Went in to check a price on brake pads. Price was extremely high...3x what I can get online, so I said "Wow, never mind." I then asked where they had jack stands. I walked over to the aisle indicated and heard the very elderly Vietnam vet counterman say..." I hope it falls on him" ..in a low voice that I nonetheless heard. I asked him what he said...he wouldn't answer...so I flipped him off and left.

I don't even want to leave 1 star, I was treated with the utmost disrespect by the employee.. Talked to very rudely, refused service and told to leave the store because of what shirt was wearing. The will hear from me again! #discrimination at its finest

I stopped in to use their free car code reading service and was promptly assisted. After giving me the code, I explained that I may have fixed the issue just before coming to the store. He agreed and said that the next step would be to clear the code and see if it comes back. That was exactly what I was thinking and he offered to clear the code. He cleared the code and the problem was solved. I had bought struts here a month earlier and they had he best price and even better availability. This place not only has the best price/availability, they treat you like family and always look to provide what is in the customer’s best interest.

If I can buy it off the shelf and close to the store I'll go there, but if you have to ask for anything forget it! They will not lift a finger or care except the older guy.

Decent place, Decent people. Good customer service. Same as any generic parts store, of they got it cool, if not they can probably order it. Nice location, make it convenient sometimes.

Parts store had everything I needed. Had to hunt a little for an item. Would have given 5 stars but was not greated as I walked past two employees, one was eating at the counter. Paid for items without a thank you.

Do not shop here! Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The guy behind the counter just ignored me and when he finally looked at me he didn’t even speak. I told him what I needed and his answer was,”For?” That was it. He got me what I needed and never spoke again.

I'm from Missouri and I've loooooved how friendly the people in Delaware are. The same does not hold true for this auto part store. I've been three times and the employees literally seem bothered to help. I would rather go to an Autozone where they actually want to help the customer. I'm all for local business over Corp, but I've never had those experiences in an Autozone. Highly recommend Autozone over this store any day. Note: I don't usually do reviews, but blows me away how friendly every place else in Delaware has been other than this place.

My battery died today so I called there to ask if I buy a battery there if someone there could put it in for me. John the gentleman that answered said we don’t put them in if it’s raining. It was raining but very little at the time and I was only 2 mins away so John said bring it over and we’ll see what we can do. When I got there the young lady said John just left and then said with no care in the world for a customer that no we aren’t doing it today. Very disappointing her customer service/ care for another person. I believe she shouldn’t be in any customer service job with the way she has no care for others AND 2 days from Christmas

I do love this place, very rarely do i not find what i need. They are helpful. The reason for my 4 star is ive bought some tools and The nut driver kit I purchased had some kind of manufacturing flaw that included 3 of the same hex drivers(9mm I believe?), i was able to return them with no real issues. I keep all my tool receipts just incase. The break line wrenches I bought are not very accurate(10mm+11mm) strips the brass fittings. So honestly its not their fault but i am still upset i had to waste time.

Any time I go there I usually walk up to the counter and ask for what I need and the person will go get it for me. Every time they asked if I want help with the part I bought. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was not greeted. Asked for assistance twice...was given short answers with attitude. Employee acted like he did not want to help. Left without buying anything.

The Carquest location at 26396 Bay Farm Rd in Millsboro, DE is by far the BEST! I was greeted and offered assistance when I walked in the door and the employees went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle issues. One part had to be ordered, so I will be returning soon. The store manager and merchandise manager were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend this Carquest location, even if the drive is a bit longer.

Good for quick trips to get something without having to travel 20 minutes to the next nearest store. A little on the expensive side though, so I guess that's the sacrifice.

Generally it's a good experience. They tend to have most things in stock, and there's a guy who works there with gray hair and a ball cap on whose knowledge is priceless. The amount of money I've saved just through what he knows alone makes it well worth it.

I like this auto store because I live around the corner from it, which is convenient for me and my family. Also, the prices aren't bad and the people that work there are always nice and freindly. They are also always willing to help if needed.

Staff is not friendly. This includes staff at Ocean Tire beside Harris- Teeter . "Goodyear " . Very expensive. This review is for the parts store and auto repair shop. They are NOT female friendly. Public BEWARE! They are Shade Tree at best.

I purchased defective windshield wiper blades on 9/17/16, goodyear brand from this store and the cashier was kind enough to install them. The wipers thoroughly scratched my passenger side windshield because two strips of metals came out of the blade and totally scratched the windshield. I went back to the store the morning of the damage and the cashier was pleasant, he needed to call another cashier to ask him what to do. Thankfully I used a credit card, they were able to verify I purchased them at the store....they second cashier tried to say "we don't sell that type in this store". Anyway, they assured me I would be contacted by the manager. of course, I haven't heard a word. This was my favorite auto store, now it's not. I would not recommend this store.
