I’ve been using VIP auto for the last 11 years and hands down is the BEST mechanic in South Florida! Walter and his sons Matt and Lucas are family at this point!! Incredibly knowledgeable in their craft and their customer service is impeccable. They’ve worked on all my cars and never a problem leaving the shop. The other reviews are right, this place is the best auto shop around. They fixed my car for half of what Tire Choice quoted me to replace two front axles. Done on the same day for a great price, and very friendly service too. I will be going here from now on.

Matt and Lucas are great honest mechanics who have integrity. I know a lot of women feel like mechanics take advantage of them or feel uncomfortable in a mechanic shop; as a Woman I can say, this is a safe place and a great business!! <3 :)
VIP fixed a self induced auto repair. When moving furniture I used the left and right rear seatbelts to secure the item. However I pulled them so tightly that there was constant tension so I could not release the seatbelts. A neighbor referred me to VIP. I called on a busy Saturday (their lobby was full). They sent someone out quickly to take a look and after releasing a bolt I was on my way in minutes. Now I have a favorite auto maintenance company in town. We will be back next time something unforeseen happens!
Was so loyal to these guys for quite some time, but honestly the service kept getting worse and worse, to the point i would get "comped" multiple times but the actual problems were never solved and i just had to keep schleping back there. I think after some time, they dropped the VI part for me, and it was just P Auto Care.

Lucas and Matt are the best! I trust them completely with my F-150 for any issues. They’re efficient and accurate with their diagnostics, and I never have to leave my truck for long. Their service is always quick, and their prices are more affordable than anywhere else I’ve been in Coral Springs. They even run a free diagnostic. Highly recommend!!

The guys at VIP Auto are amazing. They care about their customers, do honest work for honest prices and haven't ever disappointed me. We have 4 cars in the family and we all take them to VIP auto because they know how to diagnose issues and don't charge if they don't find an issue or if they refer you to a specialist (like a transmission shop, etc.). Every time I have gone to VIP I was just so surprised at their professionalism, integrity, and care for their customers. This is what an auto repair shop should be. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
VIP has been taking care of my vehicle. I have an extended warranty from the dealership, which has been rendered useless. Because they want 4 days 5 days before they will even look at my vehicle. VIP rocks, they are awesome. They took care of my vehicle late in the day and gave it back to us. So that I would have my vehicle for the next day. Most appreciated add photos
Absolutely the best service. Also the most HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY shop and team I have ever taken a vehicle to. I have serviced my Ford, Volvo, VW, and Dodge vehicles there for almost 7 years now. I highly recommend them to everyone.
If you're looking for a reputable & honest shop to work on your car then this is the spot. They do great work, communicate well and don't take you for a ride like many mechanic shops today. They've earned my business and will be recommending everyone I know to them!

The team here at VIP is top notch. Walter and his boys take care of you like family. They spent time today to help correct my alignment and make sure the balancing on my wheels were good. They even dropped me off and picked me up from my home while the work was getting done. Thank you for taking the time to make me feel like a priority customer. I was referred to Walter by someone who has him work on all her car's. Well, my car broke down while visiting a friend in Coral Springs Florida. I called him this morning. Him and his son pulled up on me, took me back to their shop VIP AUTO and not only took really good care of me with sitting in the lobby which is very comfortable. Gave me a remote control for Netflix. Offered me beverages and snacks. Walter, his 2 son's, and all his mechanics were all very helpful. Made me feel like I was part of the family. It took him all day to get my car fixed and it was worth the wait. I asked him if there was some place I could get something to eat and he sent me to julians bagel ? shop. When it was all said and done. I was given a sticker for a business called TECHNET life time warranty on the part he fixed. I'm very happy with the work he did. I recommend this place to family, friend's, and "ANYONE" else who is looking for car repair. Tell them JD sent you. Thank you ? guy's for everything. Amen ?
