Oh my God all I can say is O'Reilly Auto parts is the best auto store in the world. My alternator died that day and nobody else could find me in alternator but O'Reilly I had to wait 4 hours to get it but it was so worth it thank God for O'Reilly
Went to get a battery . The older guy that put it in disconnected the harness .now it will not run right or shift right . Had a mechanic come and try to put it back together . Got it running but now it will not shift the fan Runs to fast. I think they need to help get my jeep running . Will be calling them in the morning.very disappointed in this place. It may need yo be reprogrammed. As a disabled vet it does not set we’ll with me.
Seriously the best in the county!!!! Jerry was so super helpful. I had a plan of doing the change myself but it wasn’t as easy as I thought. Thankfully Jerry not only figured it out but took the time to show me what to do. I understand he has to learn the phone still lol but his customer service is top tier. Shout out to mark for the dad jokes.
Great place good staff always willing to help and if they don't have the part at time you go buy it they will have it there buy the end of the day or next morning that's America they satisfy all there Custemer 100 % ?
Jerry at the Crystal River store is great. The spark plugs worked great and he made sure we had the best price. He also took the time to explain just enough details to me, who doesn’t know much about cars. Thank you Jerry!
The gentleman working Sunday 6-23-24 morning, this past weekend was very helpful, helped me find the least expensive battery for my Subaru Crosstrek limited, and gave me a cart of tools so I could take out the old battery and put in the new one. He then allowed me to wash my hands. I appreciate it. Great job

Pretty standard location, staff was helpful in helping me find out what was wrong with my car, place was normal in appearance, got the job done easy. 3/5 stars would recommend going here for your vehicle needs.
Worst place to get auto parts. They are over priced compared to their competitors and when you call to check if they have a part in stock they say yes and when you go pick it up, it's nowhere near the part you were looking for. I, as a woman, rebuild muscle cars and all of 104 pounds of me knows the difference between a manual and automatic gear shifter. Very uneducated sales associates that need an education in basic mechanics.
O'Reilly's brand is Ultima, when you give your phone number it is supposed to store your purchase for warranty purposes. After a few years if that product were to fail you should simply walk in and give your phone number and get an exchange at no cost. This is not the case here. You walk in with their store brand and they claim they can't find the purchase in the history and won't do anything about it. End of the story is O'Reilly's Auto Parts will not honor their lifetime warranties on their own product at all.
Ron the assistant manager did all he could to try to find this connector I needed. He seems to know his stuff pretty well . To no avail...my mechanic had to use some ingenuity. But any more problems I definitely will go back to this O'Riley's for sure!
Awesome job Edgar! I called because my battery seemed sluggish. Edgar took my call and using my license plate number was able to determine what kind of battery I needed and that he had one in stock. Less than an hour from the time I called, I was driving away with a new battery installed. Quality, quick service with a smile on a Saturday afternoon! Thank you, Edgar!
My husband went to get 2 batteries for our RV drove all over town on a Sunday. Sadly most places have people that know nothing about the industry they work in. Then he arrived at here. Sean was super pleasant and knowledgeable. He truly wanted to provide exceptional service. He thanked my husband for his service and gave him a discount. Needed a pair of rotors off my ford e-250 van turned and they got right on it and had them done in less than a hour. They did an excellent job turning as I was having problems with a lot of steering wheel shake when braking. Just came back from a long road trip and brakes are working fine. The price was good also $13 each. Employees were super helpful and courteous
