My daughter and I took her car in to have the battery tested. We greeted and helped by Johan. He was kind, patient, and provided us with the best customer service. Should we need any further assistance concerning our car needs we will definitely be back.
I went in to AutoZone on Wiles Rd in Coral Springs to get oil and an oil filter for my truck as well as bring old oil to AutoZone. I also needed a battery for my Jeep. Marcelo helped me and was very receptive with my needs and what I needed to buy. Other Employees helped me as well and they were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Marcelo helped me out to my truck with my oil and battery without even asking. I highly recommend shopping at this AutoZone as everybody was pleasant and willing to help with what I needed. Hats off to this team at the AutoZone on Wiles Rd in Coral Springs. Keep up the good work!!

I walked in at 5:12pm with battery issues, asked them to test it for me. Test concluded it was bad, walked out at 5:23pm with a new battery installed! I was so impressed, no nonsense, no trying to oversell me. Gerard was great! Will always recommend this location! Quick, efficient and professional! Thank you!

Needed battery for my key fob, had some difficulty locating it at relatively easy to find location. This business was close to my place of empyment in a quiet very clean business plaza. Yesterday evening, I went to the AutoZone on Wiles Rd between University Dr and Riverside. The associate and the manager Mr Ortiz were great customer service lifesavers!!!! I went to replace my car battery and Mr Ortiz discovered that my positive charge terminal was loose causing the short out of my battery. They both took their time and offered great alternatives until I could get to mechanic to address the overall concern as to why the terminal is loose. I thank AutoZone for more locations and great employees that really care about their customers. Thank you Manager Ortiz and associate that worked Saturday, September 6th at 7:49pm and helped me for almost an hour to get me back on the road. Blessings to you ??
The lies add up. I went in for a new set of wipers in which an employee installed, and threw to the Rain X boxes away. These wipers were the worst so I went back a week or so back. I was told I had to go to Ford. This was weird since I had Ann Expedition Before and Bosch wipers work fine. I was told to bring the Rain X back in for a refund and my number was in their system. I went to Advanced Auto, bought the Bosch and all worked. I went back to Auto Zone and was told by an employee and manager that no refund is offered without a receipt. I said how about a store credit. The manager said she can’t look up anything since purchases are not recorded. Well, why a phone number showing prior presences. I just walked out and take it up as an experience of why I will never go back to Auto Nation, especially at 441 and Wiles.
The customer service at auto zone in Coral Springs goes above and beyond. Especially Johan! He is always helpful, knowledgeable personable and professional. I always find the products I need at this particular Auto Zone.

Out of heated situations my car temperature was rising I. When to
Mechanic and he told me that I needed to get a water pump a cooling fan and a thermostat with temperature switch. I went to AutoZone to 4482 and I met a wonderful person his Ameer he was really helpful in get my parts and best price and excellent quality and it was a pleasure doing business with him shout to Ameer and Autozone store 4482
TLDR: Best customer service out of any auto parts store I have been to.
Last night, my car suddenly wouldn’t start after lunch at work. Thankfully, a coworker gave me a ride back after I got stuck. By the time I finally made it to AutoZone, it was well past 8 pm, and I was stressed about my dead battery. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and listened to.
A young man at the counter—wish I caught his name—immediately checked my battery and confirmed it was bad but still under warranty. I was ready to just take the battery home and replace it myself since it was so late. But he surprised me by saying not to worry and swapped it out for me on the spot—in under five minutes.
While I was there, another customer pulled up with their hood open, and he didn’t hesitate to help them out too. The level of genuine care and attention he showed went far beyond what I expected. I truly felt like my problem mattered, and that they wanted to solve it, not just make a sale.
After this experience, I can’t see myself going to any other auto parts store. It’s clear this AutoZone fosters employees who genuinely care about their customers, and that’s exactly the kind of place I want to support.

I went today to change my battery. Fortunately it was still in warranty. Marcelo, the Parts Manager, was super attentive and helpful. He happily helped me replace my battery with care. I know I can always rely on this Auto Zone. I have another location a little closer, but always come to this one since the staff is very helpful and wait time is very little. Thank you Marcelo and the team at Auto Zone.
