  Had a tow rope on the car. Didn't realize it until they had left, called about it and was told they'd call me back after checking with the driver. This was on July 20th. I texted him again on the 23rd since I realize people are pretty busy. It's now August 5th and I've gotten no response, and the text messages all have read receipts.
