Definitely horrible customer service, save your time and go elsewhere. Also they pay quite a bit less than most places.

Zach, Alex & Jared are outstanding & go above/beyond to run a clean/professional yard. One of the best run yards in New England & we’ve visited dozens. Location is continually being improved and looks better each time we visit. With that being said, AVOID Fridays as Dylan (the employee who covers that day)is extremely unpleasant . Have not been able to visit without an obvious issue on the payment slip and snide remarks regarding co-workers/customers. Gave me wrong name countless times. Only tolerable when other employees within earshot.

Not truthful about price of aluminum scrap. They didn't want to take the time to weigh it so they could pay less

We brought a car here to scrap and had a great experience. In and out in around 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the process was very efficient.

They tried to rip me off again so I took my stuff elsewhere, if they weren't in front of a camera it would not end so nicely. I've returned a lot of stuff there n there's 2 punks who don't know how to do their job, they look like punks.

As a single woman trying to make ends meet, I decided to start scrapping. There are a lot of companies around that accept your scrap, but, these guys are the friendliest and most professional...most importantly they give you a fair price...never have been short changed.
