They towed my vehicle for the visitor parking lot. I tried to explain that i was dropping items off to a tenant. I am handicapped, the driver didn't want to hear me out i am 67 years old. I had to get an Uber and follow him back to the yard.
I had to pay them $225.00. It takes me a 2 weeks to make that much. I am not trying to excuse where I park. But please be more considerate for us senior citizens.
No one wants to have an accident happen, but when an accident happens to you I hope you have someone like this to help you. Reliable, honest professionals. They arrived when they said they were going to, their communication was fantastic, and they charged less than I was quoted from other services who weren’t half as good. The specialist Josh who helped us made me feel comfortable, helped me to understand next steps with the now totaled truck, and advised me on what to expect. Thank you Franks LLC!

Frank’s is my go to every time. Stranded in my truck on a Sunday night at 1 am. Called Frank and he sent out Josh immediately. Not only was I broke down out of there tow area, but i had to be towed even further. All for a very reasonable price. Frank and his guys are the best and i cant recommend them enough.
These guys are by far the best in the business today they came out to New Haven ct where we had a major issue and picked up a truck for us last minute notice and didn’t kill us oj the price they’re fair, honest and I’ll never use another tow company. Thanks franks!

Josh and the owner Frank great people! We are car carriers and one of our vehicals was falling off the edge of the trailer. Frank and Josh came out, and helped put it back on the trailer, at a cost 4 times cheaper then a competitor. Honest people, great people, great work. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Highly recommended. Thankfully I have only had to use Frank’s twice so far. Once about 5 years ago and again last night. The service and fast was just as good as before. The consistency over time is indicative of their quality of work. If you ever need a tow, you would be foolish not to use Franks LLC
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very unprofessional, Worker’s we’re very rude and disrespectful Called at opening to get a car junked. I was told when Frank the owner got in they would come get it in a nasty manor. Hour later (9:04am) I called back and was told he was not in yet. 12:00p called Again and was told he wasn’t in yet they have no idea where he is and when he would come. Mind you they were beyond disrespectful and rude. I have done business with them in the past giving them the benefit of the doubt and they were awful. I will never return and no one in my family would ever return. Thanks to a junk yard in Seymour they answered and was here within a hour. But best suggestion is to stay far far away from this place.
Tonights adventure started out with my friends car being towed. Thankfully, Joshua was at the hub and when we received all the information we were able to retrieve her car back. When we arrived the 3 gentleman were polite, respectful and understanding. Joshua was nice enough to wait about 10 minutes before towing her car in hopes we would be out or someone would have seen or said a car was being towed in downtown Shelton. They checked her registration to ensure it was her car and while there they were dealing with an irrational person yet they were still polite to us. So even though it was an unexpected tow I will say thank you for being responsive and caring. (Car in picture is not the car towed. Used for educational purposes of what these men do in unfortunate situations and they do care).
I waited for AAA on the side of a main road for 3 hours waiting for another tow company that AAA automatically selected for me.
Finally giving up hope, I called Franks in Ansonia and Josh was there in less than a half hour to handle it. INCREDIBLE SERVICE, very professional, put my mind at ease! ??

Even though my insurance company botched getting me a tow company. Josh came and treated myself And my car very well. I really appreciated that after fighting with my insurance for almost 4hours to do their jobs
Franks is the best! They truly go above and beyond anything I've ever asked from them from towing, repairs & emergency work. They've never let me down, and now going on to the second generation the quality remains the same, if not better. Great company and great people, all around.
Someone called to tow my caretaker’s car as she helped me, woman with ALS, inside my home. Upon arrival the person who was towing the car was not in the office. He did watch me walk up to the office door heard me knock and proceeded to not say anything and waited until I called to tell me he’s outside. He was exceptionally rude and was not willing to tell me why he wanted certain information granted when given the proper information he then proceeded to run my car plates and expressed to me that I was a liar. I then paid the towing fee after he proceeded to belittle me and still refuse to give my car back which resulted in the police being called by him. Once the police came his entire demeanor changed; he was no longer yelling nor raising his voice he was calm talking to the police officer in which I interjected and made sure that he knew he was speaking differently . At the end of the day the car was not there for more than 40 minutes which resulted in a $300 charge, a screaming match, and the police being called. One of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and a yelp review will follow this review.
Straight just took my car along with 12 others the night of a winter storm, the parking lot they took my car from didn't request tow. Basically scammed people, go around towing cars during storms that prevent people from using roads and then proceed to charge $240 for nothing. Also the workers seem like the nastiest people ever. The building was gross, looked like they never clean and all workers were just trashy smokers, no regard for a legitimate business. I wish these people would get shut down.
Car broke down by Frank's and we parked it in the food truck parking lot... Ernie from food truck lot had my car towed... Tfgoodness it was by Frank's... Called them afterhours and got my car back without having to pay for weekend storage. Young kid met me out there and I was able to push my car out the lot. Thanks for always being honest, caring & reliable... Got my Toyota back!
In my opinion there is no one better in the valley than Frank's LLC. I have used them on several occasions nothing but professional on time and courteous.they just recently moved a bunch of stuff out of my Shelton site with equipment that could probably move a house professional clean work these guys are awesome.
I have been going to Franks for years and they go above and beyound to provide excellent service. They will fit you in as soon as possible, give you a good quote, and provide quality service. If you need additional help after repair, they will call you back quickly.
Gary, their mechanic, is honest and fair with his quotes and does and excellent job. My most recent job needed was after a deer ran into my car during a morning road trip. The side fenders was demolished, but I had to get the inside checked for damage. Gary did an excellent thorough job checking the car and realigned the fender. Frank's is not a body shop, so they could not remove the lumps and huge dents, but they made it look a lot better. Plus a cleaning improved it too.

Lost my keys at work at midnight. Called Frank's and he came out quick, helped me with my dilemma and I was on my way. They're 100% a good crew. Would highly recommend them.
Towed my vehicle for literally no reason, and demanded $250 in CASH for me to get it back like twelve hours later. He's so obnoxiously rude and unprofessional, he legitimately doesn't deserve to have any kind of business with anyone. He talks down to you with an over-the-top snotty condescending attitude and jacks the price up as much as he can just because he knows the police won't stop him. What a sorry excuse for a man, his entire way of doing "business" is a disgrace
Franks staff is good they are good mechanics and they completed the repairs of my engine mounts quickly and for a fair price. They are not my normal mechanics but in a pinch i would use them again .
