Would give half a star if possible. They sold my son a vehicle that was salvage and did not tell us it was which is against the law in our state. Tried to give them an opportunity to rectify the issues as this vehicle broke down less than 2 years of purchase and due to errors on their end when they registered the vehicle the registration was cancelled. Untrustworthy business practices and we have all the physical proof and have hired an attorney and have made complaint to DMV. Do not purchase anything from here not worth the hassle.
I had a great experience with this dealership. They are helpful, laid back, communicate well, and have speedy service. Any of my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing were addressed immediately and they continue to be helpful and polite after the car was sold. I wasn't sure how likely I was to get approved but they pulled it off for me and tried to fit everything, including gap insurance, within my budget. Overall I'm super pleased and will continue coming for service & if I need a vehicle again I'd consider grabbing another from them. No complaints! Been super happy and service and management is super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for all your help!
Spoke to this delearship over a week ago in regards to my finance application he told me he’d submit it and get back to me by the end of the day here we are over a week later and still nothing doesn’t even pick up the phone!

Bought a 2009 Ford Escape from this dealer and she runs like a dream. Great car, and the sales representative was so nice and informative, let me know everything about the car and got me plates to go home with the same day. Also, the service is super quick! Always get my maintenance done here and never had an issue. 10/10 service.
Just passing through town and my pressure was low in my tires, hard to find a gas station with air these days. They were very helpful , I didn’t have to wait at all, they checked everything out and took care of it. thank you!!

Low quality used car lot, they sold my wife a salvage title car without telling her. Car had a “blown turbo” within 2 days of owning it. They then kept the car for a month because they couldn’t find an oem replacement. Will never do business here again, low quality inventory along with horrible service. 0/10.
Worst people ever… the cars are not worth the asking price, the guys are rude and talk to you like you’re stupid. High mileage and high prices, it’s unorganized and unprofessional. RUN from here!
Customer service is absolutely poor, the people writing good stuff here are just sugar coating. Bought a Sienna from them, the car was missing a headrest and a few small pieces, the manager told me he was going to order the missing parts and clean up the car for pickup, 2 days later I went to pick up and the parts were not there plus the car wasn't cleaned to standard, just vacuumed. I was desperate for a ride so I took the car home with a promise from them that they will call me as soon as they received the missing parts. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing, they keep dodging and not responding to emails. They'll email you to call them but then, when you call, the person that answers say the manager is out and they will call you back, another fake promise. It's like they're running a dubious scheme or trying to delay until you give up. In short, take your money somewhere else where they appreciate your business or if circumstances don't allow then deal with these folks but be very cautious, don't get duped.
This auto center did a five star job with a used car sale to me. Then follow up mechanic work within 60 days.
They treated my elderly mother with utmost respect throughout the transaction.
Super patient and chill guys willing to work with you no matter your situation. Had a couple problems with my car after purchasing and they set me up with an appointment the next day to get everything situated for free despite the warranty not covering it. Definitely recommend them.
I am 67. Bought a bunch of used cars over the years for my family. (I don’t buy new). Just had one of the more pleasurable buying experiences of all-time.
Backstory is I shopped online extensively prior to finding something at Kensington. Consequently, knew good value when I saw it.
So I called them on one particular car, an Acura. Spoke to Ali the owner, and instantly felt there was no BS compared to others. He was down-to-earth and quoted me a price, and none of the ridiculous extra fees I was seeing elsewhere.
The cars there were priced quite well. And when I checked it out and drove, it seemed solid as a rock. So I bought it on the spot. (The guarantee they gave me made it pretty easy decision). Ali and team did all the paperwork, and made the transition extremely fast and easy.
Fast forward a little bit, I had a minor cosmetic thing on the car to fix, and I brought it in and they fixed it immediately. No charge, of course.
Highly recommend this business, for its honesty, value, service… for anyone seeking great value and standing behind their product and service.

Never brought my car to place where they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They took forever to update me and only called me back to tell me to get my car out of the way because there’s no space.
On top that my car wasn’t properly put back together after I got it back. The back seat was pulled out and there were parts in the driver seat…. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I was not happy in the slightest
Amazing dealership, unbelievably honest people. They do what they say they will do, and they aren't trying to sell you a broken vehicle. They allowed me to inspect the vehicle in and out, and even put it on a lift for me to inspect the underneath thoroughly. I highly recommend this dealership! Great prices, quality vehicles, and an honest business.

Bought a car , All the staff are friendly, Had a problem with my purchase, was willing and agreeable to fixing the issue , I am aware that I bought a used car and will have some adjustments. Bought a car from them in 2011 no problems what so ever wanted to give them another try .will update.
I had given this place 5 stars for previous service,they were always nice reasonably priced and fairly quick, but the last 3 to 4x I have called to find out what they charge for certain services they say they have to call back and never do. Never used to have this issue. They would always look up online and give me estimate on phone for what I was looking for. Hope they get it together soon cause I like them.
They've never done wrong by my family or I, and have fixed up our vehicles without issue for years at very good prices. They're friendly, but I have never purchased a vehicle from them, so I don't know that side.
Local pros get the job done without charging an arm and a leg. Trustworthy and honest. Great location in downtown Berlin, excellent prices, hard to say anything bad about the place! This is the kind of place you send your moms car to without having to worry about anything.
He shouldn't get no rating. Bought a Acura dude was suppose to fix it or replace it and 4 months later still hasn't. Been ignoring my calls and emails. I will never buy a car from him again nor request his place to anybody. Worst manager and owner I have ever delt with!!
I don't understand how anybody could leave a bad review for the guys at Kensington Family Auto. They are so caring and good at what they do. More importantly, the individualize so when you go in you feel like you're part of the family, not just a quick in and out generalized service. I will continue to give my business to Abdul and his crew and I highly recommend you do the same!
I love these guys! I went to different mechanics trying to fix my Toyota, and the rest said the same, repairs at crazy prices. The owner gave it to me straight and fixed my transmission quick and cheap.
