My husband and were driving back from Boston and AC went dead on a 90 degree afternoon. We walked in, greeted by Chris, asking how he could help. He asked questions and diagnosed issue, looked up proper item and even came out to guide us. Super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Kudos to AutoZone for hiring this young man! I’ve always had great service at this store.
Went in to grab a bit of oil to last until I get it changed. Alex(possibly Adam but pretty sure it's Alex) helped me find what I needed and didn't just go for the lost expensive item or try up selling me, awesome customer service. It's actions like this that will make me come back for any other issues. The oil cap was on extremely tight and went back on to ask for a tool to help get it off. Alex got the right tool and instead of just passing it to me, he came out and unscrewed it himself and assisted me in pouring the oil. Alex really went above and beyond and a good review was the least I could do. Go talk to him, he won't let you down!
I had a fantastic experience because of Andrew. He was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with replacing my windshield wipers. he also took the time to walk me through how to properly maintain them.
On top of that, he assisted me in finding the best breakers and rotator for my RAV4. His knowledge and customer service were top-notch, and I really appreciated how he took the extra effort.

Left advance auto parts yesterday dejected because I was told the part I needed could only begotten at a dealership but I called this store on a whim and was told by a gentleman named Colton that they carried the part. So I came in today and sure enough they had plenty of the part I needed for all the car makes available and that all auto parts stores carried these parts ( trim panel retainers ) . Colton was very helpful and patient helping me get the right part for my vehicle. So I called back when I got home to let the store manager ( Andrew ) know how helpful Colton was. Thank you so very much for all your help!
I can't thank the store manager, Thap, enough for going above and beyond his daily job duties! A delivery for my husband, chemotherapy medication, was inadvertently delivered to his store. He immediately called me and delivered it to our home. This was very important and if anyone else received this, the outcome could have been a major setback with my husband's health issues. Thank you so much Thap!
Don't know who the gentleman was but I went for a engine light and they never gave me a code or a print out and explained what it was I will never be going back there again.
The staff is always super helpful and I appreciate that they don't act like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm a woman like some places I've been to. It's very refreshing.
Randomly my check engine light went on, and car started "sputtering". Went in the following morning (10/27/23), Colton (I believe that was his name, the young guy working) scanned my car, explained what the codes meant and explained to me what needed to be done (spark plugs and coils 1 & 4 needed to be changed). He not only got all the parts I needed, showed me which tools would be required to change it, but also gave me advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with my uncle (a mechanic) and with Colton's advice and my uncle's guidance I was able to change the part on my own. I am very appreciative for all his help!
I needed license plate lights, they had LED lights for $21 . When I brought them up to the counter the guy suggested the cheaper ones for $7.
What a relief!
I've been going here for about 12 years. They've always been really helpful and knowledgeable.

Sold me the wrong headlight bulb, twice! Told them my car make and model and they sold me the 9005 bulb. Then I came back an hour later to exchange and they told me H11 bulb. Thankfully I brought my old bulb with me and showed them it's not the same. They refunded me and referred me elsewhere, waste of time
Staff were AWESOME especially the female staff working that day during the weather that might have been called rain except it was a MONSOON!! My wipers called it quits and they put them on for me while we all drowned.
I stopped last night because I needed a new battery. We had already called a competitor and asked if the service person would install it for us his whiny response (since it was raining out) “well, I guess I could go out so long as it’s not a monsoon out there). Well, I had to get to the airport in the morning & couldn't afford a dead battery. So, by chance I spotted Auto Zone & pulled in. Chardonnae, at Store #4749 was awesome. She went out in the rain to check the engine size (when she asked me all I could offer was “big”😉). Cashed me out..back out to the rain & cheerfully installed my new battery. She was terrific. We will continue to go to Auto Zone from now on! Thank you, Chardonnae!
I was there today, it was absolutely packed and it appeared that Yuki was the only person working at store 4749. He handled the crowd fantastically. Moving quickly and efficiently and was doing it with a smile. Fantastic customer service. He was running multiple counters helping different customers with different needs and never missed a beat. Wish I could leave 6 stars.
Purchased 4 rotors for my car , 6 months later I needed to replace front rotors again. The original purchase was unable to be found in the system. I was forced to purchase another set without returning the old ones. After several days working with Yuki at store 4749 we were able to resolve issues and get a refund for the rotors. Excellent customer service ....
I needed a rotor. All the local stores say that they have my rotor in stock. but when I go, they are all the wrong size. Autozone was the only one who had the rotor with the correct size in stock. And for a bit cheaper then I expected it to be. Yuki was super helpful. Thanks guys!

I want to store 4749 and was assisted by Chardonnae! This employee was so great! She helped me to replace the headlights on my Cadillac ATS and it was a challenging job but she stuck through it and was very charming and professional and patient!! I'm just in awe of my experience!!!
Went there for brake parts for a Silverado, easy right? Rotor was wrong, pads were wrong and 1 of the pads in the box was clearly used and rusty. Glad I went for the "gold" pads, that must mean you get one already broken in, what a deal! Mr. Longbeard that sold the parts to me was there when I went back to return the junk and his response was "so, what's your point?". Pleanty other parts stores in the area, I won't be going back.
I got help from a gentleman Jeff Owens at the putnam store who went above to make sure I had everything I needed. He was very curtious, professional, knowledgeable, and I could feel his confidenece in the parts and tools that were referred to me. I was able to leave with a great sense of security that I had what was needed and things would be okay.

I’m sick of snotty young workers who have no regard for the business they are representing and act like I’m disturbing them when I ask a question.
I came in 45 minutes before closing time in need of a battery replacement. Kyle helped me find the right battery for my price range, and came out in below freezing temperatures to install it for me. The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. Every visit I walk out with the right part, and a little bit more knowledge about it.
