Just came in for some parts to fix my trailer, I walked up to the counter with easily $100+ worth of parts in my hands. Team member Marquise asked me for my phone number and then reminded me that I had a number of Advance Rewards, and asked if I would like to use them. He saved me a ton of money! Completely wasted my time and energy. Told the service rep to check my car battery to see if it needs a possible charge and he didn't. He sent me off saying I need a lead washer. I'm extremely disappointed even asking several times to check it out. Now I'm sitting in a broken down car because your service rep refused to check my battery and properly misdiagnosed my issue

Every time I walk into this Advance Auto Parts, I feel taken care of. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, which makes shopping so much easier. Manager Audia truly goes above and beyond. She’s always ready to help with a smile. Mohammad and Tyler are just as amazing. They’re friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. It’s rare these days to find a team that treats you like more than just a customer, but they do that every single time. This is why I keep coming back, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, but what really made my visit stand out was the outstanding customer service from the store manager, Audia. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Audia truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and it shows. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and care these days. Because of her, this location will definitely be my go-to for auto parts. Highly recommend!

I would never come back nor suggest to come to this store. I will prefer to go to the competition rather than this advance Auto parts store. Worst customer service ever, around 5:30pm after waiting for the associates to stopped chatting between them, nothing work related (Yesterday 7/8/25), I asked to do a return, a brand new close box with two jack stands, my dad bought them not needed them. The lady who works there told me three times, the jack stands can't be returned. I just turned away, not in the mood to debate it with her on any one who heard it and kept quiet. Went to the next (up the road) store and returned without any problem nor hesitation. I strongly suggest to improve your customer service in this store.

Waited in line while the person in front of me was being helped. Then a person jumps ahead of me and the worker immediately helps even though they saw me wait. Maybe they had a long day but it’s common sense I’m not standing around in line for no reason.

If you are looking for exceptional service and real expertise, Advanced Auto Parts at this location is absolutely beyond exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. I came in needing a new battery, and the experience was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Not only did the employee change out my battery, but he walked me through the entire process, teaching me step-by-step how it’s properly done. They lubricated the terminals correctly, ensured everything was put back exactly the way it should be, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. You can tell they truly care about the customer’s experience and take pride in their work. If you’re in need of a battery, car part, or just genuinely good customer service — this location is the place to go! I highly recommend it. Samuel- Showed up at 8:30, 30 minutes before they close where SAMUEL assisted us. Let me tell you, SAMUEL was a pleasant surprise ! Samuel got the battery size and proceeded to tell us that he could install the battery right away ! I was surprised because MOST places would have said come back tomorrow morning but Samuel installed the battery using a flashlight and, more importantly, it was not the easiest install ! This guy had a POSITIVE attitude and got the job done right at closing time as his buddy looked at him saying with his eyes, "it's time to go home" ! I can tell you that I was SO IMPRESSED by this guy that I told EVERYONE I came into contact with ! A PLEASANT surprise that there are people that get the job done correctly with a GREAT attitude! I had an excellent experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. According to my receipt, Ramnarase was my cashier, and if that’s accurate, he did an outstanding job! The checkout process was smooth and efficient, but what truly stood out was his expertise in installing the battery for my car. He made the process look effortless, even though it’s not an easy task—especially at night, when conditions are more challenging. Ramnarase was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and maintained a positive, can-do attitude throughout. Overall, I’m very impressed with his service!

I have gone for years, too mant to count, and decided to do so today. Started the new year with my car not starting, and at first was not sure if it was the battery or starter. My Jeep is a little older and not only did they guide me to my options, they educated my on the differences. There was a small problem installing the battery and the gentleman (Austin) explained to me what I can do to make the battery more secure. Not a big deal, but I have found the group to be friendly and informative. I have also been to the place during overly busy times, and unfortunately many times it is an impatient customer who has a problem, but not the people behind the counter. I realize too many feel entitled and get agitated waiting for a few moments, but this is a nice store for you to get your supplies as well as friendly advice - just do not take your problems and impatience out on the team. Front counter rep good customer service but unfortunately he had to ask if the bathroom was out of order from the Manager. Hopefully upper management can get that bathroom fixed because I'm sure the staff working there need it.

This used to be a good place to buy parts and get useful advice. Now they do not help at all, they wont scan your car if you have an engine code, they say that the scanner is broken. All of there computers and software are outdated. Look for your self, go to advanced auto and then go to Autozone, you will see a huge difference in customer service and knowledge. I will never shop at this location again. Trust me and take the extra 8 minutes and drive down to Autozone on university, you will be a lot happier and actually receive help. If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw another review about your employee Mohamed, I guess he wasn’t coached on customer service. The rudest person I have dealt with at any Auto parts store

Always good service when I go to this store. I brought my battery in to be tested and it was dead as a doornail. So, I left it there overnight for a trickle charge, and sure enough, it held a charge. If it doesn't hold I'll be back for a new one. ✌️

I placed an online order and completed steps to establish membership points and a $20 discount on my first purchase. I tried calling customer service and the chat line. The chat line was unable to figure it out and the customer service line took 2 hours for a return call ( received after I left the store) The Coral Springs store on University was a complete disappointment. My order wasn’t ready as promised and the salesman went up and down the shelves trying to find my order. He kept asking what I ordered, although he printed it out! He kept showing me less expensive versions of the item I ordered and I told him they were not what I ordered. Finally, he went to the back area and found the item. He spoke almost in a whisper and was difficult to understand. As I was taking the item, he asked me to sign a receipt for $5.35. I paid over $90 for the item and questioned what he wanted me to sign. He said he didn’t know. He said I could just leave the item if I didn’t want to sign it. I reluctantly signed it and left. I’m only patronizing Auto Zone from now on! Not impressed with this business and poor customer service.

I placed an order online for a oil bundle, for some reason the filter and the pan was sent to a store and the oil to another one. I was help by Mohammed he took care of the situation like a boss! He did an inventory swap with the store that oil was sent, and gave me a bottle from his store. I can see he actually cares about helping customers. I think you guys are lucky to have him, Is very difficult to find workers like that specifically on retail.

Although the staff is usually never helpful, the store almost always has what I need. The place is typically a bit dirty yet relatively organized and easy to browse. It’s conveniently located. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Keep an eye out for discounts for joining their email list.

Only customer in store employee could not be bothered..needed help with wiper parts..had a 'take it or leave it' attitude and 'couldn't return if opened'..(which I know doesn't apply in this situation.. also..dismissed me when I showed him price on my phone vs price on shelf..

I was there around 11:30-12:00 on Sunday June 23rd . Walked in not one person that worked there in the entire store visible from any counter. 3 guest at part counter I asked how long they have been waiting they said 15 min and have not seen any employee they have just been standing there . I walked around store for 10 min looking for items still no employees to be found for help. I walked outside older man where an advanced shirt smoking . That was my experience I recommend not going to this location. I left and will not return.

Walked in at a time the store was having a rush of customers and it was handled with the upmost customer service care. While I stood in line the employee Milky had a request to do a diagnostic test without missing a beat assured me she would be right with me and, within a reasonable time frame was back assisted me with a speedy return. She was courteous and, pleasant all while the line continued to grow. Thank you and the staff that were in yesterday for the great shopping experience.

I called in before arriving as was informed of my car parts availability at various stores. Upon arriving I was given a free engine check by a well informed employee. The service was great but the employee let me know that they were always understaffed and it made his job unpleasant.
