The hood, quarter panel, light, side mirror, radiator, and other items of my Chevy were crushed by a huge piece of ice that came off of a big rig on the highway. It was a scary accident. Having my SUV repaired was not scary at all. Jeff S., Jeff T., and their crew did a great job making my Chevy as good as new. Thank you Russ's Collision (and my comprehensive insurance plan)!
I have now had two occasions to use Russ's Collision Auto Body Services.
The first was a piece of a recycling truck flying off and hitting my van on the highway. This was my initial experience with Russ's. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This scenario was not handled through insurance and there was very little I needed to do. I was very satisfied with their work and communication.
The second was my son's car and this was not as streamlined. It seemed all aspects besides Russ's were difficult. However, the communication and guidance throughout the process helped move things along.
They are a great local option for body work.
If you ever need autobody work done, Russ's is an awesome place to bring your vehicle. I can't remember the last time I was treated to such fantastic customer service. My main encounter was with Jeff and not only does he know his stuff, but he truly went out of his way to help me. I plan to take all of my future auto body business to Russ's.

Russ's is amazing! They charge extremely fair prices for wonderful work! I was charged the exact estimated price to fix a rear bumper dent. They didn't try to scam me into getting a new bumper since that wasn't necessary. My car looks almost brand new (the area of the dent was very tricky)!! Also, excellent customer service.
Russ was not the first place I called, but they were the first place that actually responded. One place even told me that estimates took a month, but I got one from Russ the same day in minutes. That was typical of their service.
The prices were fair with no surprises, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail- they were very thorough and the quality of the work was truly excellent. It looks like I have a brand new car sitting outside.
I went here after being in a car accident. The car accident was stressful, but they were so kind and easy to work with and helpful. My car looks brand new and I'm so incredibly grateful. They did a wonderful job and were so nice. I'd definitely recommend them. I'm glad I went there.
Excellent experience! Staff is exceptionally friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Their fees are very reasonable. And they finished the repairs in half the time other auto body shops estimated. Highly recommended.
We took my mom's car there to fix front end damage from a garage door encounter. They gave us a quick, thorough, professional quote. Work was done on time and the car looks as good as new. Both Ray and Jeff were a pleasure to do business with. I would go there again.
After my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company I decided to keep the car and have it fixed. These guys made quick work of it for a reasonable price and completed all necessary paperwork that is needed by the state for re-registering a salvage title car. I passed the state inspection on the first try and the car runs/looks great!
I have known Jeff, the owner for many years. He does excellent autobody work. That's why when I had an accident, I brought my car to him. I know the results will be terrific.
I had the best experience at Russ's they were very professional and courteous. My car was done in no time at all. Other times I have brought my vehicle to other shops it took forever... They were quick and my car looks "Brand New" I will most definitely tell all my friends to go there, I picked up business cards so I can had them out, 1 out of 10 I would give them a 11. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I was in an auto accident and they asked us multiple times to drive t and leave it there while I dealt with insurance. That was no problem because I wanted them to repair it. Then when I got the OK from insurance they REFUSED to give an estimate, stating they would only go through insurance.I said I want to make sure I'm getting a fair deal and they REFUSED. They want to scam every dollar possible from me for MY accident and pad their pockets. I said I would take it elsewhere and they said great, but we wont hand over keys unless you pay $400 for storage fees!!! They are thieves.
