Disgusting service.. just waited there trying to buy something.. nobody wanted to help. So you lost my business

Would not come from behind counter to help me find what I was looking for

This is my first time at this location definitely will not be my last thank you so much Mondo for the wonderful customer service experience. You have truly made this a quick and easy process. I came here nervous because I didn’t know what was wrong with my car, but you’re so knowledgeable and you pointed me to the right direction and help me with everything I needed to fix my car definitely will be back ASAP and we’ll recommend my friends and family.

Today I had a rather disappointing experience at the Advance Auto Parts store. I arrived at about ten minutes to seven in the evening to have my car battery checked, since I’ve been having some battery issues. Unfortunately, they flat-out refused to assist me, simply telling me that battery checks couldn’t be done at that hour, without offering any alternative or showing any willingness to help. It really left a poor impression and felt unprofessional to be turned away like that. I believe they should rethink such policies so they don’t leave customers who just need a bit of service feeling so let down.

Setting up my account online was super easy. The part I ordered was ready quickly, the employee was friendly, and I was in and out of the store in no time at all. Side note, while I was waiting in line, I was listening to him, the employee, help the elderly woman in front of me. He was patient with her, answering all of her questions and never once seemed annoyed or put out. He wasn't just professional with her, he was kind to her, helpful in providing her guidance, and I very much appreciated this.

Michelle and Terri were both very helpful. Any concerns I had about my car were addressed properly and efficiently. Great customer service is hard to find.

Shawn/Sean was amazing, I really needed help late tonight with a new battery and he got me in and out with the change in less than 15 mins…that was amazing ? and I appreciate it…cause my husband told me to You Tube how to change a battery! Haha

STORE POLICY: NO RETURNS on TOOLS or ELECTRONICS (I do understand opened, used, and mishandled items). Surprised when I could not return a 1" deep socket WITH the receipt untouched and not used an hour later. I actually needed a 7/8" deep socket instead. I had to purchase the 7/8" . . . no option (yeah I could have gone somewhere else, but I was not in the mood). Frankly I'll say the young man behind the counter was professional, personable and friendly; what I needed was easy to find and accessible. That is a company policy, not his. However, knowing what I know now, I'll drive the extra mile to Home Depot where I get a 10% military discount AND I can return without question just about anything I purchase at the store. Disappointed.

Terrible and unprofessional costumer service something broke … returned the same day but was giving a hard time to get refund for something that broke

Bad costumer service by Che Tara, she was rude and unprofessional. Che Tara cashed me out with attitude and was rushing when it wasn't busy and I didn't do anything to make her mad, that was just her mood, and if something was going on in her personal life it’s not an excuse to act like that. Then overheard her talk to her coworker rudely. Overall bad experience, I wouldn't want to work at a place where my manager talks to me like that.

Service was great! Virginia installed my battery on the car even though it was in a difficult spot under hood. Virginia was very professional and kind! She deserves a raise!

Shout out to Che Tara at this store who helped me figure out a problem I had with a store gift card and also helped me install something on my car. Great customer service !

Due to a bad shoulder, I had them install my battery for me. The young lady did a great job and was very friendly. Thank you.

Julian was such a big help this evening. My car battery died, wasn’t sure if it was just the fob. He changed my key fob battery and showed me there was a hideaway key within the fob. I left with my sister to go back to my car, it wasn’t the key fob, car was dead. Got the car jumped, came back to Advance Auto to check the battery life an hour later and Julian helped check that and ensured my battery life was good. Thank you, outstanding customer service, Julian!

Super bad experience, It took me one hour and 30 minutes to just buy lights for Headlights for my Toyota car and by the end of the purchase, the lights did not fit for my headlight. They were completely different model and it took us another 30 minutes just to return the lights. Not mentioning I got a 20% coupon For returning my old restart ignitions that I purchased the other day from the same store and I used my 20% off to purchase the lights turn out the Computer did not accept the coupon for the lights even though in the receipt description it said I can get the discount if I purchase from the lightning or the Battery or cleaning or the wipers items, which is supposed to be including the lights for my headlights. Super bad service and experience!

Make sure you get a receipt and hang onto it for dear life. The gave me the wrong part and input the wrong email apparently so there isn't a record of the purchase. I have tried a couple of times to arrange store credit but they are unable to accomplish this without a "manager" who only seems to be in on Monday according to Julian who hung up on me. Only thing this place should be used for is recycling your used oil.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Christoff. I love coming here weekly to talk to him. His charisma and helpful nature makes every interaction truly enjoyable. He demonstrated a remarkable level of insight, making the learning process of my car seamless and enjoyable. Christoff’s passion and commitment to providing outstanding service is commendable.

I've been in here various times over the years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have even assisted me when a purchase was not imminent. Highly recommend this establishment.

My sister car was overheating and running with no belt and he had no problem being very transparent and informative with all the things my sister needed to know about the issue with her car. Before she came to the store she was crying and panicking and left feeling relieved. He really will go above and beyond for you
