At first thought was great then they took 64 dollars more then the bill said 578 took642 had heat before now with new radiator in no heat what the he'll thought they were good charged100 extra on radiator took one and half hours and charged290 dollars in labor I guess when people are rich they charge whatever they want and charged over three hundred in labor the first time for tune up and distributor cap and mount he add to much on top of part prise
I called S&S last minute as I needed a few lights replaced. They were able to take my truck in ASAP, replace both lights in 30 minutes, and the price charged was very fair. I highly recommend S&S.
Can’t say enough positives about my two S&S experiences. Most important attributes for an auto repair shop is honesty and integrity especially for those who are not mechanically inclined - S&S diagnosed and fixed my truck on two occasions quickly and for a fair price for the work done.

This repair shop was extremely helpful with getting us back on the road to our home in Raleigh, NC. They were kind enough to take us in without any appt and quickly diagnosed that I had a bad ignition coil. Sam and his son treated me and my girlfriend with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for any auto repairs.
I was driving home for the holidays and had a brake caliper seize up and needed it fixed quickly in order to continue on my trip. They were able to fit me in and get me back on the road in about an hr, all for a good price.
My girlfriend and I broke down on the way back from ocean city, to Baltimore, and were stranded. Googled the closest repair shop, which were these guys. They got em a tow, looked at the car and fixed it within 2 hours. They were so kind and quick and we really appreciated it. Luna the dog is super sweet too!
I have used S & S 3 or 4 times in the past with no problem, however this time is a different story, my power window motor had quit working, Sam put a new motor in, however now the window goes up crooked, it has been back 4 times, he has attempted to repair it each time, but the window still does not work properly, personally i thing its because he is buying aftermarket parts from Advance Auto Parts, he charged me $215.53 for a doreman brand motor with regulator that advance is selling for $44.99, i purchased a GM motor with regulator for $149.40, he could have put in the GM one originally and marked it up 40 percent and it would still not have cost as much as he charged me. Both Sam and his son are very nice and polite but that is not enough for me to keep using them
At the beginning this guy seemed honest, but as time grew I was overcharged 1000 dollars while my truck sat for 3 weeks. He also overcharged my wife and put a starter on the van that we all knew had a blown head gasket. Then when we went to junk the car he brought up hidden fees we had no clue about $50 per day after 3 weeks being a total of about an extra 800$ bucks. To me this is a lack of integrity and honesty. God Bless
We are out of state and visiting. Had to find a place to have our vehicle checked for a possible break issue. Stopped at S&S and they not only checked our vehicle over to been sure it was safe, they also didn't charge us for the look over! Great guys I highly recommend!
I highly recommend S&S Auto Repair, in Millsboro, DE. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Today, they fixed the tailgate door that I could not open. They could have charged me any amount of money but they only charged me for the part and a small amount for labor. From now on, I will use them for all routine and unexpected maintenance on my car.
The worse mechanic ever. The worse experience ever. I will never go to this mechanic again. He is very rude, nasty, unpleasant, unprofessional, lacks communication, unreliable, insufficient work, and an exploiter. A horrible business and person. A complete waste of my time and money.

I always take my car here to get an oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids, check tire pressure, get new brakes, pads, & shoes when needed. I drove there when I realized my tailpipe had come lose in the back. Sam took me right in, put it on the lift, welded it and I was done in 15 minute. No appointment. This will now be my service location! Thank you!
I bought a used vehicle & drove it around for a few hours to make sure it was running & to check out the vehicle. The next day we took it to S & S & asked him to put new spark plugs in, oil change & fix the brakes. We paid almost $800 for all the work done. I dove the vehicle less than 30 miles & it broke down & is not running anymore. All the oil drained out of the car & caused alot damage. I called the mechanic but he didn't take any responsibility & told me he never touched the oil. I gave him a running vehicle & now l don't have a vehicle at all.
Great service. Our engine light started flashing when we were driving through Delaware. I stopped here to see if he could check it. He got my van in immediately and diagnosed the problem. He had a part delivered and my van repaired in 2 hours and we got back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.
On a family trip a flashing engine light is not what you want to see. But you definitely went above and beyond and got us right out of there. Our car is running great. Thank you so much.
