Mary, the owner, is an outstanding person who consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. She truly saved my brand-new truck from collapsing into a ditch. I called Mary immediately, and she quickly dispatched her tow truck driver, John, who arrived in approximately ten minutes. Honestly John is a true professional and safely pulled my truck out. They offered a fair price, and I am incredibly grateful for their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Berlin Auto Center!
I did a number on my old Civic and didn't have collision insurance. I brought it into Berlin Auto Center, and Corey worked with me to get it back into fantastic shape. He was transparent about what kinds of repairs were needed as well as all costs, ensuring the work remained within my budget. Within two weeks, I was driving it again. I just put 100 miles on it and am very happy to say it's as good as ever. Highly recommended.
I called last minute cause I had a noise in my car. Other service centers said they didn't have time. John had me come right in. Come to find out a needed a new car due to front and rear frames broken which he did show me. When I got a new used car I brought to him to check it out for me, he stopped what he was doing and took a few minutes to check the tires which was my concern.
Now I'm have issues with the acceleration or no power. I called yesterday and was told to bring in in today. I will be soon.
From John to his mechanics to the office staff, everyone is so patient, understanding and sound sincerely concerned about their customers issues.
I needed a tool box moved and John was able to get it down for me quickly and at a great rate. I really appreciate what he did for me. I actually referred a co worker to him and he was taken care of as well.

The office was very clean and orderly ...and the receptionist greeted me right away ...listened to exactly what I needed and said she would tell the owner I was here.
Total Professional as evidenced by his creditials on the wall but ultra nice guy and no pressure explanation of what he could do to help.

Fantastic auto body. My new car front end extensive damage from a deer. This place fixed it all and made it like never even happened. 3 years later still perfect. Definitely go back here for auto body work.
I have never had a bad experience here and trust John whole heartedly. I can't say enough good things about this place, I don't trust people and I don't write reviews so the fact that I'm here doing both hopefully says a lot to whoever is reading this!

This posting is for a friend who had a motorcycle towed in the location of m/c to Berlin Auto was under 15 mins and Berlin Auto slapped kind of a big bill on my friend. This was not cool.
They suck! My car was "towed" from directly in front of they're shop,and had the ball's to charge a tow fee for literally driving inches into the driveway. My car only was there for an hour and was NOT TOWED by any means. Couldn't even reduce the price.!! If I could give a negative star review I would!
I have brought several cars to Berlin Auto Center for collision repair in the past and have received outstanding service and workmanship from this shop. John takes a lot of pride in the shop's workmanship and it shows. A cut above most other auto body shops, highly recommended!
