I went in looking for a specific tire shine and Kyle was extremely helpful. After purchasing the tire shine, I forgot I needed a car cover, so I went back inside. The employee Tamara asked if I found what I was looking for. I was a bit confused on the numbers, so she walked over and gave me advise, on how to choose the specific car cover for me particular car. I know nothing about cars!! only that I need to put gas inside lol. Kyle and Tamara were both very hospitable, and patient with me being that I’m very indecisive. So I just wanted to take the time out to write a review on the experience I had visiting this particular store.
After an initial negative experience with a store associate, manager Tamara reached out and gave me a chance to explain what happened. She asked if I could stop by the store and see what could be done to remediate my experience. Not only did she resolve the issue, but she was kind and listened to what I had to say. Both Tamara and Michael went above and beyond for their customer and Autozone is lucky to have such wonderful people in their team.

I called this AutoZone to call for a part this morning on January 16. I’m always pleasant and this Man answered the phone I said to him good morning how are you? He said to me how may I help you didn’t even say good morning back. I don’t know where are they getting these people from but they have no type of Customer Service skills at all. This location deserves a zero under the ground. And not to mention when I was questioning him about it, he hung up the phone in my face.
I think that if you’re going to have people and men that work at an auto store they should know a little bit something about cars, car gadgets and maybe perhaps some customer service. Never met so many employees who clearly dislike their job.
I was about to take my car back to the auto shop when I realized a couple of things were wrong with it after picking it up, including slow start (not how I dropped it off) - they told me it was probably the battery. Before heading back, I stopped off at Auto Zone to have them check to see if it was true and it was. I seamlessly bought a new battery and Skyler installed it immediately. I was stressing big time, but they made everything so easy for me. Love this place!
Went to my local south Coral Springs AutoZone in a panic this morning when one of my fleet vans broke down in Miami. Tamara was quick to search the parts I needed to go fix and get the truck back on the road. I also ended up buying batteries for my personal vehicle. Tamara explained the benefits of the better batteries and their warranty, so I was confident in the value that I was getting by buying the higher grade product. All in all, a great visit to calm the storm of the morning’s craziness. Thank you Tamara!
Great experience this morning at my local Autozone in south Coral Springs. Having a bit of a crisis with a fleet vehicle breakdown, I came into the store in a bit of a panic. Was immediately greeted by Tamara, who took the time to help me find the parts I needed to head out and try to resolve this issue. I also needed batteries for my personal vehicle, she was quick to help me figure out which ones I needed and help me understand the value of the higher quality batteries with the better warranty. Helped me get in and out quickly to get back on the road. Thanks Tamara!
Tamara was extremely helpful with us purchasing the correct brake pads for multiple cars. Then when we had swollen lug nut issues, she also knew the exact problem and solution hardware immediately. Would use her services again in the future.

Went this morning to AutoZone for car parts & I normally don’t go to Coral Springs location since it’s a bit far from my house but I happen to be in area and needed to get the parts and Kevin was amazing!!! He was very helpful had a great attitude and very knowledgeable about the parts I needed. This guy needs a raise asap! His customer service alone was top notch! I highly recommend this location and ask for Kevin he is amazing!!!!!
