Worst customer service, the product they sell is just as bad as the customer service. Very rude customer service. I bought a battery in June (13th), it's already a dead cell, and it's only October 21st. They never told me there was only a 90 day warranty, nor was that on the receipt or in any paperwork in the box. I don't know about you, but for me, that's unacceptable. For a company to not stand by their product, they will never get my business again. There's a reason why a couple local automotive technicians warned me about going to Napa for parts. After calling the Napa corporate office, you really find out what companies stand by their product. NOT NAPA, and definitely not the Putnam location.

I called the store a few times there would pick up the phone and put on the busy line then I went to the store and called from inside the store just to watch the guy pick up the phone and hang it up on me while I was in the store Great parts but totally bad service
Very helpful with choosing a battery for my car! He explained the different options I had. Highly recommended! He actually tested my battery and alternator to make sure of what I actually needed to replace!
Above and beyond! Went in today with a stripped fitting in a fuel line thinking I knew what I needed. They took the time to fix my existing fuel line and work on options with me. Impressed! The kind of service you don’t really see anymore.
Greg and Zach are the best. Even if you are John Doe off the street they treat you the same as a big shop. The best part is they are knowledgeable and know how to find what you need. The other 2 stores I leave shaking my head asking myself why I even bother.
I was able to get everything I wanted today and I'll be back to get the rest another day the guy was so helpful and pleasant that I think this is going to be my favorite auto parts store from now on.
