My Acura was backed into just above the rear wheel. This scored up the ridge line pretty bad and had multiple dents above that. You wouldn't even know it happened. Very impressed with the quality of work. And thank you to the service desk worker, Bonnie, for being right on top of things. This would have been 5 stars but the paint booth was backed up and it took a couple days longer than I was told
I picked Putnam Body shop to do my repairs based on their highly rated reviews compared to other GEICO shops and I was not disappointed. The women at the front desk were so kind and called frequently with updates. I picked up my car today and it looks beautiful, you could never tell it was hit. Their prices were also very reasonable. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again, but I definitely will be choosing them if I need to.
I recently had my vehicle repaired after I hit a deer. The level of service I received was great! They kept in contact during the entire process and worked with my schedule. I would go to them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I was told last week that they had the parts and they were getting them ready and on the car car head to Be aligned in the oil change done they have had this car since January 13 and it was supposed to be ready January 24 today. They’re lying to me on the phone stating they just got the parts week. The car was ready at 5 PM which I would have no way of getting There before they close, they should be paying the extra days on the Rent-A-Car
Collision center was awesome, they did a great job fixing my car and staff was friendly and helpful. Kept me updated and went out of their way to help out the customer. Highly recommend!

Rebecca was really nice at the front desk. Kept me updated literally everyday. If I had any questions they answered them. 5 Stars. Only downside is the back of my car was still dirty, not sure if they clean the whole car but that was the only part that was dirty, maybe because the damage was on the front. but other than that my experience was great!
Great experience from the very beginning with a friendly voice answering my call through the day I picked up. Appreciated the updates along the way. Took longer than anticipated due to extra parts needing to be ordered but that was expected. My car looks brand new... the detailed cleaning was a nice surprise at pick up. Very happy with my experience at Putnam Chrysler Body shop. I was there for the Geico Express services taking care of damages to my Tundra. Rental car was waiting for me and the service was perfect. I was thrilled to see they detailed my truck inside and out! I showed up with 6 months of construction debris and dust on the interior and it came back to me with a shampooed interior and a full detail service. Absolutely nothing was missed by the people at Putnam Chrysler body shop
My wife had two accidents in the past and the body shop did a 100% perfect job. Never had to return the vehicle for anything. My Ram had a few rust spots so I brought it to Putnam Chrysler body shop for repairs and they hit it out of the park. Excellent work, always kept me informed of what was going on. Everyone was very kind at this shop. They did an amazing job with the body work! They matched the paint and you can’t even tell that my car was in an accident! They even went above and beyond and cleaned out my whole car! They replaced my car battery and removed the corrosion around the previous battery. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work/ repairs. They go above and beyond!
very bad experience I took my car there because the insured sent me to leave it there I left my car and had to return three times because they did not fix it well and finally I had to take the car there supposedly fixed but the bumper was bad still has large joints
