Michelle and the rest of the team did a fantastic 👏 job on my lady blu🚙💙(hyundai kona). She was sad after having someone sideswipe her & then have a huge branch fall on her hood a couple weeks later. The team made the process so smooth and simple from start to finish. Cargill Collision went above and beyond what was expected of them in my recent visit when I had a little mishap with my car..They are customer service oriented. From the first cheerful voice I heard to the last, I was treated with respect and care. When got my car home after repairs, it wouldn’t start. I called Cargill and Carl took care of it, even though it was not part of the repairs. I was given a ride home and they kept my car overnight. I was picked up the next morning, they fixed my problem All at no charge to me. That is customer service to the MAX. Thank you Cargill Collision.

I had such a great experience. Brought my vehicle in after a minor collision. They were so easy to work with and very helpful. Originally said 5 days but had my car back in 2 1/2. Looks brand spanking new, and smells like new too! 5 stars.

Everytime I’ve ever gotten work done here (sadly twice this year due to being backed up into, then hitting debris on the highway that fell off a truck ruining part of my front end) they have done an absolutely fantastic job. Carl is very skilled and I really appreciate his hard work. Michelle at the desk is also super pleasant and accommodating. I wont go anywhere else for my car to get work done on it. Highly recommend. My car looks brand new!

I had my Toyota Camry repaired after an accident by a client and despite the headaches from the insurance company and the delays for payment, Michelle, and Carl where so patient, understanding and provided me with a great customer service. The repair was done very well and by the estimated time promised. I recommend their services to everyone and I will continue to bring my cars to them if any future repairs are needed.

For better or worse; our family has had to take multiple cars there multiple times over the last 7 or 8 years. Karl, Michelle, Crystal and the team are friendly, professional, and do great work. They go above and beyond in doing body work on everything from an ancient Toyota Corolla, to Audis and brand new Acuras. We always get multiple bids on body work and they’ve had the lowest price every time. They’re also great on regular repair/maintenance. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always thoroughly explain what work needs to be done and why. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Second collision repair at Cargill. Hassle free, they deal directly with my insurance company. Awesome work ,and both vehicles came back better and cleaner than before the accident.
