He held my car hostage and refused to release it until we paid him in cash. He would not accept payment from our insurance, State Farm, and also refused Zelle and checks. When we offered to use a credit card, he demanded a 4% surcharge. We had no choice but to go to the bank and withdraw several thousand dollars in cash just to get our car back. This is an unacceptable business practice. We will never go back.

My friend recently dropped his vehicle off for repairs and, prior to the payment process, spoke with Dave regarding me making a payment on his behalf using my credit card. According to my friend, Dave agreed to those terms. However, when it came time to complete the payment, I was informed that credit card payments were no longer accepted and that the credit card machine was “down.” This was surprising, especially since your business listing on Google clearly states that both credit and debit cards are accepted. A lack of transparency and a failure to honor prior agreements erode trust quickly. As a business owner myself, with the opportunity to represent four prestigious companies over the course of my career, I’ve learned one core truth: it always comes down to the experience you provide. Good faith, clear communication, and follow-through matter. Do what’s right, Dave.

After a frustrating experience with a Geico claim adjuster who underestimated the repairs and was consistently unresponsive, Dave, a veteran auto body technician with over five decades of experience, stepped in and completely turned things around. Not only was the turnaround time great, but Dave is truly a master of his craft. He knew exactly what needed to be done, even when the adjuster seemed to be intentionally dragging their feet. Mo and Dave took such great care of me and my car! Very professional and got my car looking like new again after a bad wreck! They took care of everything and made the process with my insurance a breeze! I can't recommend them enough!

The customer service is outstanding to say the least. Mo was very helpful and the turn-around Dave provided was more than I expected. They had my Maxima back in shape quickly and even gave me a ride to Enterprise (for a rental) to make sure I was taken care of before they drove off. I will recommend this auto body store to all my friends and family. It is very rare this time and age for business owners to actually care about their customers.

My personal experience here was almost too good to be true. I read many Google reviews on local companies and I chose this particular one based on other customer's experiences here. I was not disappointed. They exceeded my already high expectations. Dave was very friendly when I arrived and Mo was outstanding as well. Key points on my experience: The price quoted was what I paid once the job was completed. The body work was perfect. The job was finished in under 4 days. Bonus points: The van was completely washed and waxed Upson delivery. I did not except that. What a great bonus. Felt like driving off with a new van. These are outstanding business owners here in Coral Springs. I highly recommend them.

The man that was in charge was very nice. We got in a small crash and are front head light and front bumper was damaged. We thought the service here was amazing and quick. When we got are car back they did so good it looked like it was new! 5 out of 5 definitely recommend. Down below is also before and after!

The A-1 Presto Auto Body team did an amazing job with my Jaguars. My wife backed one vehicle into another, and fortunately Mo and co came highly recommended by a local trusted mechanic of ours. Mo and his team went above and beyond in terms of communication, timeliness, attention to detail and quality of work. I feel very fortunate to find an amazing body shop. If my wife (or me) happen to drive into any other stationary or moving objects, we now know who to ring on the telephone.

In a world of mediocrity this place stands out (but in a good way). I had front bumper damage from a road hazard and it needed to be replaced. I brought my car in for an estimate. They gave me a fair price and I put down a deposit for the parts. They color matched the paint before I left. After the part came in, I dropped off my car and was surprised (also in a good way). They had already painted the bumper and just needed half a day to install the parts. They did a great job with the repair and I am one very impressed and happy customer.

I took my car for a minor scratch. David was pleasant and welcoming. He was happy to let me tour of the facility at my request. I had to check out the shop for safety purposes. The price was fair and they did a good job. The reason I have given them 2 stars is that, 3 days ago I referred my daughter there for them to look at her bumper. And "Mo" was not nice. He argued with over their fees. Then told my daughter to go to Mercedes Benz to get her car fixed there. That was unprofessional. He got mad coz I questioned him about the set price to open the bumper. Not nice and high strong "Mo"...

5 Star reviews on Google isn't easy. 267 of them is nearly unheard of. Especially for a body shop! I can tell you they 100% deserve their rating because they gave me VIP treatment, same as the others that rated them here. They literally could not have done more to please me. Mo and Dave went above and beyond to repair the damage fast for me. I dropped it off Friday and had the car Monday!!! 1 Business Day folks with plenty other cars to work on. And they cleaned the car for me better than any carwash so I drove it away shiny. I'm not kidding. I was blown away. Amazing and professional service. Its hard to find people you can trust these days, however Dave and Mo were honest and blunt. Brought my daughter's car in for some body repair and the car was like brand new - also took less time to repair than was quoted. The attention to detail and professionalism surely show by the work they perform . I highly recommend A1 Presto - too bad it only allowed me to give a 5 star rating -- they deserve 10+++

Walked into A-1 Presto this morning to see if they could salvage a piece of trim that was falling off my car. Mo and Dave were extremely honest and fair - they saved me a ton of money by putting the piece back and my car was ready in only a few hours. They also noticed that my tires were low so they filled them up for me. What great service! I highly recommend them!

Pristine! This was my first time taking my car in for paint, I had to have my fender and bumper replaced and my car was a mix of it's red and stock black. Apprehensive about getting the job right, I did my homework on what to expect price and quality-wise from various YouTube videos as well as mechanics that I know from work, the consensus for all of them was the same. You get what you pay for. I saw the reviews for here, as well as Mo and Dave 's reassurance that they've been doing this for several decades, and boy today did I find out how glad I was I picked them over trying to cut corners going to Maaco. They also better aligned the gap area that had formed when I had the two pieces installed (no extra charge), guarantee their work, and the color looks spot-on in the sunlight with only a very slight notability if you stand close and give it a solid examine. Dave also got the whole job done in ONE day. A1 saved me the hassle with a rental car since I was planning to just keep busy around the house until the job was done, but my schedule was barely inconvenienced thanks to their prompt and swift service. Overall I am VERY satisfied on all areas of the job, service staff, and assurance. Dave and Mo do top notch service of equal levels of quality and integrity. Five stars.
