My car battery died on the way to work luckily I had a battery jumper with me so I was able to make it to AutoZone. My car was stopped in traffic on university Drive. It was horrible. I made it here and Mike was amazing. Change my battery for me and got me to work. Thank you, Mike

I had an engine light on. Pep boys said it was $117 to diagnose it and it would take 2 hours. I looked on their website and it states to get the code is free. The guy at the counter said getting the code and diagnosis is different. I said once I get the code I can’t I figure it out on my own? He got mad and send me next door to Autozone. Thank god I did. I did not get the guys name but he immediately went to my car, downloaded the codes, printed them out and explained everything to me. Thank you Pepboys for allowing me to find and always be a customer of Autozone!

AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER JOEY you are very rude and unprofessional. Inattentive and claimed to be very busy. Despite only 2 customers being in the store and myself you walked away as I needed assistance from you, listening to music instead of assisting me, leaving me at the counter for me to retrieve my manual in my car to find the specific part that I needed instead of looking it up in the computer. The level of unprofessionalism from you was totally unacceptabl. And i'm quite sure I may not be the only customer that has express this feeling and this is a concern that needs to be addressed.
I ended up coming back to the store in the afternoon to Report it to the manager instead.I met with 2 employees Dumani And Lvette ❤️, who were very helpful and assisted me at the counter.Looking up certain parts that I needed for my car.I was very satisfied with the two employees. Please acknowledge their professionalism.It was definitely top notch.

10/10 service. Mike was very helpful, nice and attentive. I came to get a new battery I went to other stores looking for a battery and no other store helped me like this location. I went to advanced auto parts and nobody even tried to help me so I left frustrated. I came here and Mike greeted me and helped me quickly. He also installed the battery for me and then he tested it and made sure it was good he was very responsible and professional. Thank you Mike and staff I didn’t get the other Ladies name but they were all very helpful and nice. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Mike the Store Manager is such a helpful man! I’ve been coming to this store for a few years, always had great service. Recently my wife had some issue with her car not starting, we drove it to AutoZone in Coral Springs and Mike was kind enough to take a few minutes to check her battery levels. Her battery was fine but it wasn’t secured and he fixed it on the spot in minutes for us. All it takes to make a persons day is kindness and Mike has it in spades. Thanks again boss!

My car battery died before I could get the kids off to school and myself to work. Roadside jumped me and I had enough juice to get to autozone.
Unfortunately, I had not had enough coffee and was a little frazzled. Yvette greeted me and was so patient w me in my initial confusion and indecisiveness. She tested my battery and explained everything in detail weighing out the benefits of each product we looked at in order to make sure my purchase was of value to me and my auto needs.
Mike installed the battery for me and checked to make sure the alternator was working… he did everything in under 8 minutes.
Both Mike and Yvette were so professional and considerate. Know that If you’re having a bad day and you end up here - you’ll be dealing with some honest, caring, and hard-working professionals. You’re in great hands!
Came in to test my battery after having some issues, Mike L. was so friendly and helpful! He figured out that my battery was just not screwed in all the way, tightened it, and tested it for me so I didn’t have to get a whole new one, which as a student on a tight budget, really helps! Mike really looked out for me, he came out made sure I purchased the correct wiper blades, then came out and installed them and checked to make sure they were working properly. He would not accept a tip. Refreshing to find that customer service is not totally gone!

I went in to get wind shield wipers and wind shield fluid. I was greeted right away by a women working and she helped me find everything right away. She also got Mike to come help me install the wipers. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He even made sure to double check everything before I left. I really appreciate the customer service.

It's hot as always in Florida...lucky enough for me Joey was able to help me with my battery change despite the weather and he gave me a few hints and tips on how to avoid draining my battery again.

Awesome place, showed up at 7:30am needing a battery check and it was bad, Mr. Joseph one of the sales representatives was super ready to help me and within 5 mins he was already installing a new battery for me that came with 3 year warranty.

I go to this location so often that they know me by first name. Kevin is very helpful as well as others at this store. I have three cars in family that I maintain mostly myself. Generally most parts I need are available. Good customer service.
Absolutely amazing! It’s never fun when you are on vacation and a battery goes bad, especially when it’s a dually with two batteries. Here we are with no tools and a dead truck. Called Autozone and within the hour they were dropping two batteries (not horribly priced) into the truck. Evette was super helpful testing the batteries and Carl made changing these beasts look easy. Highly recommend.
